The extent and magnitude of microvascular leakage induced by myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) were characterized with contrast-aided magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Evans blue dye, Definity ultrasound contrast agent and Omniscan magnetic resonance contrast agent were injected intravenously in anesthetized rats suspended in a water bath. Diagnostic ultrasound B mode scans with 1:4 end-systolic triggering were performed at 1.5 MHz using a cardiac phased array scanhead to provide a short axis view of the left ventricle. The in situ peak rarefactional pressure amplitude (PRPA) was 2.0 MPa. Microvascular leakage was characterized by extraction of the dye from tissue samples and by imaging the distribution and concentration of Omniscan within the myocardium. The extracted Evans blue was 2.3 times greater than in shams (P<.05) for heart samples perfused with heparin saline, and 1.6 times greater than shams (not significant) for unperfused samples. The MRI showed the penetration of the ultrasound-induced capillary leakage throughout much of the scan plane. The overall gadolinium content measured by MR showed the same trends as the extracted Evans blue, but was more variable. For pooled data (perfused and unperfused), the exposed samples were significantly increased (P<.05) relative to the sham samples for both Evans blue and gadolinium content. Omniscan leakage was also discernable in two of four MRIs from intact rats (after sacrifice). These results demonstrate a potential for MR mapping of capillary leakage induced by contrast-aided ultrasound, with a possible application to spatial characterization of local drug delivery. 相似文献

采用高精度的多参考组态相互作用方法计算OH分子基态和第一激发态的势能曲线.为获得更精确的计算结果,在计算过程中考虑Davidson修正、标量相对论效应、核价相关效应和自旋轨道耦合效应.基于计算的Λ-S和?态的势能曲线,对一维径向薛定谔方程进行数值求解,得到各个电子态的光谱数据,与已报道的实验值和理论值相符合.获得OH分子的永久偶极矩、跃迁偶极矩、振动能级、Franck-Condon因子及辐射寿命,结果表明,A~2Σ~+→X~2Π跃迁具有高度对角化的Franck-Condon因子(0.9053)和短的辐射寿命(5.8363×10~(-7)s),符合激光冷却分子的条件.制定了激光冷却OH分子的具体方案,计算得到激光冷却跃迁A~2Σ~+→X~2Π所需的三束激光波长,主光束波长为307.1532 nm,两束重抽运激光波长为344.9163和349.7659 nm.计算结果为超冷OH分子的实验制备提供重要的理论依据. 相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) simulations and theoretical analyses on super-short pulse generated using free- electron lasers (FELs) at perfect synchronism are carried out with the help of our 3D OSIFEL code. The evolution of longitudinal pulse width in the Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute (JAERI) experiment is simulated. The results show that the optical pulse is compressed on successive passes due to the slippage between the optical and electron beams, and an ultra-short 221-fs optical pulse is finally obtained, which agrees with the experiment. Furthermore, to shorten wavelength such as soft ultraviolet (SUV) spectrum range, an ultra-short pulse generated at perfect synchronism is analyzed and studied. Finally, the relationship between the optical pulse length compressed and the peak electron beam current is calculated. We studied the influence of focusing depth on the index change threshold and damage threshold of silica glass irradiated by a focused 120 fs laser beam. Both thresholds increased with the focusing depth. The aspect ratio of the waveguide cross section can be selected by changing the focusing depth. A 5 mm long waveguide was written at the depth of 2100 μm, which was single mode at 632.8 nm and exhibited propagation loss of 0.56 dB/cm. The refractive index change was calculated to be ∼2.47×10-3. Based on the extended Huygens–Fresnel principle, closed-form expressions for the Rayleigh range and the far-field divergence angle of partially coherent annular beams propagating through atmospheric turbulence are derived by using the Wigner distribution function (WDF). Taking the Rayleigh range and the far-field divergence angle as the characteristic parameters of near-field and far-field spreading, respectively, the spreading of partially coherent annular beams both in free space and in turbulence is studied in detail. It is found that the effect of the strength of turbulence and beam parameters (e.g., the spatial correlation length, the waist width, and the wave length) on the beam spreading in the near field is in agreement with that in the far field. However, in turbulence, the effect of the obscure ratio of annular beams on the spreading is different between in the near field and in the far field. Namely, in turbulence the beam spreading in the near field becomes smaller and the beam spreading in the far field becomes larger as the obscure ratio increases. In particular, the effect of turbulence on the Rayleigh range and the far-field divergence angle is nearly unchanged versus the obscure ratio when the spatial correlation length is small. Based on Arnold transform and discrete fractional angular transform, a double image encryption algorithm is designed. Two original images are regarded as the amplitude and phase of a complex function. Arnold transform is introduced for scrambling the pixels at a local area of the complex function. Subsequently the changed complex function is converted by discrete fractional angular transform. The operations mentioned will be performed many times. The amplitude of final output complex function is the encrypted image and its phase is regarded as the key of encryption algorithm. The doctor-blade method is investigated for the preparation of Cu2ZnSnS4 films for low-cost solar cell application.Cu2ZnSnS4 precursor powder,the main raw material for the doctor-blade paste,is synthesized by a simple ball-milling process.The doctor-bladed Cu2ZnSnS4 films are annealed in N2 ambient under various conditions and characterized by X-ray diffraction,ultraviolent/vis spectrophotometry,scanning electron microscopy,and current-voltage(J-V) meansurement.Our experimental results indicate that(i) the X-ray diffraction peaks of the Cu2ZnSnS4 precursor powder each show a red shift of about 0.4°;(ii) the high-temperature annealing process can effectively improve the crystallinity of the doctor-bladed Cu 2 ZnSnS 4,whereas an overlong annealing introduces defects;(iii) the band gap value of the doctor-bladed Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 is around 1.41 eV;(iv) the short-circuit current density,the open-circuit voltage,the fill factor,and the efficiency of the best Cu2ZnSnS4 solar cell obtained with the superstrate structure of fluorine-doped tin oxide glass/TiO2/In2S3/Cu2ZnSnS4/Mo are 7.82 mA/cm2,240 mV,0.29,and 0.55%,respectively. 相似文献
