1-Phenylcyclopentadiene fused with two homoadamantene units at the 2,3- and 4,5-positions (4) was deprotonated with KH to lead to the quantitative formation of the corresponding cyclopentadienyl (Cp) anion 3(-). This anion was oxidized by AgCl to afford an orange crystalline solid consisting of Cp radical 3(?) and cyclopentadiene 4. The ESR spectrum in hexane exhibited approximately 15 lines, demonstrating that the two homoadamantene frameworks were equivalent and that the C1-C2(Ph)-C3 moiety of the five-membered ring formed a symmetrical allyl-like radical in agreement with the prediction by DFT calculation. The reaction of the Cp radical 3(?) with an oxygen molecule in the presence of Ag(+)SbF(6)(-) afforded the SbF(6)(-) salt of a phenylpyrylium ion annelated with two homoadamantene frameworks (8(+)SbF(6)(-)).  相似文献

Temperature and velocity measurements are performed to clarify the effects of sub-millimeter-bubble injection on the transition to turbulence in the natural convection boundary layer along a vertical plate in water. In particular, we focus on the relationship between the bubble injection position L and the transition to turbulence in the natural convection boundary layer. The bubble injection positions used in our experiments are L = 1.6 and 3.6 mm. Bubble injection at L = 1.6 mm delays the transition to turbulence in the natural convection boundary layer, while that at L = 3.6 mm accelerates the transition to turbulence in the boundary layer. In the case of L = 1.6 mm, the appearance region of the liquid velocity fluctuation in the bubble-induced upward flow in the upstream unheated section is restricted to near the wall, although the peak of the liquid velocity fluctuation is high. In contrast, in the case of L = 3.6 mm, the relatively large liquid velocity fluctuation is distributed widely over the laminar boundary layer width. These results suggest that the effect of the liquid velocity fluctuation on the laminar boundary layer is quite different between L = 1.6 and 3.6 mm. It is therefore expected that the transition to turbulence in the natural convection boundary layer for the case with bubble injection is dependent on the magnitude and appearance region of the liquid velocity fluctuation in the bubble-induced upward flow in the upstream unheated section.  相似文献

Highly sensitive and accurate enzyme immunoassays (EIAs), a sandwich EIA for mouse immunoglobulin G (IgG) and an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for mouse antibody specific to viomycin (VM), were developed. Accuracy and specificity of the assay results were confirmed before their application. The changes of total IgG and antibody specific to VM in mice, immunized with a VM-immunogen with or without two types of Freund's adjuvants under various conditions, were assessed by means of the newly developed EIA methods. Both methods were very useful tools to follow the immunization processes of mice, and complete and incomplete Freund's adjuvant were found to have similar adjuvant activities for production of antibody specific to VM, judging from the amounts of anti-VM antibody formed. It seems to be important that too many booster injections should be avoided in the immunization of mice with a hapten immunogen.  相似文献

The quadrupole coupling constants of8Li and12B in hcp Mg and Zn are determined by use of a newly developed nuclear quadrupole resonance technique (NNQR) as ¦eqQ(8Li in Mg)/h¦=3.0±0.3 kHz, ¦eqQ(8Li in Zn)/h¦=33.5±2 kHz, and ¦eqQ(12B in Mg)/h¦=47.0±0.1 kHz. Correspondingly, the electric field gradients at room temperature are deduced: ¦q(8Li in Mg)¦=(3.81±0.39)×1018, ¦q(8Li in Zn)¦=(4.25±0.27)×1019, and ¦q(12B in Mg)¦=(1.47±0.03)×1020, all in V/m2. The experiments are compared with the results of first-principles super-cell band structure calculations which can treat local lattice relaxations around the impurity nuclei. The calculations show that the most favorable location of these light interstitials in hcp Mg is not the octahedral-like sites which have the biggest interstitial volume, but the basal trigonal sites with a local lattice expansion of as big as 30%. Calculated electric field gradients at the impurity nuclei reproduce the experimental values fairly well.  相似文献

Hyperfine interactions of β-emitting17F implanted in single crystals of NaF and CaF2 were studied. The nuclear magnetic moment of theT π=5/2+ state was determined with an improved precision to be |μ(17F;π=5/2+,T 1/2=64.5s|=4.72130±0.00025. nm. Isoscalar magnetic moments of the doubly closed shell ±1 nucleon nuclei around mass number 16 were derived and the effective nucleon mass in the nucleus was discussed.  相似文献

Paper discusses the recent activities in the experimental stress and strain analysis (ESSA) fields in Asia, referring the information from Japan, Korea, China and India, for example. It includes a general view of the international interchange or cooperation among Asian countries, relating to organizations, publications, education, standardization, and the backgrounds and topics of research activity and demands for ESSA in each country. Regarding the present insufficient exchange of information among Asian countries and the recent rapid progress in engineering and science in these countries, the requirement for improvement is stressed. Annealing behaviors of the activation energy for the electrical conduction Eσ, that for the thermoelectric power Es, the optical gap Eoptg, and the spin density in evaporated amorphous Ge are investigated. Eσ is independent of Es and Eoptg, and the rates of variation of Eoptg and Es with annealing temperature are connected by △Eoptg = 2.5△Eopts. It is suggested that the position of the Fermi level does not change with annealing in contrast with amorphous Si, and the edge of the localized tail state shifts with annealing.  相似文献
