The origin of a ferromagnetic interaction between Cu2+ ions in the Cu2+–DNA system which reported by Tanaka et al. is examined by using DFT calculations. In order to consider effects of an entanglement and a dis-entanglement of the double helix chain, three types of structural disorders i.e. distance, rotation angle and discrepancy in XY-plane, are considered in the model dimer structure. All calculated results show that Jab values are weak anti-ferromagnetic couplings. Boltzmann distribution simulation indicates that the high spin (HS) species exist 21% at 1.5 K by thermal excitation within the model structure.  相似文献

The reaction of methyl iodide with an anilide anion prepared from 2,4,6-tri-tert-butylanilide and NaH in CH3CN gave N-methyl anilide (N-alkylation product) as a major product, while in the reaction of benzyl bromide with the anilide anion in DMF, O-benzyl imidate (O-alkylation product) was obtained with almost complete selectivity. The treatment of O-benzyl imidate with alcohols and carboxylic acids in the presence of trifluoromethane sulfonic acid gave benzyl ethers and benzyl esters, respectively.  相似文献

We report on hexagonal close-packed (hcp) palladium (Pd)–boron (B) nanocrystals (NCs) by heavy B doping into face-centered cubic (fcc) Pd NCs. Scanning transmission electron microscopy–electron energy loss spectroscopy and synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction measurements demonstrated that the B atoms are homogeneously distributed inside the hcp Pd lattice. The large paramagnetic susceptibility of Pd is significantly suppressed in Pd–B NCs in good agreement with the reduction of density of states at Fermi energy suggested by X-ray absorption near-edge structure and theoretical calculations.  相似文献

Stereoselectivity in N-iodosuccimide (NIS)-mediated electrophilic glycosidation was examined by employing 2,4-bis-O-(trimethylsilyl)thymine and three different silyl-protected erythro-furanoid glycals 12, 16, and 18. As a result, it was found that 3,5-O-(di-t-butylsilylene)-protected 18 gave only the β-anomer (21). The remarkable stereoselectivity observed by employing 18 is discussed on the basis of its X-ray crystallographic analysis. 1-Substituted glycals gave the corresponding β-anomer, again exclusively, to provide access to 1′-branched 2′-deoxynucleosides.  相似文献

A particulate formation-laser scattering detector (PFLSD) was developed and used for evaluating the crystallization efficiency of inorganic polyphosphates (PPs) that reacted with either magnesium or calcium cations. As the solutions for reactive crystallization, 0.5 M ammonium buffer (pH 9.6) containing either 0.15 M MgCl2 or 0.15 M CaCl2 (MAP: magnesium ammonium phosphate and HAP: hydroxyapatite solution) were used. In the case of mono- and diphosphate (P1 and P2), the significant dependences of the particulate formation efficiency on various types of both P1/P2 and MAP/HAP reaction solutions were observed with the direct sample injection mode. The PFLSD was hyphenated with the anion-exchange chromatography and the dependence of the particulate formation efficiency on the polymerization degree (np) of PP oligomers, separated chromatographically, was evaluated sequentially. The significant suppression of the particulate formation for PP oligomers was clearly confirmed, i.e., the MAP and HAP reaction solutions did not produce the particulates of the PP oligomers having an np value of more than 3 and 5, respectively. As the overall tendency, the particulate formation efficiency in the case of the HAP solution was superior to that in the case of the MAP solution.  相似文献

Nontrivial symmetry of order parameters is crucial in some of the most interesting quantum many-body states of ultracold atoms as well as condensed matter systems. Examples in cold atoms include p-wave Feshbach molecules and d-wave paired states of fermions that could be realized in optical lattices in the Hubbard regime. Identifying these states in experiments requires measurements of the relative phase of different components of the entangled pair wave function. We propose and discuss two schemes for such phase-sensitive measurements, based on two-particle interference revealed in atom-atom or atomic density correlations. Our schemes can also be used for relative phase measurements for nontrivial particle-hole order parameters, such as d-density wave order.  相似文献

A mini-cell electrophoresis system using capillary tubing (50 microm inner diameter, length ca. 10 mm and volume ca. 20 nL) was applied to measure the electrophoretic mobility of red blood cells of 89 patients with diabetes on single cell level. A significant negative correlation was observed between hemoglobin A1c and the average electrophoretic mobility, with a correlation coefficient of 0.793. By statistically processing the electrophoretic mobility of each single red blood cell, it became clear that the reduction of the average value of electrophoretic mobility was caused by the reduction of the relative frequency of the red blood cell with high mobility. The cause of the average reduction was not the shift of electrophoretic mobility of all red blood cells to the lower mobility.  相似文献
