The fifth overtones of the C-H stretching vibrations of pyridine, pyrazine, thiophene, 3-methylthiophene, furan and pyrrole in the liquid state have been observed by a thermal lens technique. It was found that their frequency shifts from that of benzene are proportional to the decrease in the relevant C-H bond length.  相似文献

Summary. Fluoranthene (FA) forms a 1:1 van der Waals complex with benzene in cyclohexane. The 1H NMR spectrum of this complex shows that the FA moiety in the complex state has five kinds of hydrogen atoms and that the 1H NMR peaks assigned to the protons attached to the naphthalene skeleton are largely shifted to higher magnetic field on complex formation with benzene. These observations indicate that the complex takes the structure of CS symmetry, in which the benzene molecule mainly interacts with the electronic system localized on the naphthalene moiety of FA. The present ab initio calculations reproduce well the 1H NMR spectral shifts mentioned above and the experimentally predicted CS structure of the complex. According to the PPP calculations for the electronic absorption spectral changes on the complex formation, the FA-benzene complex is considered to take a sandwich type structure.  相似文献

An efficient cooperative chiral Lewis acid/photoredox catalytic system for engaging highly reactive radicals in highly enantioselective conjugate addition to α,β-unsaturated carbonyls is highly desirable. Direct photoexcitation of unbound substrates typically induces undesired background pathways for racemic products and remains a formidable challenge to be addressed in the area of enantioselective photocatalysis. Herein, we report a cooperative catalytic system comprising a chiral Cu(i) complex and an Ir(iii) photocatalyst fueled by visible-light irradiation that allows for seamless integration of the catalytic formation of α-amino alkyl radicals and subsequent enantioselective addition to α,β-unsaturated amides. A 7-aza-6-MeO-indoline attachment on the amide substrates plays a pivotal role in suppressing the undesired pathways, resulting in excellent enantioselectivity and enabling expedited access to valuable γ-aminobutyramides. The indoline amide was readily diversified with full recovery of the azaindoline attachment, highlighting the synthetic utility of this cooperative catalytic system.

An efficient cooperative chiral Lewis acid and photoredox catalytic system towards the highly enantioselective radical conjugate addition of α-amino radicals to α,β-unsaturated amides is developed with the implementation of unique auxiliaries.  相似文献

Synthesis and barriers to inversion of a series of highly saddle shaped complexes are reported. The ΔG has decreased by 8 kJ mol−1 at 243 K when the meso phenyl groups are replaced by bulkier 2,6-dichlorophenyl groups, and by 17 kJ mol−1 when one of the peripheral ethyl groups is removed.  相似文献

A nanosecond laser photolysis study was carried out for the Cr(III) porphyrin complexes of 2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octaethylporphyrin, [Cr(OEP)(Cl)(L)], and of 5,10,15,20-tetramesitylporphyrin, [Cr(TMP)(Cl)(L)], in toluene containing water and an excess amount of L (L = axial ligand). The laser photolysis generates the triplet excited state of the parent complex as well as a five-coordinate complex, [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)], produced by the photodissociation of the axial ligand L. The yields for the formation of the triplet state and the photodissociation of L are found to markedly depend on the nature of both L and porphyrin ligand. The five-coordinate [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)] readily reacts with both H(2)O and L in the bulk solution to give [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)(H(2)O)] and [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)(L)], respectively. The axial H(2)O ligand in [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)(H(2)O)] is then substituted by the ligand L to regenerate the original complex [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)(L)]. In principle, the substitution reaction takes place by the dissociative mechanism: the first step is the dissociation of H(2)O from [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)(H(2)O)], followed by the reaction of the five-coordinate [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)] with the ligand L to regenerate [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)(L)]. The rate constants for this ligand substitution reaction are found to exhibit bell-shaped ligand concentration dependence. The detailed kinetic analysis revealed that both ligands L and H(2)O in toluene make a hydrogen bond with the axial H(2)O ligand in [Cr(porphyrin)(Cl)(H(2)O)] to yield dead-end complexes for the substitution reaction. The reaction mechanisms are discussed on the basis of the substituent effects of the porphyrin peripheral groups and the kinetic parameters determined from the temperature dependence of the rate constants.  相似文献

Zero field positive muon spin rotation method ( +SR) is applied on La2–x Sr x CuO4 around forx=0.12 at which the high-T c superconductivity (SC) is suppressed. The magnetically ordered state of Cu-moments, which is not a spin glass state but an antiferromagnetic like state, appears below 15 K for 0.105x0.120. The magnetic phase boundary is very similar to the one of the La2–x Ba x CuO4 in which the structural transition from the low temperature orthorhombic (LTO) phase to the low temperature tetragonal (LTT) phase is observed aroundx=0.12. The present study suggests that there is no big difference of the electronic state of the CuO2 plane between the La-Ba system and the La-Sr system and that the magnetic ordering of Cu-moments plays an important role for the suppression of the high-T c SC aroundx=0.12 in both of the systems, although the LTO-LTT structural transition has not been observed yet in the La-Sr system.  相似文献

Full details of our direct Michael addition of unmodified ketones using new asymmetric zinc catalysis are described. Et(2)Zn/(S,S)-linked-BINOL complexes were successfully applied to direct 1,4-addition reactions of hydroxyketones. The first generation Et(2)Zn/(S,S)-linked-BINOL 1 = 2/1 system was effective for 1,4-addition of 2-hydroxy-2'-methoxyacetophenone (3). Using 1 mol % of (S,S)-linked-BINOL 1 and 2 mol % of Et(2)Zn, we found that a 1,4-addition reaction of beta-unsubstituted enone proceeded smoothly at 4 degrees C to afford products in high yield (up to 90%) and enantiomeric excess (up to 95%). In the case of beta-substituted enones, however, the first generation Et(2)Zn/(S,S)-linked-BINOL 1 = 2/1 system was not at all effective. The second generation Et(2)Zn/(S,S)-linked-BINOL 1 = 4/1 with MS 3A system was developed and was effective for various beta-substituted enones to afford products in good dr, yield (up to 99%), and high enantiomeric excess (up to 99% ee). With the Et(2)Zn/1 = 4/1 systems, catalyst loading for beta-unsubstituted enone was reduced to as little as 0.01 mol % (substrate/chiral ligand = 10 000). The new system was also effective for 1,4-addition reactions of 2-hydroxy-2'-methoxypropiophenone (9) to afford chiral tert-alcohol in high enantiomeric excess (up to 96% ee). Mechanistic investigations as well as transformations of the Michael adducts into synthetically versatile intermediates are also described.  相似文献
