New homogeneous water-soluble polyvinylpyrrolidone composites containing iron sulfur nitrosyl complexes as nitric oxide donors with antitumor and antiseptic activities were synthesized. The morphology of the composites in the solid state was examined by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The study by small-angle X-ray scattering showed that samples of the composites do not contain 10–100-nm aggregates and that iron sulfur nitrosyl complexes are uniformly distributed in polymer matrices. The percentage of NO-releasing iron sulfur nitrosyl complexes in the composites was determined by ESR spectroscopy. An amperometric analysis demonstrated that the polymer composites decompose to yield NO within a few seconds after the dissolution in water without additional thermal and photoactivation. The dependences of the amount of NO and the maximum level of NO release on the duration of the storage of aqueous solutions for all of the synthesized films were determined at pH 7.0. Some of the synthesized polymer composites retain NO-donor activity of the starting pharmacologically active iron nitrosyl complexes and can be recommended to be used as targeted delivery systems of this class of compounds to biological targets. 相似文献

New class of templates, ethanolamine salts, was used to synthesize zeolites with the ZSM-12 structure. The materials obtained were characterized by methods of powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, IR spectroscopy, low-temperature adsorption–desorption of nitrogen, and elemental analysis. It was shown that, with these templates, it is possible to obtain crystallites with well formed acicular shape, hexagonal morphology, large surface area, and narrow pore size distribution.

Heterogeneous rhodium–copper chloride catalysts for gas-phase oxidation processes were prepared via the cold impregnation of γ-Al2O3 with aqueous RhCl3 and CuCl2 solutions. Heptafluorobutyric or pentafluorobenzoic acids were additionally deposited onto these catalysts to simulate the action of homogeneous rhodium–copper chloride catalytic systems in the coupled alkane–carbon monoxide oxidation reaction. The catalysts were studied in the reactions of carbon monoxide oxidation and coupled propane–CO oxidation with dioxygen by diffuse reflectance IR Fourier transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS) and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). A retention model for micellar liquid chromatography was tested based on the data of separation of three benzodiazepins and six β-blockers. The model was obtained by analyzing changes in the microenvironment of a sorbate in transferring from the mobile to stationary phase. It can be used to describe the retention of benzodiazepins, which are neutral under the separation conditions, and the positively charged β-blockers. The calculated model coefficients are indicative of an increase in the number of 1-pentanol molecules and sodium dodecyl sulfate monomers in the microenvironment of the sorbates in transferring from the mobile to stationary phase. The solvation of the positive β-blockers by anionic surfactant monomers was higher than that of neutral benzodiazepins. 相似文献

The rate of acid catalyzed hydrolysis of pentachlorophenol (PCP) can be described by the general equation-d[PCP]/dt = k exp[PCP]. The experimental pseudo-first order rate constant generally increases with increase of the H+ concentration, but this dependence has a complex character. A kinetic model, which takes into account the pK a of PCP and a combination of catalyzed and uncatalyzed reactions, was suggested.
