A theoretical investigation is reported of the fine structure levels and the spin-singlet contributions to zero-field-splitting (ZFS) parameters for Cr2+ ion in CdGa2S4 crystals. Firstly, the complete energy matrix including all spin states for a 3d 4 ion in tetrahedral D 2d symmetry is constructed according the double-group chain in the strong-field scheme. Then, by diagonalizing the complete energy of electron–electron interactions, the crystal field and the spin–orbit coupling for the Cr2+ (3d 4) ion in CdGa2S4 crystal, the fine structure levels and the spin-singlet contributions to ZFS parameters a, D and F are calculated. The results show that the spin-singlet contribution to D is negligible, but the contributions to a and F are very important. So, to obtain more accurate ZFS parameters for 3d 4 ions in the tetrahedral crystals, all spin states should be considered. 相似文献

节能减排已成为当今社会发展的主题,对节约能源、提高太阳能的高效综合利用的新型窗用透明隔热材料的理论设计和研究尤其重要.本文采用基于密度泛函理论的计算方法,研究了六方相三氧化钨Ti掺杂前、后的晶格参数、电子能带结构、形成能和光学性质.研究结果表明,Ti掺杂后晶格体积增大,系统能量降为负值,体系具有更好的稳定性;掺杂后电子能带结构发生很大的变化,但材料仍保持n型电导率;随之,其光学性质也发生改变,掺杂前h-WO3无近红外吸收性能,掺杂后的Ti0.33WO3具有很强的近红外吸收性能.在此基础上研究了Ti掺杂h-WO3前、后的太阳辐射屏蔽性能,掺杂前无太阳辐射屏蔽性能;掺杂后的Ti0.33WO3薄膜具有可见光高透明、近红外屏蔽的性能.计算结果为Ti掺杂h-WO3在窗用透明隔热材料方面的研究提供了理论依据. 相似文献

We demonstrated a femtosecond mode-locked Er:Zr F4-Ba F2-La F3-Al F3-Na F(Er:ZBLAN)fiber laser at 2.8μm based on the nonlinear polarization rotation technique.The laser generated an average output power of 317 m W with a repetition rate of 107 MHz and pulse duration as short as 131 fs.To the best of our knowledge,this is the shortest pulse generated directly from a mid-infrared mode-locked Er:ZBLAN fiber laser to date.Numerical simulation and experimental results confirm that reducing the gain fiber length is an effective way to shorten the mode-locked pulse duration in the Er:ZBLAN fiber laser.The work takes an important step towards sub-100-fs mid-infrared pulse generation from mode-locked Er:ZBLAN fiber lasers. 相似文献

针对限幅器在高功率微波(HPM)作用下的尖峰泄漏问题,基于搭建的HPM注入实验平台和电路仿真开展了研究。研究结果表明:当注入功率超过6 dBm时,限幅器会出现尖峰泄漏现象,限幅器泄漏尖峰的上升沿与脉宽随着注入功率的增加而减小,而绝对尖峰泄漏功率随注入功率的增加呈增长趋势,平顶泄漏功率呈近似“线性增加-缓慢下降-小幅增长”趋势。并且,实验结果显示:HPM脉宽与重频对限幅器尖峰泄漏特性基本无影响,其泄漏特性变化规律与单次脉冲的基本一致;尖峰泄漏能量随注入功率的增加而降低。 相似文献

We theoretically study complementarity between micro-micro and micro-macro entanglement in a Bose–Einstein condensate with two Rydberg impurities. We investigate quantum dynamics of micro-micro and micro-macro entanglement in the micro-macro system. It is found that strong micro-macro entanglement between Rydberg impurities and the BEC can be generated by the use of initial micro-micro entanglement between two Rydberg impurities, which acts as the seed entanglement to create micro-macro entanglement. We demonstrate a curious complementarity relation between micro-micro and micro-macro entanglement, and find that the complementarity property can be sustained to some extent even though in the presence of the BEC decoherence. 相似文献

In the problems of large deflection of clamped circular plates under uniformly distributed loads, various perturbation parameters
relating to load, deflection, slope of deflection, membrane force, etc, are studied. For a general perturbation parameter,
the variational principle is used for the solution of such a problem. The applicable range of these perturbation parameters
are studied in detail. In the case of uniformly loaded plate, perturbation parameter relating to central deflection seems
to be the best among all others. The method of determination of perturbation solution by means of variational principle can
be used to treat a variety of problems, including the large deflection problems under combine loads.

A simple theoretical method is introduced for studying the interrelation between electronic and molecular structures.By diagonalizing the 120 × 120 complete energy matrices,the relationships between zero-field splitting(ZFS) parameter D and local distortion parameter △θ for Cr 3+ ions doped,separately,in α-and β-alums are investigated.Our results indicate that there exists an approximately linear relationship between D and △θ in a temperature range 4.2-297 K and the signs of D and △θ are opposite to each other.Moreover,in order to understand the contribution of spin-orbit coupling coefficient ζ to ZFS parameter D,the relation between D and ζ is also discussed. 相似文献
