Abstract

The effects of filling an epoxy matrix modified with “Viniflex” with carbon nanotubes, fullerene C60, or graphene on the mechanical properties, surface morphologies and glass transition temperatures of the composite materials obtained after curing were studied. It was shown that the largest decrease in glass transition temperature and an increase in impact strength was achieved by the introduction of 0.1 mass% graphene. Filling with graphene and carbon nanotubes increased the bending strength while filling with C60 fullerenes provided the greatest compressive strength and elasticity modulus. An explanation of the results was based on ideas about the relationship of the geometrical shape of the nanofiller to the load direction and features of the phase composition of the composite materials. It is suggested that the carbon nanomaterials had a template effect on the packing of the epoxy matrix chains.  相似文献

The search for new ways to obtain analogues of the well-known Methylene Blue dye is an important synthetic task. Herein, we proposed and developed an approach to the synthesis of 3-N′-arylaminophenothiazines and asymmetrical 3,7-di(N′-arylamino)phenothiazines. This approach included the optimization of synthetic strategy by quantification analysis of the positive charge distribution in the cation of 3-N′-arylaminophenothiazine derivative. The obtained experimental data are confirmed by DFT studies. Two synthetic routes for asymmetrical phenothiazine diarylamino derivatives were suggested and verified. The developed convenient and versatile synthetic approach makes it easy to obtain aromatic Methylene Blue isostructural analogues with various substituents. As a result, a series of novel 3-N′-arylaminophenothiazines and asymmetrical 3,7-di(N′-arylamino)phenothiazines containing ester, tert-butoxycarbonyl, sulfonic acid, hydroxyl and amine groups were obtained in high yields.  相似文献

Prostanit is a novel drug developed for the treatment of peripheral arterial diseases. It consists of a prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) moiety with two nitric oxide (NO) donor fragments, which provide a combined vasodilation effect on smooth muscles and vascular spastic reaction. Prostanit pharmacokinetics, however, remains poorly investigated. Thus, the object of this study was to investigate the pharmacokinetics of Prostanit-related and -affected metabolites in rabbit plasma using the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) approach. Besides, NO generation from Prostanit in isolated rat aorta and human smooth muscle cells was studied using the Griess method. In plasma, Prostanit was rapidly metabolized to 1,3-dinitroglycerol (1,3-DNG), PGE1, and 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGE1. Simultaneously, the constant growth of amino acid (proline, 4-hydroxyproline, alanine, phenylalanine, etc.), steroid (androsterone and corticosterone), and purine (adenosine, adenosine-5 monophosphate, and guanosine) levels was observed. Glycine, aspartate, cortisol, and testosterone levels were decreased. Ex vivo Prostanit induced both NO synthase-dependent and -independent NO generation. The observed pharmacokinetic properties suggested some novel beneficial activities (i.e., effect prolongation and anti-inflammation). These properties may provide a basis for future research of the effectiveness and safety of Prostanit, as well as for its characterization from a clinical perspective.  相似文献

One-pot method for direct stereoselective (S)-α-thioalkylation of glycine in Ni(II) coordination environment was elaborated. The reaction of electrochemically deprotonated Ni(II) glycine/Schiff-base complex containing (S)-o-[N-(N′-benzylprolyl)amino]benzophenone as an auxiliary chiral moiety with alkyl thiocyanates leads to the α-thioalkylated derivatives in a practical ca.70% chemical yield and stereoselectivity (de 80%).  相似文献

For the first time, a series of catechol-containing Schiff bases, tetrasubstituted at the lower rim thiacalix[4]arene derivatives in three stereoisomeric forms, cone, partial cone, and 1,3-alternate, were synthesized. The structure of the obtained compounds was proved by modern physical methods, such as NMR, IR spectroscopy, and HRMS. Selective recognition (Kb difference by three orders of magnitude) of copper (II) cation in the series of d-metal cations (Cu2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Zn2+) was shown by UV-vis spectroscopy. Copper (II) ions are coordinated at the nitrogen atom of the imine group and the nearest oxygen atom of the catechol fragment in the thiacalixarene derivatives. High thermal stable organic-inorganic copper-based materials were obtained on the base of 1,3-alternate + Cu (II) complexes.  相似文献
