Aza-Michael addition of 4-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles to 2-cycloalken-1-ones has been studied in the presence of DABCO as organic base. The reactions were carried out in acetonitrile at room temperature to provide 2,4-disubstituted 2H-1,2,3-triazoles as major adducts and 1,4-disubstituted 1H-1,2,3-triazoles as minor adducts. Though the reaction times are longer (4–8 days), the two regioisomers were separated by using column chromatography and the adducts were obtained in very good to excellent combined chemical yields. The electron-rich and electron-poor substituents on aryl moiety of 4-aryl-triazoles could tolerate the reaction conditions to afford the title adducts.  相似文献

A hybrid catalyst has been prepared by incorporating sulfonic acid onto cobalt ferrite magnetic nanoparticles. The catalyst was successfully applied for rapid (20?min) synthesis of α,α-dibromoketones directly from alkynes and NBS. The reaction works well in the presence of 10?wt% of the catalyst at room temperature to produce the desired products in high yield. The catalyst could be recovered using an external magnet and reused without appreciable change in activity.  相似文献

Supramolecular liquid crystalline tris(N-salicylideneamine)s (TSANs) featuring both inter- and intra-molecular hydrogen bonding have been synthesized and characterized for the first time. These TSANs formed by condensing 3 equiv of 3,4,5-trialkoxybenzoylhydrazine with 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol exist as the single C3h-symmetric keto-enamine product solely, unlike the previously reported TSANs. Their self-assembly into supramolecular fluid hexagonal columnar phase over a wide thermal range is evidenced with the aid of optical microscopic, calorimetric, and powder X-ray diffraction techniques.  相似文献

The molecular interactions between the polar systems isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and aniline for various mole fractions at different temperatures were studied by determining the dielectric permittivity using an HP-LF impedance analyzer at radio frequencies, the plunger method in the microwave frequency range and Abbe’s refractometer in optical region. Kirkwood effective correlation factors, corrective Kirkwood correlation factors, excess permittivities, Bruggeman parameters, excess Helmholtz free energy, relaxation time, dipole moment and excessive dipole moment were calculated using the experimental data. Optimized geometries were calculated using Spartan Modeling software for both pure and equimolar systems of isopropyl alcohol and aniline for Hamiltonian quantum mechanical calculations. Conformational analysis of the formation of hydrogen bond between the two systems is supported by the FT-IR spectra.  相似文献

4S-Aminoproline polypeptide 2 forms unusual β-structure in trifluoroethanol that switches to the polyproline II (PPII) form in aqueous medium, while 4R-aminoproline peptide 1 retains PPII form in both solvents. This first instance of a polyproline derivative showing a β-structure is attributed to competitive pH-dependent (4-NH(3)(+)/NH(2)) stereoelectronic effect (4R vs 4S) and the overriding importance of stereospecific intra/intermolecular H-bonding in (2,4)-cis-4S-aminoproline in contrast to (2,4)-trans-4R-aminoproline oligomers.  相似文献

A new, selective and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of tricyclic antidepressant drugs, amoxapine and nortriptyline, in human blood plasma and serum, involving their reaction with allyl isothiocyanate and extraction of thiourea derivatives with water-miscible organic solvent acetonitrile. The phase separation was effected by addition of ammonium sulphate, a process called salt-assisted liquid-liquid microextraction. The extract was analyzed by HPLC with UV detection at 254?nm. The method has been optimized for derivatization reaction time and temperature, solvent for extraction, and salt for solvent phase separation. Under the optimal conditions, a linear calibration graph was obtained between the amount of drug and the peak area of thiourea derivatives in the range of 0.002-20?mg/L drugs. The correlation coefficient and limit of detection values for amoxapine and nortriptyline in serum/plasma samples were in the range of 0.9953-0.9999 and 0.46-0.58?μg/L, respectively. The recovery in spiking experiments ranged, respectively, 75-88% (RSD 3.4-7.2%) and 79-97% (RSD 3.7-7.9%) for the two drugs.  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and solvent-free method for quantitative determination of benzene, toluene, and Xylene in exposed Drosophila larvae was developed using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) coupled to GC/MS. Larvae fed on standard Drosophila food mixed with benzene, toluene, and Xylene for 48 h were homogenized in Milli-Q water. Extraction of benzene, toluene, and Xylene was performed at 65 degrees C for 30 min on the SPME fiber (silica-fused). Subsequently, the fiber was desorbed in the GC injection port, followed by GC/MS analysis in the selected-ion monitoring mode. An external calibration curve was used for the quantification of benzene, toluene, and Xylene in the exposed organism. Recoveries were in the range of 78-82% (intraday) and 76-81% (interday) in larvae, and 91-96% (intraday) and 87-92% (interday) in the diet. LOD with an S/N of 3:1 and LOQ with an S/N of 10:1 were in the range of 0.01-0.023 and 0.034-0.077 microg/L, respectively. Percent RSD values for benzene, toluene, and Xylene were in the range of 0.50-0.81 (intraday) and 0.89-1.23 (interday) for retention time, and 2.16--3.85 (intraday) and 2.99-4.95 (interday) for peak concentration, showing good repeatability. This method was sensitive enough to quantitate benzene, toluene, and Xylene in small exposed organisms like Drosophila larvae. The SPME/GC/MS method developed may have wider applications in various in vivo toxicological studies.  相似文献

The preliminary validation of a high-performance liquid chromatography particle beam mass spectrometry method (HPLC-PB/MS) with electron impact ionization source for analysis of botanical extracts is presented. The LC-PB/MS system was evaluated for the analysis of ephedrine alkaloids using ephedra-containing National Institute of Standards and Technology dietary supplement standard reference materials (SRMs) 3241 Ephedra Sinica Stapf Native Extract and 3242 Ephedra Sinica Stapf Commercial Extract. The ephedrine alkaloids were separated by reversed-phase chromatography using a phenyl column at room temperature. A linear gradient method with a mobile phase composition varying from 5:95 [MeOH:0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) in water] to 20:80 (MeOH:0.1% TFA in water) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, with an analysis time of less than 20 min, was used. The source block temperature was evaluated to determine the optimal operating conditions by monitoring the intensities and fragmentation patterns of the ephedrine alkaloids. Ephedrine and N-methylephedrine were taken as a representative of the test alkaloids. The LODs on the sub-nanogram level were achieved, with ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and methylephedrine in the SRMs quantified by a standard addition method with recoveries of > or = 86% and RSDs of < or = 14% (n = 3).  相似文献
