新型有机空穴传输材料氟代四苯基联苯二胺的合成与表征

设计和合成了一种新型的有机空穴传输材料N,N'-二苯基-N,N'-双(2-氟苯基)-[1.1'-联苯]-4,4'-二胺(FTPB),通过熔点测试、元素分析、FTIR光谱和1H NMR谱等手段对其分子结构进行了表征.采用循环伏安法(CV)结合UV-Vis吸收光谱测试了其能级结构.结果表明,其HOMO能级为-5.36eV,带隙为3.20eV,有望成为优良的空穴传输材料.     

一维粗糙面散射的射线追踪法研究

在考虑遮蔽效应的情况下,应用射线追踪法对一维导体和介质的高斯粗糙面的散射系数进行了研究,并分别计算了考虑一次反射和二次反射的散射系数。同时,利用蒙特卡罗法生成一维高斯粗糙面,计算了考虑一次、二次反射和遮蔽时不同均方根斜率粗糙面的平均散射系数。     

模拟蚂蚁觅食行为的乳腺钙化点边缘提取

针对计算机辅助乳腺癌诊断中钙化点的提取具有较大难度的问题,计算了乳腺数字图像中每个像素点的最大梯度值。首先按照等梯度合并的原则将像素点划分为像素组,按照等分整个梯度区间的原则给定初始梯度聚类中心,模拟蚁群觅食行为中学习机制,以概率选择的方式进行像素点组的聚类得到新的聚类中心,然后再以模糊C均值法(FCM)对得到的聚类进行优化,从而提取出属于钙化点边缘的像素点。实验证明,通过选择适当的参数,用此方法提取乳腺钙化点边缘的效果良好。     

拓扑绝缘体表面态的STM研究

文章主要介绍了利用扫描隧道显微镜对拓扑绝缘体表面态进行的一系列研究工作,包括拓扑绝缘体表面态的电子驻波以及拓扑表面态的朗道量子化现象.这些工作对于拓扑绝缘体基本性质的确立以及深入理解具有十分重要的意义.     

Mode equation and its solution for dielectric waveguide with parabolic cross-section

The mode equation for the dielectric waveguide with parabolic cross-section is derived using both the effective index method and WKB theory, and the expression of the mode propagation constant or effective index is solved directly from this mode equation, so that the mode-propagation properties of this kind of waveguide can be analysed conveniently with comparative accuracy.     

Weak boson plus jet production in 2nd-order QCD

We calculate cross sections for the production ofW ⁺ andZ bosons in association with 1 and 2 jets at \(p\bar p\) collider energies. The expected rates for these processes in second-order QCD are presented as a function of the cuts on the transverse momenta of the jets and are compared with jet rates measured by UA1.     

对巯基苯甲酸在电化学沉积金膜表面的SERS研究

SERS技术由于具有高灵敏度的表面效应,能够检测吸附在金属表面的单分子层或亚单分子层的分子,并能给出丰富的分子结构信息,因而己被广泛应用于界面科学以及定性和定量分析科学领域之中。本文在制备电化学沉积金纳米薄膜的基础上,利用扫描电镜观察金纳米薄膜的形貌,通过分析对巯基苯甲酸在电化学沉积金膜表面的SERS光谱,研究对巯基苯甲酸在金纳米薄膜表面的吸附方式。由SERS光谱分析,我们推断出对巯基苯甲酸可能通过羧基和S原子共同作用吸附在金纳米颗粒表面,且苯环平面可能与金薄膜表面成一定倾斜角。     

Edge effects on the order and freezing of a 2D array of block copolymer spheres

The order in a single layer of spherical domains of a block copolymer melt is investigated as a function of distance from the edges of the 15 microm wide, 30 nm deep wells that confine it along a substrate. At 255 degrees C the edge induces the formation of a hexatic phase whose orientational and translational order decreases slowly away from the edge until in the center of the well the block copolymer spheres have liquidlike order.     

分光光度法研究在氯化钠-四丁基溴化铵体系中Au(Ⅲ)与U(Ⅵ)、Ce(Ⅲ)、Mg(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的浮选分离

用分光光度法研究了氯化钠和四丁基溴化铵浮选分离金的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。结果表明,当溶液中氯化钠和四丁基溴化铵的浓度分别为2.5×10-3mol/L和4.0×10-4mol/L,pH3.0时,Au(Ⅲ)可与U(Ⅵ)、Ce(Ⅲ)、Mg(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)离子定量分离,对合成水样中Au(Ⅲ)的分离和测定,结果满意。
