Hamiltonian formulation of various energy conservative evolution equations is given by means of wavelet expansion of solutions on the whole real axis R. The KdV equation, wave equations and Schrödinger equations are treated in a unified similar manner. A matrix representation of operators with respect to a nice wavelet base plays an important role in the formulation. Since the procedure is very concrete, our results can be used to efficiently compute numerical solutions of partial differential equations described in the text. In fact, we may also use symplectic schemes to solve derived Hamiltonian systems.  相似文献

A novel cyclodextrin (CD) dimer linked with a bis(picolinyl)cystine (Cys) moiety was prepared by the coupling of Boc-protected Cys with amino-modified CDs, followed by deprotection of the Boc groups and bispicolinylation. The dimer showed less affinity to an organic guest molecule compared to that of a native CD monomer. It was attributed to an intramolecular inclusion of the pyridine moiety into CD cavity. The dimer caused significant increase of its organic guest affinity by an addition of a copper ion. The included pyridine group may come out of a CD cavity to bind the copper ion and the two CDs included cooperatively and intermolecularly a guest molecule with high affinity.  相似文献

RIKEN Accelerator Research Facility data on the tensor analyzing power T 20 of the dd3Hen and dd3Hp reactions at zero angle for deuteron kinetic energies of 140, 200, and 270 MeV are reported. The observed positive sign of T 20 clearly demonstrates the sensitivity to the D/S-wave ratio in the 3He and 3H wave functions in the energy range of the experiment. Data on T 20 for the 3Hen channel are in agreement with those for the 3Hp channel within the experimental errors.  相似文献

In connection with a characteristic feature of the effective optical potential in the Dirac approach two types of time delays are considered in the relativistic eikonal approximation. One is obtained from the scattering amplitude and the other given by the wave packet motion in the interaction region. These time delays turn out to differ in sign at intermediate energies, in contrast to the agreement between corresponding nonrelativistic time delays.  相似文献

Cyclic voltammetry of TEMPO in aqueous 0.1 M NaOH in the presence of glutathione (GSH) or cysteine (Cys) indicated the following points: (i) Both of the thiols rapidly formed adducts 3 with oxoammonium ion 1 anodically generated from TEMPO. (ii) 3 generated from GSH entered a succeeding reaction that generated N-oxide anion 2- (the reduced TEMPO). (iii) 3 produced from Cys remained intact over the time scale of voltammetry. A structural feature of GSH was considered to contribute to the observed behavior of this tripeptide. Possible structural features were evaluated by screening various thiols on the basis of whether they provided GSH-like voltammetric results. The 3-mercaptopropionamide group with an amide hydrogen in GSH was determined to be responsible for the observed difference between GSH and Cys. The likely function is to transform 3 from GSH into a 5-imino-1,2-oxathiolane intermediate, thereby releasing 2-. Product analysis for reactions of model thiols representing GSH and Cys with 1 provided support for this argument and suggested that the reaction of GSH or Cys with 1 would produce the corresponding disulfides, regardless of whether a five-membered ring intermediate was formed. The proposed function of the 3-mercaptopropionamide moiety of GSH may provide useful insight for the molecular design of exogenous thiol compounds as novel drugs for the treatment of GSH-depletion-related disorders.  相似文献

Small amounts of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in aqueous solution were almost completely adsorbed on barium salts of copper (II) sulphophthalocyanines and cobalt (II) phthalocyanine, which were precipitated from the solution. Recoveries of the PAHs from the precipitates by thermal desorption gas chromatography were 71–95%. The method is useful for the concentration and analysis of medium molecular weight, thermally stable PAHs.  相似文献
