We report on the selective binding of 2-amino-5,6,7-trimethyl-1,8-naphthyridine (ATMND) to C-C mismatch present in the hairpin structures of (CCG)(n) trinucleotide repeats that are associated with neurological diseases; this binding is accompanied by significant fluorescence quenching of ATMND.  相似文献

A new flavonol galactopyranoside, myricetin 3-O-(2',3'-digalloyl)-β-D-galactopyranoide (1), and 23 known constituents, including myricetin 3-O-(2'-galloyl)-β-D-galactopyranoide (2), myricitrin (3), myricetin (4), quercetin 3-O-(2', 3'-digalloyl)-β-D-galactopyranoide (5), quercetin 3-O-(2'-galloyl)-β-D-galactopyranoide (6), hyperin (7), isoquercetrin (8), quercetin (9), kaempferol (10), apigenin (11), luteolin (12), 3-O-methylquercetin (13), 5,7,2',5'-tetrahydroxyflavone (14), 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose (15), 1,2,6-tri-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose (16), 1,3,6-tri-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose (17), gallic acid (18), protocatechuic acid (19), 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid (20), 2,6-dihydroxyacetophenone (21), 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid (22), ellagic acid (23) and esculetin (24) were isolated from Euphorbia lunulata Bge. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis. Isolated hydrolysable tannins, flavonoids, and flavonol galactopyranoside gallates showed significant inhibition of the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and triglyceride accumulation in maturing adipocytes, and nitric oxide production in RAW 264.7 cells.  相似文献

A newly developed large-volume injection (LVI) technique that employs a unique stomach-shaped inlet liner (SSIL) inside of a programmable temperature vaporizer was used for the determination of trace amounts of dioxins in human milk and plasma. The initial temperature and the initial dwelling time of the inlet and the kind of solvent used were found to be critical in determining the analytical sensitivity of dioxins due to the loss of these relatively volatile compounds during solvent vaporization. Human milk and plasma were purified and fractionated by pre-packed multi-layered silica-gel chromatography and activated carbon silica-gel column chromatography. A 20-microL aliquot of the fraction collected from the chromatography with toluene was directly applied to the LVI system in high-resolution gas chromatography/high-resolution mass spectrometry. Excellent correlation (r > 0.97) between the values obtained by the LVI method using the SSIL device and those by the conventional regular-volume splitless injection method was obtained for PCDDs, PCDFs and non-ortho PCBs in human milk and plasma samples.  相似文献

Two highly sensitive, chiral derivatization reagents, D- and L-1-aminoethyl-4-dimethyl-aminonaphthalene, were synthesized from 1-dimethylaminonaphthalene. Condensation of carboxylic acids with the chiral reagent was readily effected in the presence of a watersoluble carbodiimide. The diastereoisomeric amides formed from N-acetylamino acid and α-arylpropionic acid enantiomers were efficiently resolved by normal phase chromatography (μPorasil column) -with hexane/ethyl acetate or hexane/tetrahydrofuran as a mobile phase. With a fluorescence detector (excitation 320 nm, emission 395 nm), the detection limit was 0.1 ng.  相似文献

A method is described for determination of selenium in sediment by isotope-dilution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with an octapole reaction cell (ID–ICP–ORCMS). Sediment samples were digested with HNO3, HClO4, and HF, and the digestion included an elaborate evaporation process to remove bromine from the digested solution. Simple strong cation-exchange disk filtration was used to remove rare earth elements (REE) from the digested solution, because REE2+ seriously interfere with Se isotopes (i.e. 156Gd2+ with 78Se+, 160Gd2+ with 80Se+). Addition of acetic acid to the filtrate was examined to improve the sensitivity of ICP–ORCMS measurement of Se+ by means of a carbon-enhancement effect. The interfering for selenium isotopes were almost eliminated by use of H2 as reaction gas. Interference from BrH+ formed in the reaction cell was negligible because the Br was removed in the evaporation process. Approximately 99.5% of REE were removed by cation-exchange disk filtration yet more than 99% of Se remained in the filtrate solution. The intensity for Se+ was enhanced approximately fourfold by addition of 5% (v/v) of acetic acid whereas that for was barely enhanced. Measured 80Se/78Se ratios in unspiked digested solutions of the sample were in good agreement with that for an Se standard solution. The analytical results for Se in the certified reference materials MESS-3 and PACS-1 were in good agreement with their certified values, with small uncertainties.   相似文献

Abstract

Correlations among lattice parameter, external pressure, and critical temperature Tc has been surveyed on fullerene superconductors with a wide range of lattice parameters and various valence states. The observed value of dTc/dP for Na2Rb0.5Cs0.5C60 and Li3CsC60, having small interfullerene separations, is about a few times lager than that of K3C60. In contrast, small dTc/dP values are found in fullerides with expanded unit cells, such as (NH3)xNaAA?C60 (A, A? = K, Rb and Cs) and A3Ba3C60. Interestingly, the chemical and physical pressure effects on Tc are considerably different in these fullerides with large interfullerene spacings. Our results suggest that the pressure dependence is scaled by an interfullerene distance when the interfullerene distances is small, but that this scaling fails when the unit cell is expanded.  相似文献

We demonstrate that the superposition of light polarization states is coherently transferred to electron spins in a semiconductor quantum well. By using time-resolved Kerr rotation, we observe the initial phase of Larmor precession of electron spins whose coherence is transferred from light. To break the electron-hole spin entanglement, we utilized the big discrepancy between the transverse g factors of electrons and light-holes. The result encourages us to make a quantum media converter between flying photon qubits and stationary electron-spin qubits in semiconductors.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed domino cyclization of propargyl bromides having two nucleophilic functional groups is described. Treatment of 1,7-diamino-5-bromohept-3-yne derivatives with catalytic Pd(PPh3)4 in the presence of NaH in MeOH gives the 2,7-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-enes in good yields. Interestingly, the regioselectivity of the reaction is completely controlled by the relative reactivity of the amine functional groups, irrespective of the position of the nucleophiles. The malonate derivative also undergoes domino cyclization to produce a hexahydroindole derivative.  相似文献
