The properties of supported bimetallic Rh-Co/ZrO2 catalysts in ethanol steam reforming into hydrogen-containing gas were studied. The particles of Rh-Co solid solutions on the catalyst surface were prepared by the thermal decomposition of the double complex salt [Co(NH3)6][Rh(NO2)6] and the solid solution Na3[RhCo(NO2)6]. It was found that the bimetallic Rh-Co/ZrO2 catalysts exhibited high activity in the reaction of ethanol steam reforming. The equilibrium composition of reaction products was attained at 500–700°C and a reaction mixture space velocity of 10000 h−1.  相似文献

The experimental results of a study of the fine structure of the levels of excitons localized in InAlAs quantum dots in an AlGaAs matrix are reported. Transformations from optical orientation to alignment and from alignment to orientation, which occur due to the exchange splitting of a dipole-active excitonic doublet and are allowed by the low symmetry of a quantum dot, are observed in a longitudinal magnetic field (Faraday geometry). A comparison of theory with experiment for a self-organized ensemble of quantum dots enables a determination of the character of the distribution over the dipole orientations for resonance optical transitions. Using polarization-sensitive photoluminescence and photoluminescence excitation spectroscopy, we study single InAs/GaAs self-assembled quantum dots. The dots were embedded in an n-type, Schottky diode structure allowing for control of the charge state. We present here the exciton, singly charged exciton (positive and negative trions), and the twice negatively charged exciton. For non-resonant excitation below the wetting layer, we observed a large degree of polarization memory from the radiative recombination of both the positive and negative trions. In excitation spectra, through the p-shell, we have found several sharp resonances in the emission from the s-shell recombination of the dot in all charged states. Some of these excitation resonances exhibit strong coulomb shifts upon addition of charges into the quantum dot. One particular resonance of the negatively charged trion was found to exhibit a fine structure doublet under circular polarization. This observation is explained in terms of resonant absorption into the triplet states of the negative trion.  相似文献

Binary complex salts [Rh(NH3)5Cl][MCl6], where M = Re, Os, Ir, have been synthesized and characterized. X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the salts are isostructural. According to X-ray phase analysis, the products of their thermolysis in hydrogen are monophase stoichiometric nonequilibrium solid solutions Rh0.5M0.5 (M = Re, Os, Ir). The molecular and crystal structures of [Rh(NH3)5Cl][OsCl6] were determined in an X-ray structural analysis.  相似文献

The stability of the oscillations of an electron ring inside a metallic tube having ideally conducting walls is considered. Expressions are derived for the growth rates of unstable harmonics. The instability in the neighborhood of waveguide resonances is investigated. [Cu(NH3)2](NO3)2 ( I ) and [Cu(NH3](NO3)2 ( II ) were synthesized by interaction of molten NH4NO3 with [Cu(NH3)4](NO3)2 and Cu(NO3)2 · 3 H2O, respectively, at 180 to 195°C for 24 hr. According to X-Ray single crystal analysis, I is orthorhombic (sp. gr. Pbca) with a = 5.678(1), b = 9.765(2), c = 11.596(2) Å, Z = 4, R = 0.060; II is monoclinic (sp. gr. P21/c) with a = 6.670(1), b = 8.658(2), c = 9.661(2) Å, β = 101.78(2)°, Z = 4, R = 0.027. In both structures, the nearest coordination environment of Cu is a slightly distorted square formed by N (from NH3) and O atoms (from NO3 groups). The structure of I consists of centrosymmetrical [Cu(NH3)2](NO3)2 molecules linked by hydrogen bonds. The Cu? N and Cu? O distances are 1.98 and 2.01 Å, respectively. In II , the Cu? N distance is 1.95 Å, the Cu? O distances are 1.96, 2.02, and 2.03 Å. The [CuO3NH3] squares are connected by NO3 bridges into zigzag chains, which are linked into layers by longer Cu? O interactions (2.31 Å). Obviously, the layers are additionally strengthened and held together by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the double complex salt (DCS) [PdEn2]3[Rh(NO2)6]2 ? 2.67H2O (I) has been determined by X-ray diffraction. Crystals are triclinic, space group \(P\bar 1\), Z = 4, a = 9.2331(3) Å, b = 9.9136(4) Å, c = 13.7824(5) Å, α = 84.3230(14)°, β = 89.9655(14)°, γ = 66.7272(13)°, V = 1152.19(7) Å3, ρcalcd = 2.141 g/cm3, R = 0.0279. The thermal behavior of complex salt I has been studied in various gas atmospheres. The end product of thermolysis in reductive atmosphere is a mixture of Pd0.45Rh0.55 and Pd0.95Rh0.05 solid solutions. The end product of thermolysis in an inert atmosphere is a homogeneous Pd0.6Rh0.4 solid solution.  相似文献
