本文利用红外光解离光谱研究了第三族金属氧化物离子对二氧化碳分子的转化机制. 研究表明,对于[ScO(CO2)n]+体系,在n≤4时,形成了溶剂化结构;在n=5时,形成了碳酸盐结构,实现了二氧化碳的转化. 对于[YO(CO2)n]+体系,需要4个二氧化碳分子就可以实现二氧化碳的转化. 而在[YO(CO2)n]+体系中,只发现了溶剂化结构,没有观察到碳酸盐结构. 理论计算表明,[YO(CO2)n]+体系拥有最小的溶剂化结构向碳酸盐结构转化能垒,[LaO(CO2)n]+体系拥有最大的溶剂化结构向碳酸盐结构转化能垒. 本文从分子水平揭示了不同金属氧化物离子对二氧化碳分子转化的影响规律. 相似文献

Software aging is a phenomenon referring to the performance degradation of a long-running software system. This phenomenon is an accumulative process during execution, which will gradually lead the system from a normal state to a failure-prone state. It is a crucial challenge for system reliability to predict the Aging-Related Failures (ARFs) accurately. In this paper, permutation entropy (PE) is modified to Multidimensional Multi-scale Permutation Entropy (MMPE) as a novel aging indicator to detect performance anomalies, since MMPE is sensitive to dynamic state changes. An experiment is set on the distributed database system Voldemort, and MMPE is calculated based on the collected performance metrics during execution. Finally, based on MMPE, a failure prediction model using the machine learning method to reveal the anomalies is presented, which can predict failures with high accuracy. 相似文献

Distance weighted discrimination (DWD) is an appealing classification method that is capable of overcoming data piling problems in high-dimensional settings. Especially when various sparsity structures are assumed in these settings, variable selection in multicategory classification poses great challenges. In this paper, we propose a multicategory generalized DWD (MgDWD) method that maintains intrinsic variable group structures during selection using a sparse group lasso penalty. Theoretically, we derive minimizer uniqueness for the penalized MgDWD loss function and consistency properties for the proposed classifier. We further develop an efficient algorithm based on the proximal operator to solve the optimization problem. <正>In this study,the physics-based device simulation tool Silvaco ATLAS is used to characterize the electrical properties of an AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor(HEMT) with a U-type gate foot.The U-gate AlGaN/GaN HEMT mainly features a gradually changed sidewall angle,which effectively mitigates the electric field in the channel, thus obtaining enhanced off-state breakdown characteristics.At the same time,only a small additional gate capacitance and decreased gate resistance ensure excellent RF characteristics for the U-gate device.U-gate AlGaN/GaN HEMTs are feasible through adjusting the etching conditions of an inductively coupled plasma system,without introducing any extra process steps.The simulation results are confirmed by experimental measurements.These features indicate that U-gate AlGaN/GaN HEMTs might be promising candidates for use in miltimeter-wave power applications. 相似文献

Free-standing thick films of spinel ferrite, Ni0.89−xCu0.11ZnxFe2O4 with x=0.55 and 0.60, were prepared as fillers to fabricate electromagnetic composites. Compared to those made with conventional spherical fillers, the composites made with thick film fillers showed enhanced static permeability (μ′0) and maximum imaginary permeability (μ″max). At the same time, complex permittivity (ε′ and ε″) were almost unchanged. A relative bandwidth WR of 7–8 was achieved, which is about 75% of the theoretical maximum relative bandwidth. This article presents an experimental investigation on the merging probability of buoyancy-controlled jet flames. Two rectangular jet nozzles with different aspect ratios and heat release rates were studied in the open space. The nozzles of the same area with dimensions of 1.5 × 24, 3 × 12, and 6 × 6 mm were used in this article. It is found that the merging probability increases with the heat release rate and decreases with the space between these two nozzles. A model to predict the merging probability has been developed, which is proportional to a dimensionless parameter linearly within a certain scope. 相似文献
