Let us consider a quantum theory of one scalar, real, local, Poincaré covariant fieldA(x) with the restricted spectrum condition (massive one particle states and a unique vacuum). The asymptotic fieldsA in out (x) are assumed to be irreducible. Our conjecture is that under some technical assumptions the charge of every real, hermitean, locally conserved, Poincaré covariant quantum (pseudo) vector fieldj (x) relatively local toA(x), appearing in this theory-vanishes. This means that in a theory of one scalar, real field with a massive particle one can not expect to get symmetry groups induced by conserved (pseudo) vector currents, only by global, selfadjoint, Poincaré invariant generators.Our arguments can be easily extended to a theory of one complex scalar field, in this case the only symmetry transformation induced by a current can be the gauge transformation.We prove also that under very weak assumptions two fields related to each other by a unitary (or similarity) transformation are equal barring some patological cases.  相似文献

Abstract

With comparable molar quantities, chromotropic acid reacts with compounds containing aldehyde groups -CHO e.g. with formadehyde or glyoxylic acid to form cyclic compounds with rings containing four chromotropic acid fragments — cyclotetrachromotropylene derivatives. The cyclic compounds, due to the presence of a cavity in the molecule, can play the part of host and complex smaller molecules, which has been confirmed on the basis of triethylamine by the 1H-NMR measurements. Using spectrophotometric method the stability constant of 1:1 complex formed between Ti(IV) and cyclic compound chromotropic acid with formaldehyde has been determined - K = (9,0 ± 0,1) 104.  相似文献

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the impact of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae and S. kudriavzevii mixed culture on the fermentation, chemical and aromatic composition of semi-sweet white wines. The variables tested in the experiment were the initial ratio of yeast in mixed cultures and the time of inoculation of the S. kudriavzevii co-culture. The addition of S. kudriavzevii to the inoculum did not significantly change the chemical composition of the wines obtained. No reduction in ethanol yield was found in mixed culture fermented wines; however, in some variants of the experiment, the ethanol content was higher. The mixed cultures of S. cerevisiae and S. kudriavzevii increased the level of volatile compounds in white grape wines. Wines fermented with the co-culture of S. kudriavzevii were characterized by a more diversified ester profile. The mixed cultures of S. cerevisiae and S. kudriavzevii raised the levels of terpenes in white wines. The most promising results were obtained for mixed culture variants, in which S. kudriavzevii was sequentially inoculated on the sixth day of fermentation.  相似文献

Depleted uranium (DU) is a by-product of the uranium enrichment process for nuclear fuel. According to the Commission Decision 2002/657/EC, a confirmatory method for the quantification of DU in freeze-dried fish was developed by isotope ratio dynamic reaction cell inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (IR-DRC-ICP-MS). A preliminary study was performed to determine the following parameters: instrumental detection limit (IDL), isotopic ratio measurement limit (IRML), percentage of DU (P(DU)) in presence of natural uranium (NU) and limit of quantification (LoQ(DU)). The analyses were carried out by means of IR-DRC-ICP-MS. Ammonia was the reaction gas used for the dynamic reaction cell. In addition, a sector field inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (SF-ICP-MS) was employed to calculate the within-laboratory reproducibility. For the confirmatory method the following parameters were determined: (a) trueness; (b) precision; (c) critical concentrations alpha and beta (CC(alpha), CC(beta)); (d) specificity; (e) stability. Trueness was assessed by using the recovery tests. The recovery and within-laboratory reproducibility were determined by fortifying the blank digested solution of dogfish tissue: six aliquots were fortified at 1, 1.5 and 2 times the LOQ(DU) with 25.0, 37.5 and 50.0 ng L(-1) or 4.16, 6.24, 8.32 microg kg(-1) with a recovery of -8.2, +9.5 and +9.6%, respectively and a within-laboratory reproducibility (three analytical run) of 15.5, 8.0 and 11.0%, respectively. The results for the decision limit and the detection capability were: CC(alpha) = 11.69 ng L(-1) and CC(beta) = 19.8 ng L(-1). The digested solutions resulted to be stable during testing time (60 days) and the method can be considered highly specific as well.  相似文献

The behavior of binary mixed Langmuir monolayers from gramicidin A (GA) and ethyl nonadecanoate (EN), spread on aqueous subphases containing NaCl and CaCl2, was investigated on the basis of the analysis of surface pressure-average area per molecule (pi-A) isotherms complemented with Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) images. Compression modulus versus surface pressure (C(S-1)-pi) curves indicate the existence of interactions in the GA-EN mixed monolayers at low surface pressures (below 5 mN m(-1)). However, for mixtures in which the ester is the predominant component, both GA and EN are miscible within regions from fully expanded to collapse. To examine the interactions between both components in the studied system, values of the mean molecular area per molecule (A12) were plotted as a function of molar fraction of gramicidin A (X(GA)). A12-X(GA) plots exhibit negative deviations from ideality at high surface pressures, wherein beta-helices of GA are vertically oriented in respect to the interface. However, at surface pressures below the plateau transition, which is due to reorientation of GA, the binary system obeys the additive rule. Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) was applied for a direct visualization of the monolayers morphologies. The obtained images prove that for molar ratios of GA > or = 0.3 and at surface pressures above 5 mN m(-1), both components are immiscible at the interface. The observed negative deviations from the additively rule were attributed to the formation of a three-dimensional phase in the mixed film, which provokes its contraction at the interface.  相似文献

The paper presents experimental investigations of the concrete covers’ protective ability to counteract rebar corrosion in reinforced concrete cubes. The concrete sample was subjected to a chloride-induced environment to get corroded and combined with an un-corroded sample. The chloride-accelerated technique can induce a high degree of corrosion within a controlled time. Moreover, detailed and thorough experimental measurements and analyses of reinforcement loss due to corrosion and its influence on concrete microstructure, were studied through 3D X-ray micro-computed tomography. The rebar outside the concrete was heavily corroded due to the chloride-accelerated test, whereas, only local surface corrosion products appeared inside the concrete. It turned out that the concrete cover showed protective ability to counteract the reinforcing-steel corrosion mechanism despite the accelerated corrosion environment. Moreover, the bond strength between the reinforcement rebar and concrete was not visibly affected since the failure force in the pull-out test and failure mechanisms, observed by 3D X-ray micro-CT, were similar for corroded and un-corroded samples. The failure occurred due to radial cracks with a maximum width equal to approximately 0.25 mm.  相似文献

The influence of the solvent and the substituents on the complexing properties of methyl and phenyl glycine derivatives is discussed. On the basis of a computer analysis of potentiometric titration results, the composition and the stability constants of the complexes ofN-methylglycine,N,N-dimethylglycine,N-phenylglycine and phenylglycine with H+ and with Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) were determined. The ligand-metal coordination mode as well as the zwitterion level in percent in ligand/proton systems were determined by spectral analyses and equilibria studies.
Komplexbildung der Methyl- und Phenylglycin-Derivate in ihren Verbindungen mit dem Proton und Ni(II), Cu(II) und Zn(II)
Zusammenfassung Der Einfluß des Lösungsmittels und der Substituenten auf die komplexbildenden Eigenschaften der Methyl- und Phenylglycin-Derivate wird diskutiert. Anhand einer Computer-Analyse von potentiometrischen Daten wurden die Zusammensetzung und die Beständigkeitskonstanten der Komplexe vonN-Methylglycin,N,N-Dimethylglycin,N-Phenylglycin und Phenylglycin mit H+, Ni(II), Cu(II) und Zn(II) festgestellt. Mittels spektroskopischer Methoden und Gleichgewichtstudien wurde der Koordinationstyp des Liganden mit dem Metall festgestellt sowie der Prozentanteil des Zwitterions im Ligand/Proton-System.
