The kinetic parameters and enthalpies of the Diels–Alder reactions between cyclopentadiene and 2,3-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone leading to the formation of two different monoadducts and bisadduct were determined. The stability of adducts is compared. Monoadduct appears to be thermodynamically more stable than the bisadduct. Comparison with the other Diels–Alder reactions studied previously allows us to conclude that the heat effects upon formation of the considered Diels–Alder adducts are the lowest in comparison with all the studied dienophiles.  相似文献

In contrast with the generally accepted viewpoint, it is shown that the Coriolis force caused by rotation of an orbital station can appreciably affect natural convection and impurity distribution during the growth of crystals from a melt in orbital flight conditions. 2D and 3D steady and oscillatory convection in a rectangular enclosure is considered. The resonance phenomenon arising due to the interaction of the Coriolis force and harmonic oscillations of the gravity force is demonstrated. It is shown that for moderate values of the Ekman number the Coriolis force suppresses convection in one direction and amplifies it in the other, which in turn results in deformation of the impurity distribution over the cross-section of the crystal.  相似文献

The effect of antimony doping of tin dioxide at Sb/Sn = 0.2–2.5 on the physical properties and structure of air-dry samples of hydrous tin dioxide, SnO2 ? nH2O (HTD), was studied by IR and Raman spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, impedance measurements, TGA, and electron microscopy. The doped materials retained the structure of undoped HTD materials if the Sb/Sn ratio did not exceed the threshold value of 1.0. When Sb/Sn > 1, crystalline antimony oxide admixture appeared. The data of IR spectroscopy attested to the presence of two types of water in HTD-Sb, namely, physisorbed and chemisorbed water. The major part of water of the former type can be removed by evacuation at room temperature. Chemisorption occurs upon coordination of water molecules by metal ions through the formation of metal–oxygen bonds. Water molecules of the latter type are retained in evacuated samples at room temperature and on heating above the boiling point of liquid water. By impedance spectroscopy, HTD-Sb samples were shown to possess fairly high proton conductivity at high humidity; however, the conductivity decreased by two orders of magnitude after partial removal of water molecules of the former type. This attests to the destruction of the loosely bound hydrogen bond network, across which proton transfer takes place. It was also found that under conditions of constant humidity, the proton conductivity successively decreases with increasing antimony concentration. This is attributable to the fact that Sb(III) ions polarize the local environment to a lesser extent than Sn(IV) ions.  相似文献

The genome of the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana encodes 13 oxidosqualene cyclases, 9 of which have been characterized by heterologous expression in yeast. Here we describe another cyclase, baruol synthase (BARS1), which makes baruol (90%) and 22 minor products (0.02-3% each). This represents as many triterpenes as have been reported for all other Arabidopsis cyclases combined. By accessing an extraordinary repertoire of mechanistic pathways, BARS1 makes numerous skeletal types and deprotonates the carbocation intermediates at 14 different sites around rings A, B, C, D, and E. This undercurrent of structural and mechanistic diversity in a superficially accurate enzyme is incompatible with prevailing concepts of triterpene biosynthesis, which posit tight control over the mechanistic pathway through cation-pi interactions, with a single proton acceptor in a hydrophobic active site. Our findings suggest that mechanistic diversity is the default for triterpene biosynthesis and that product accuracy results from exclusion of alternative pathways.  相似文献

Using the quantum mechanical path integral Monte Carlo method, we simulated parahydrogen clusters (j = 0) and clusters doped with several (up to 6) orthohydrogen molecules (j = 1), with the total number of molecules ranging from 4 to 40 at temperatures of 1.5, 3, and 4.5 K. Some energy parameters (including the chemical potentials) and spatial characteristics of the clusters are found. At a temperature of 1.5 K, as the total number N of molecules in the cluster increases, the chemical potential and the rotational energy of the clusters attain local minima at the same geometrically determined values of N (the magic numbers). The ortho-molecules exhibit a larger probability (compared to the para-molecules) to reside in the central region of the cluster and a smaller probability to be located near its surface. This effect is enhanced as the number of orthohydrogen molecules in the cluster increases, the total number N of molecules grows, or the temperature is lowered.  相似文献

6h-Aminophosphonates containing alicyclic, aromatic, and heterocyclic fragments were obtained in high yields by the Kabachnick—Fields reaction of the corresponding carbonyl compounds with 2-, 3- and 4-aminopyridines and diethyl phosphite using tetra- tert-butyl- phthalocyanine aluminum chloride as the catalyst. 2-, 3-, 4-Aminopyridines were found to vary in their reactivity with ketones and diethyl phosphite in the catalytic three-component one-pot process.  相似文献

The specific features of synthesis, polymorthism, and electric conductivity of oxide-ion conducting compounds La2 − x Me x Mo2O9 − y , where Me = Na, K, Rb, or Cs, have been studied. Ceramic samples were obtained by solid-state synthesis in the temperature range of 960–1100°C. The regions where solid solutions exist have been found to depend on the temperature of the sample firing. According to the calorimetric and electrophysical data, the phase transition from the monoclinic phase (α) to the cubic phase (β) in samples doped with potassium and rubidium disappears at x = 0.02 and 0.04, respectively. In these cases the only transition from the cubic β ms phase to the high-temperature cubic β phase is observed near 450°C. Doping with sodium and cesium does not suppress the α → β phase transition.  相似文献

Different ways for monitoring the dehydration of tissues affected by hyperosmotic agents have been comparatively analyzed to increase the THz transparency of biological tissues. The data obtained with an original THz laser spectrometer, a Nicolet 6700 Fourier spectrometer, and a Callegari Soft Plus system for skin diagnostics are in good agreement. The corresponding responses of biological tissues (in the form of THz transmittance, reflectance, absorption coefficient, and hydration coefficient) to the effect of biologically compatible hyperosmotic agents have been studied.  相似文献
