The synthesis, analysis, and IR spectroscopic, thermogravimetric, and X-ray diffraction study of [Cu(Тsc)2](Nds) (I), where Тsc is thiosemicarbazide NH2NHС(=S)NH2, and 1,5-Nds2– is the doubly deprotonated 1,5-naphthalenedisulfoacid anion C10H6(SO3) 2 2– , have been performed. Crystal structure units in complex I are [Cu(Тsc)2]2+ centrosymmetric complex cations and (Nds)2– anions (including those in inversion centers). The copper atom is coordinated to the vertices of a square via the two sulfur and two nitrogen atoms of the two bidentate-chelate (S,N) ligands Тsc. Crystal structure units in complex I are linked together by a branched network of weak nonlinear N–Н···О hydrogen bonds with participation of donors (all the five independent hydrogen atoms of the two NH2 groups and NH group of the [Cu(Tsc)]2+ complex cation) and acceptors (all the three independent oxygen atoms of the sulfato group of the 1,5-Nds2– anion). 相似文献

The coordination compound [Co(L)(Mal)(H2O)2]H2O (I) (L is benzhydrazide, H2Mal is malonic acid) has been synthesized and studied by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, and X-ray diffraction. Crystals are triclinic, a = 7.610(4) Å, b = 7.854(2) Å, c = 12.751(2) Å, α = 75.12(3)°, β = 88.01(3)°, γ = 80.26(3)°, Z = 2, space group \(P\bar 1\). The structure is molecular. The Co2+ atom has a distorted octahedral coordination. The Co-O and Co-N bond lengths are 2.031-2.129(4) and 2.157(5) Å, respectively. The endocyclic O1Co1N1 bond angles are 77.3(2)° and 90.0(2)° in the five- and six-membered chelate rings, respectively. Molecules of complex I are linked via a great number of hydrogen bonds. The C…C contacts between phenyl rings additionally strengthen the structure. 相似文献

A crystal of Ni(HL)2[Ni(Malon)2(H2O)2]2 · 3.51H2O (I), which is built of [Ni(HL)2]2+ cations (HL is thiosemicarbazide), [Ni(Malon)2(H2O)2]2? anions (H2 Malon is malonic acid), and molecules of crystal water, has been synthesized and studied by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, and X-ray diffraction. Structural units of complex I are linked by electrostatic interactions and numerous hydrogen bonds. The unit cell parameters b = 7.233(1) Å, c = 24.426(5) Å, β = 127.98(3)°, space group C2/c, Z = 8. The polyhedron of the nickel atom in [Ni(HL)2]2+ cations is a cis-square that is slightly distorted within ~10°. Ligands HL are bidentately chelately coordinated (via N and S) to the nickel atom with the closure of near planar five-membered chelate rings. The malonate groups in [Ni(Malon)2(H2O)2]2? anions are bidentately chelately coordinated with the formation of six-membered non-planar chelate rings. The coordination of the central atom is complemented to an octahedron with two H2O molecules. The bond lengths in cations are 1.924(4) and 1.912(4) Å (Ni-N) and 2.144(1) and 2.150(2) Å (Ni-S), and the bond lengths in anions are 2.003–2.046(3) Å (Ni-O) and 2.113(4) and 2.122(3) Å (Ni-O(w)). 相似文献
