A study of Pentacene OTFTs using La2O3 as gate insulator is presented. The device characteristics were studied and analyzed. The OTFTs exhibit p-type conductivity with field effect mobility 6.5 × 10−8 m2/V.s, ON/OFF ratio 1.4 × 102, sub-threshold swing 2 mV/decade and hole concentration 4.5 × 1017 cm−3. The effect of normal scattering processes is considered to redistribute the phonon momentum in (a) the same phonon branch
— KK-S model and (b) between different phonon branches — KK-H model. Simplified thermal conductivity relations are used to
estimate the thermal conductivity of germanium, silicon and diamond with natural isotopes and highly enriched isotopes. It
is observed that the consideration of the normal scattering processes involving different phonon branches gives better results
for the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity of germanium, silicon and diamond with natural and highly enriched
isotopes. Also, the estimation of the lattice thermal conductivity of germanium and silicon for these models with the consideration
of quadratic form of frequency dependences of phonon wave vector leads to the conclusion that the splitting of longitudinal
and transverse phonon modes, as suggested by Holland, is not an essential requirement to explain the entire temperature dependence
of lattice thermal conductivity whereas KK-H model gives a better estimation of the thermal conductivity without the splitting
of the acoustic phonon modes due to the dispersive nature of the phonon dispersion curves.

Viscosity and desity data for KCl, KBr, Me4NBr, Et4NBr, Pr4NBr, and Bu4NBr from 0.005 to 3M in aqueous dimethylformamide solutions at 25°C and 35°C are presented. The data for dilute solutions were analyzed by means of the Jones-Dole equation and the ionic B coefficients evaluated. The data for concentrated solutions were analyzed by the Breslau and Miller equation and the effective flow volume, V3 of the electrolytes obtained as a function of concentration. The improvement of charge transport in conjugated polymers is a focal point of current research. It is shown here that the carrier mobility can be substantially increased through the introduction of conjugated cross-links between the conjugated chains. Novel organometallic polymer networks based on a poly(p-phenylene ethynylene) (PPE) derivative and Pt0 were synthesized by ligand-exchange reactions between the linear PPE and a low-molecular Pt complex. Time-of-flight measurements revealed ambipolar charge carrier mobilities of up to 1.6 x 10-2 cm2 V-1 s-1 for these materials, which are an order of magnitude higher than those of the neat polymer and represent the highest mobilities yet observed in disordered conjugated polymers. 相似文献
Composite gel polymer electrolytes composed of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) P(VDF-HFP) and polymethylmethacrylate PMMA polymers, PC + DEC as plasticizer and LiCF3SO3 as salt and fumed silica as filler have been synthesized by solvent casting technique with varying plasticizer-filler ratio systematically. Films of thickness in the range of 40-70 μm were characterized by a.c. impedance measurements in the temperature range 303 K to 373 K. Addition of filler to the polymer electrolyte was found to result in an enhancement of the ionic conductivity. A maximum electrical conductivity of ∼1 × 10−3 S/cm at 303 K and ∼2.1 × 10−3 S/cm at 373 K has been achieved with the dispersion of the SiO2. FTIR spectral studies confirmed the polymer-salt interaction. XRD patterns exhibit the increased amorphicity in the blended composite gel polymer electrolytes. Here we report a base-catalyzed reaction of two different indoles with aldehydes under heating to produce unsymmetrical bis(indolyl)methanes (BIMs), in which one of the indole ring must be N-substituted. Mixture of EtOH-H2O is used as solvent. The reaction did not give symmetrical BIMs of N-substituted indoles or N–H indoles. However, traces of latter were formed in few cases, especially when electron-rich aldehydes were used. Diversely substituted indoles and aldehydes were used for the reaction. The reaction proceeds via 3-indolylalcohol, which we confirmed through isolation. The method also gives good yield on multigram scale reaction. 相似文献
We obtain a relation between the longitudinal structure function FL(x, Q2), F2(x, Q2) and G(x, Q2) at small x, using the formalism recently reported by one of the authors [2]. We also obtain a relation between FL(x, Q2), F2(x, Q2) and its slope (dF2(x, Q2))/(dlnQ2). This provides us with the determination of the longitudinal structure function FL(x, Q2) from F2(x, Q2) data and hence extract the gluon distribution G(x, Q2). 相似文献
Summary: Conjugated poly(p‐phenylene ethynylene) networks with interesting optoelectronic properties were synthesized by the palladium‐catalyzed polycondensation of 2,5‐diiodo‐4‐[(2‐ethylhexyl)oxy]methoxybenzene, and 1,4‐diethynyl‐2,5‐bis‐(octyloxy)benzene, with 1,2,4‐tribromobenzene as cross‐linker. The cross‐linker concentration was varied and materials with different cross‐link densities were prepared. The materials were processed into films by simultaneous polymerization and shaping. An alternative approach is to synthesize these cross‐linked polymers in the form of spherical particles, which can be processed from dispersions.
