Skeletal Ni catalysts were prepared from Ni–Zr alloys, which possess different chemical composition and atomic arrangements, by a combination of thermal treatment and treatment with aqueous HF. Hydrogen generation from ammonia borane over the skeletal Ni catalysts proceeded efficiently, whereas the amorphous Ni–Zr alloy was inactive. Skeletal Ni prepared from amorphous Ni30Zr70 alloy had a higher catalytic activity than that prepared from amorphous Ni40Zr60 and Ni50Zr50 alloys. The atomic arrangement of the Ni–Zr alloy also strongly affected the surface structure and catalytic activities. Thermal treatment of the amorphous Ni–Zr alloys at a temperature slightly lower than the crystallization temperature led to an increase of the number of surface‐exposed Ni atoms and an enhancement of the catalytic activities for hydrogen generation from ammonia borane. The skeletal Ni catalysts also showed excellent durability and recyclability. 相似文献

A Ti4+-exchanged montmorillonite (Ti4+-mont) and a hydrotalcite (HT) are strong solid Br?nsted acid and base, and these two clay catalysts could be used in a single reactor without neutralization of active sites. Because the Ti4+-mont have active acid site in the narrow interlayers, the base sites of large HT particles show no interaction with the acid sites. A variety of acid and base reactions, such as esterification, acetalization, deacetalization, aldol reaction, Michael reaction, and epoxidation, proceeded using both the Ti4+-mont and the HT in a single reactor. 相似文献

Various Mg-Al type hydrotalcites were examined as catalysts for the epoxidation of olefins and N-oxidation of pyridines using hydrogen peroxide. The catalytic activity of hydrotalcites increased with increasing the basicity of their surface. Adding cationic surfactants, e.g., n-dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide, to the above system remarkably accelerated the reaction rate. The hydrotalcites, into which were introduced both Ru and Co cations in the Brucite layers, were found to be good catalysts for the oxidation of various alcohols in the presence of molecular oxygen. Moreover, these hydrotalcites could smoothly catalyze also the oxygenation of diphenylmethane, fluorene, and xanthene at benzylic position with excellent yields. The hydrotalcite catalysts could be easily separated from the reaction mixture and reused with retention of their high catalytic performance for the above oxidations. 相似文献

The kinetics and mechanisms of the self-reaction of allyl radicals and the cross-reaction between allyl and propargyl radicals were studied both experimentally and theoretically. The experiments were carried out over the temperature range 295-800 K and the pressure range 20-200 Torr (maintained by He or N(2)). The allyl and propargyl radicals were generated by the pulsed laser photolysis of respective precursors, 1,5-hexadiene and propargyl chloride, and were probed by using a cavity ring-down spectroscopy technique. The temperature-dependent absorption cross sections of the radicals were measured relative to that of the HCO radical. The rate constants have been determined to be k(C(3)H(5) + C(3)H(5)) = 1.40 × 10(-8)T(-0.933) exp(-225/T) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) (Δ log(10)k = ± 0.088) and k(C(3)H(5) + C(3)H(3)) = 1.71 × 10(-7)T(-1.182) exp(-255/T) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) (Δ log(10)k = ± 0.069) with 2σ uncertainty limits. The potential energy surfaces for both reactions were calculated with the CBS-QB3 and CASPT2 quantum chemical methods, and the product channels have been investigated by the steady-state master equation analyses based on the Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus theory. The results indicated that the reaction between allyl and propargyl radicals produces five-membered ring compounds in combustion conditions, while the formations of the cyclic species are unlikely in the self-reaction of allyl radicals. The temperature- and pressure-dependent rate constant expressions for the important reaction pathways are presented for kinetic modeling. 相似文献

We have investigated a novel technique for the preparation of nano-sized Pt metals on Ti-containing mesoporous silica (TMS) thin film by photo-assisted deposition (PAD). The transparent TMS thin film was prepared on a quartz plate through sol—gel/spin coating. XRD, UV-Vis and Ti K-edge XAFS measurements revealed the formation of isolated Ti oxide species with a tetrahedral-coordination geometry in the silica framework. Deposition of Pt metal precursor on TMS thin film under UV-light irradiation, followed by reduction with molecular hydrogen, afforded a transparent thin film (Pt/TMS). The formation of highly dispersed nano-sized Pt metals having narrow size distributions was determined by Pd LIII-edge XANES and TEM analysis. The TMS and Pt/TMS thin films have been demonstrated to exhibit a strong hydrophilic property, even before UV irradiation, compared to the common mesoporous silica and TiO2 thin films. After UV-light irradiation, the contact angle of water droplet on the TMS and Pt/TMS thin films became extremely lower, indicating the appearance of the photo-induced super-hydrophilic property. 相似文献
