The mechanism of the intermolecular hydroamination of 3-methylbuta-1,2-diene ( 1 ) with N-methylaniline ( 2 ) catalyzed by (IPr)AuOTf has been studied by employing a combination of kinetic analysis, deuterium labelling studies, and in situ spectral analysis of catalytically active mixtures. The results of these and additional experiments are consistent with a mechanism for hydroamination involving reversible, endergonic displacement of N-methylaniline from [(IPr)Au(NHMePh)]+ ( 4 ) by allene to form the cationic gold π-C1,C2-allene complex [(IPr)Au(η2-H2C=C=CMe2)]+ ( I ), which is in rapid, endergonic equilibrium with the regioisomeric π-C2,C3-allene complex [(IPr)Au(η2-Me2C=C=CH2)]+ ( I′ ). Rapid and reversible outer-sphere addition of 2 to the terminal allene carbon atom of I′ to form gold vinyl complex (IPr)Au[C(=CH2)CMe2NMePh] ( II ) is superimposed on the slower addition of 2 to the terminal allene carbon atom of I to form gold vinyl complex (IPr)Au[C(=CMe2)CH2NMePh] ( III ). Selective protodeauration of III releases N-methyl-N-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)aniline ( 3 a ) with regeneration of 4 . At high conversion, gold vinyl complex II is competitively trapped by an (IPr)Au+ fragment to form the cationic bis(gold) vinyl complex {[(IPr)Au]2[C(=CH2)CMe2NMePh]}+ ( 6 ).  相似文献

Montmorillonite-enwrapped titanium hydroxide species (Ti4+-mont) acted as a highly efficient heterogeneous acid catalyst for the acylation of aromatic compounds with acid anhydrides or carboxylic acids. The catalytic activity of the Ti4+-mont was higher than those of other acid catalysts such as zeolites, SO 4 2? /ZrO2 and p-toluenesulfonic acid. For example, the reaction of anisole with dodecanoic acid in the presence of the Ti4+-mont catalyst gave 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-dodecanone in 97% yield. Furthermore, the Ti4+-mont catalyst was easily separated from the reaction mixture and was recyclable.  相似文献

A calcium vanadate apatite (VAp), in which PO4(3-) of hydroxyapatite (HAP), Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, is completely substituted by VO4(3-) in the apatite framework, was synthesized. Physicochemical analysis of the VAp reveals the presence of isolated VO4 tetrahedron units with a pentavalent oxidation state. The VAp acts as a high-performance heterogeneous base catalyst for various carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions such as Michael and aldol reactions in aqueous media and the H-D exchange reactions using deuterium oxide. For example, a 200-mmol-scale Michael reaction under triphasic conditions proceeded rapidly, with an extremely high turnover number of up to 260 400 and an excellent turnover frequency of 48 s(-1). No vanadium leaching was detected during the above reactions, and the catalyst was readily recycled with no loss of activity.  相似文献

Optical, magnetic, and magneto-optical properties have been investigated for the α-Fe2O3-doped transparent glasses irradiated with an infrared fs laser and subsequently annealed. The values of the saturation magnetization at room temperature for the irradiated glasses were increased compared with the as-prepared samples, which is due to the precipitation of the ferrimagnetic ferrite nanoparticles (NPs). By adding further dopants as precursors of plasmonic metals, Au or Al NPs were space-selectively precipitated together with the ferrite NPs in a confined region after irradiation and thermal annealing. In the case of the glass codoped with Al, magneto-optical Faraday effect was plasmonically enhanced and exhibited a negative distinct peak ascribed to a coupling between the ferrimagnetism of ferrite NPs and the localized surface plasmon resonance of Al NPs, while the glass, in which ferrite and Au NPs were precipitated, showed a positive enhancement of Faraday effect due to a coupling of plasmon resonance with diamagnetism of glass matrix.  相似文献

The first synthesis of ganglioside GalNAc-GD1a, featuring efficient glycan assembly and a cyclic glucosyl ceramide as a versatile unit for ganglioside synthesis is described. Although ganglioside GalNAc-GD1a was first found as a brain ganglioside, IgG autoantibodies to GalNAc-GD1a were subsequently found to be closely related to a human peripheral-nerve disorder, Guillain-Barré syndrome, which is the commonest cause of acute flaccid paralysis worldwide. In this study, the characteristic hexasaccharide part carrying two sialic acid residues was synthesized efficiently by use of a readily accessible GM2-core unit as a common unit. The potentially difficult coupling of the oligosaccharide and ceramide moieties was carried out by using a cyclic glucosyl ceramide as a coupling partner for the hexasaccharide part, thereby successfully providing the framework of the target compound. Global deprotection delivered the homogenous ganglioside GalNAc-GD1a. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay showed that sera from patients with Guillain-Barré syndrome reacted both with natural and with synthetic GalNAc-GD1a.  相似文献

Herein, we report the invention of a novel expeditious concept for oligosaccharide synthesis. Unlike the classic orthogonal strategy based on leaving groups, the reverse approach is based on orthogonal protecting groups, herein p-methoxybenzyl and 4-pentenoyl, which allows for efficient oligosaccharide assembly in the reverse direction.  相似文献

The melting and crystallization behavior of poly(L -lactic acid) (PLLA; weight-average molecular weight = 3 × 105) was studied with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). DSC curves for PLLA samples were obtained at various cooling rates (CRs) from the melt (210 °C). The peak crystallization temperature and the exothermic heat of crystallization determined from the DSC curve decreased almost linearly with increasing log(CR). DSC melting curves for the melt-crystallized samples were obtained at various heating rates (HRs). The double-melting behavior was confirmed by the double endothermic peaks, a high-temperature peak (H) and a low-temperature peak (L), that appeared in the DSC curves at slow HRs for the samples prepared with a slow CR. Peak L increased with increasing HR, whereas peak H decreased. The peak melting temperatures of L and H [Tm(L) and Tm(H)] decreased linearly with log(HR). The appearance region of the double-melting peaks (L and H) was illustrated in a CR–HR map. Peak L decreased with increasing CR, whereas peak H increased. Tm(L) and Tm(H) decreased almost linearly with log(CR). The characteristics of the crystallization and double-melting behavior were explained by the slow rates of crystallization and recrystallization, respectively. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
