A zero-order normal coordinate analysis was made for the in-plane and out-of-plane vibrations of 2,6-dimethylphenol, 2,3-dimethylphenol, 3,5-dimethylphenol, 2,6-dichloro-4-nitrophenol, 2,4-dichloro-6-nitrophenol, 3-chloro-4-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzaldehyde, 3-bromo-4-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzaldehyde and 3-iodo-4-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzaldehyde and for the in-plane vibrations of 2-amino-4-nitrophenol by transferring the force constants obtained beforehand. The transferability of the force constants was demonstrated by the good agreement between the observed and calculated frequencies. On the basis of calculated potential energy distributions and eigenvectors, several assignments suggested by earlier workers have been revised.  相似文献

α-Fluoromethyl phenyl sulfone derivatives have been extensively employed in various reactions as versatile fluoromethylating reagents. While nucleophilic monofluoromethylations of aldehydes have been achieved using fluoromethyl phenyl sulfone or fluorobis(sulfonyl)methanes, a facile protocol under mild reaction conditions remains an ardently sought goal. We now report a feasible synthetic approach toward β-monofluorinated alcohols using α-trimethylsilyl-α-fluorobis(phenylsulfonyl)methane [TMSCF(SO2Ph)2, TFBSM] as a novel monofluoromethylating reagent. Initiated by a catalytic amount of fluoride, the reagent can be readily added to a variety of aldehydes providing the desired products in high yields. Computational and kinetic studies have revealed the exceptional lability of the Si–C bond in TFBSM compared with other fluoromethylsilane counterparts.  相似文献

Summary The effect of composition and flow rate of the mobile phase on the HPLC separation of hydrogenated buckminsterfullerene (C60Hn n=2–38) was investigated on BuckySep column. Toluene was used as the basic solvent and hexane, heptane, cyclohexane, THF, acetonitrile, acetone, ethanol and 2-propanol as co-solvents. The fraction of co-solvents was varied 10–80%, and the flow rate 1–0.1 mL min−1. Toluene-acetonitrile 65∶35 and toluene-acetone 50∶50 provided the best separation. Under the best conditions complete separation of C60H2 and almost complete separation of the four most abundant isomers of C60H4 were achieved. Light‐harvesting hybrids have gained much importance as they are considered as potential mimics for photosynthetic systems. In this Concept article we introduce the design concepts involved in the building up of light‐harvesting hybrids; these resemble the well‐studied organic‐based assemblies for energy transfer. We have structured this article into three parts based on the strategies adopted in the synthesis of hybrid assemblies, as covalent, semicovalent, and noncovalent procedures. Furthermore, the properties and structural features of the hybrids and analogous organic assemblies are compared. We also emphasize the challenges involved in the processability of these hybrid materials for device applications and present our views and results to address this issue through the design of soft‐hybrids by a solution‐state, noncovalent, self‐assembly process.  相似文献

Power conversion efficiency (PCE) of phenylenevinylene‐based copolymer with BF2 azopyrrole complex (PB)/modified PC70BM, that is, CN‐PC70BM bulk heterojunction solar cells improves from 2.16 to 4.90% using a processing additive and drying condition. The results demonstrate that a processing additive and drying condition provides an effective means to control both the surface roughness and finer interpenetrating networks to enhance the exciton dissociation into free charge carriers, charge transportation, and collection. Taking into the account of simple device fabrication process without thermal annealing, the PCE of the polymer solar cell can further improved by chloronapthalene (CN) additive under the fast drying condition. The average carrier lifetimes extracted from the impedance spectra and found to correlate with measured PCEs. At short circuit conditions and illumination, the average charge carrier lifetime was found vary from 16.8 to 32 μs with power conversion efficiencies ranging from 3.0 to 4.9%. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Density functional theory has been used to investigate geometries, heats of formation (HOFs), C-NO2 bond dissociation energies (BDEs), and relative energetic properties of nitro derivatives of azole substituted furan. HOFs for a series of molecules were calculated by using density functional theory (DFT) and Møller–Plesset (MP2) methods. The density is predicted using crystal packing calculations; all the designed compounds show density above 1.71 g/cm3. The calculated detonation velocities and detonation pressures indicate that the nitro group is very helpful for enhancing the detonation performance for the designed compounds. Thermal stabilities have been evaluated from the bond dissociation energies. Charge on the nitro group was used to assess the impact sensitivity in this study. According to the results of the calculations, tri- and tetra-nitro substituted derivatives reveal high performance with better thermal stability.  相似文献

6-Halo-2-cyclopropyl-3-(pyridyl-3-ylmethyl) quinazolin-4(3H)-one derivatives have been synthesized and utilized for amination reactions with aryl, heteroaryl and alkyl amines. Optimization of reaction conditions with different catalysts, ligands, bases, and solvents was conducted. The combination of Pd2(dba)3 with DavePhos (L3) proved to be best for these conversions in the presence of NaOtBu in 1,4-dioxane at 100 °C. The relative reactivities of 6-bromo and 6-chloro-2,3-disubstitued quinazolinones with p-toluidine were conducted and as anticipated the 6-bromo analogue was totally consumed and 6-chloro derivative was completely unreactive.  相似文献
