We have studied the interaction between polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (pyrene and anthracene) with human serum albumin
(HSA) and human blood plasma. We have shown that the increase in the fluorescence intensity and the decrease in the polarity
index of pyrene on going from an aqueous solution to a pH 7.4 buffer solution of HSA suggests that polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
are localized in the hydrophobic microphase of the proteins. The increase in the fluorescence intensity for anthracene and
pyrene, and also the decrease in the polarity index of pyrene on going from HSA to blood plasma is connected with the fact
that polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can bind both to plasma proteins and to plasma lipids. When sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)
is added to the blood plasma in a concentration greater than the critical micelle concentration, we observe an increase in
the fluorescence intensity and the polarity index of pyrene. We hypothesize that this is connected with localization of pyrene
near the interface between the hydrophobic and hydrophilic phases of the protein-SDS system. We have established that SDS
leads to a change in the structure of blood plasma proteins and promotes escape of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from the
protein globules.

A simple Monte Carlo simulation and even a partition method can be used to reproduce quite well the power law behavior between the factorial moment and the charge interval of fragment charge distributions from the multifragmentation of 197Au nucleus bombarding emulsion at~1 GeV/nucleon. Following the method developed by the authors,recently,the equation of state of hot nuclei(238U in concrete) before break-up was investigated numerically.The isotherms are drawn in the plan of the general pressure P versus volume VRT. They are similar to those of Van der Waals gas.The critical temperature of phase transition should correspond to the isotherm with one turning point only.It turns out that the data of mass yield distribution can be reproduced by many pairs of parameters T and VRT (freeze-out temperature and freeze-out volume) varying in certain range.For each isotherm (each T),the data are always best reproduced by the value of VRT located at the maximum general pressure within two phases coexistence region. 相似文献

The φ meson productions in Au+Au and/or Pb+Pb collisions at AGS, SPS,
RHIC, and LHC energies have been studied systematically with a hadron and
string cascade model LUCIAE. After considering the energy dependence of the
model parameter α in string fragmentation function and adjusting it
to the experimental data of charged multiplicity to a certain extent,
the model predictions for φ meson yield, rapidity, and
transverse mass distributions are compatible with the experimental data at
AGS, SPS and RHIC energies. A calculation for Pb+Pb collisions at LHC energy
is given as well. The obtained fractional variable in string fragmentation
function shows a saturation in energy dependence. It is discussed that the
saturation of fractional variable in string fragmentation function might be a

A great variety of coherent transient processes in atomic and molecular gases is investigated. The degeneracy with respect
to magnetic sublevels, which is typical of working levels of atomic and molecular transitions in gases, leads to new phenomena.
In particular, the non-Faraday rotation of the coherent-response polarization vector at the 0 ↔ 1 transition is investigated
in the presence of the longitudinal magnetic field in the 174Yb vapor for both photon echo and stimulated photon echo. A specific relaxation channel that involves the depolarizing collisions
emerges in a gas due to the degeneracy of working levels. Such collisions are especially important for atoms and are also
observed in molecules. The anisotropy of the depolarizing collisions leads to a new phenomenon of the collision photon echo,
which is experimentally demonstrated for the 0 ↔ 1 transition in the 174Yb mixtures with atomic buffers. The velocity-dependent relaxation rates are observed for various coherent phenomena in molecular
gases. The coherent control of a few coherent transient processes is implemented. 相似文献
