A copper-mediated annulative direct coupling of o-alkynylphenols with 1,3,4-oxadiazoles proceeds smoothly even under ambient conditions to afford the corresponding biheteroaryls. Abstract

Systematic studies have been carried out on the role of water and alcohol in the formation of inclusion complexes between d-limonene and α-, β- and γ-cyclodextrin (CD) by a micro-aqueous method. The inclusion complex was barely formed at zero water content for all CDs. Above the specific water content for each CD, formation of the inclusion complex correlated well with an equation which was derived on the autocatalytic assumption for the inclusion phenomenon. The minimum water content, which was defined as 1% of the maximum concentration of the inclusion complex formed, coincided with the number of water molecules inside the cavity of the CD. In the presence of ethanol, a significant amount of the inclusion complex was formed for β- and γ-CD/limonene systems, particularly at lower moisture content. However, for α-CD the inclusion fraction decreased significantly in the presence of ethanol. This means that ethanol inhibits the formation of the inclusion complex between x-CD and d-limonene. For other linear alcohols, the formation of the inclusion complex between d-limonene and β-CD increased with decreasing alkyl chain length. This suggests that the more hydrophilic and the smaller (in molecular size) the alcohol is, the more enhanced is the inclusion of d-limonene to β-CD.  相似文献

The straightforward synthesis of isochromene derivatives and related cyclic ethers is achieved by the rhodium-catalyzed oxidative coupling of α,α-disubstituted benzyl and allyl alcohols with alkynes. Polyethylenimine (PEI) has been widely used as a coating material to produce stationary phase for ion-exchange chromatography of biomolecules. However, a precise study of the PEI coating fraction has been lacking, despite such quantification being very important for fundamental research as well as identifying further industrial applications.In this study, we produced four types of PEI-coated hydroxyapatite (PEI-HAp) with various fractions of PEI (0.16%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%) using a spray-drying system to evaluate correlations between coating fractions and the thermochemical or chromatographic behaviors of theses products. The thermal analyses of these matrices showed two exothermic peaks when the PEI coating fraction exceeded 1.0%. The one peak indicated a PEI decomposition peak and the other would indicate bond dissociation of PEI layers formed over the HAp surface as the PEI concentration increased. Furthermore, the chromatographic analysis for the surface chemical characteristics showed the correlation between coating fraction and the retention time of protein or nucleotide. Acidic or phosphorylated proteins were more strongly adsorbed as the PEI coating fraction increased when the initial coating fraction was low, but at fraction exceeding 0.5%, constant retention was observed. The retention time of nucleotides increased in proportion to the fraction of PEI added. The good selectivity of PEI-HAp may be attributable to multifunctional interactions of electrostatic and bare Ca sites on HAp, not just the amino sites of PEI. These precise studies of PEI coating fraction are our original novel contributions, which could be achieved by quantitative consideration using thermal analysis and chromatography.  相似文献

Ruthenium complexes bearing ethylbis(2-pyridylethyl)amine (ebpea), which has flexible -C(2)H(4)- arms between the amine and the pyridyl groups and coordinates to a metal center in facial and meridional modes, have been synthesized and characterized. Three trichloro complexes, fac-[Ru(III)Cl(3)(ebpea)] (fac-[1]), mer-[Ru(III)Cl(3)(ebpea)] (mer-[1]), and mer-[Ru(II)Cl(3){η(2)-N(C(2)H(5))(C(2)H(4)py)═CH-CH(2)py}] (mer-[2]), were synthesized using the Ru blue solution. Formation of mer-[2] proceeded via a C-H activation of the CH(2) group next to the amine nitrogen atom of the ethylene arm. Reduction reactions of fac- and mer-[1] afforded a triacetonitrile complex mer-[Ru(II)(CH(3)CN)(3)(ebpea)](PF(6))(2) (mer-[3](PF(6))(2)). Five nitrosyl complexes fac-[RuX(2)(NO)(ebpea)]PF(6) (X = Cl for fac-[4]PF(6); X = ONO(2) for fac-[5]PF(6)) and mer-[RuXY(NO)(ebpea)]PF(6) (X = Cl, Y = Cl for mer-[4]PF(6); X = Cl, Y = CH(3)O for mer-[6]PF(6); X = Cl, Y = OH for mer-[7]PF(6)) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. A reaction of mer-[2] in H(2)O-C(2)H(5)OH at room temperature afforded mer-[1]. Oxidation of C(2)H(5)OH in H(2)O-C(2)H(5)OH and i-C(3)H(7)OH in H(2)O-i-C(3)H(7)OH to acetaldehyde and acetone by mer-[2] under stirring at room temperature occurred with formation of mer-[1]. Alternative C-H activation of the CH(2) group occurred next to the pyridyl group, and formation of a C-N bond between the CH moiety and the nitrosyl ligand afforded a nitroso complex [Ru(II)(N(3))(2){N(O)CH(py)CH(2)N(C(2)H(5))C(2)H(4)py}] ([8]) in reactions of nitrosyl complexes with sodium azide in methanol, and reaction of [8] with hydrochloric acid afforded a corresponding chloronitroso complex [Ru(II)Cl(2){N(O)CH(py)CH(2)N(C(2)H(5))C(2)H(4)py}] ([9]).  相似文献

The morphology and formation process of interpenetrated spherulites of poly(butylene succinate)/poly(vinylidene choloride‐co‐vinyl chloride) (PBSU/PVDCVC) blends were investigated by confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM). CLSM images showed that the dense fibrils of PBSU spherulites penetrated into the sparse PVDCVC spherulites. For a blend with PBSU content 50% and crystallization temperature Tc = 368 K, the simultaneous growth of PBSU and PVDCVC spherulites was observed. After PBSU fibrils collided with PVDCVC spherulites, they kept growing through PVDCVC spherulites. For a blend with PBSU content 30% and Tc = 363 K, PBSU started to nucleate after PVDCVC spherulites filled the whole space.  相似文献
