In the present study, we have reparametrized the HISS exchange functional. The new “reHISS” exchange provides a balance between short- and mid-range Hartree–Fock exchange (HFX) and a large total HFX coverage, with a fast convergence to zero HFX in the long range. The five parameters in this functional (according to equations 3 and 4 in the main text) are cSR = 0.15, cMR = 2.5279, cLR = 0, ωSR = 0.27, and ωLR = 0.2192. The combination of reHISS exchange with a reparametrized B97c-type correlation functional (Chan et al., J. Comput. Chem. 2017 , 38, 2307) and a D2 dispersion term (s6 = 0.6) gives the reHISSB-D method. We find it to be more accurate than related screened-exchange methods and, importantly, its accuracy is more uniform across different properties. Fundamentally, our analysis suggests that the good performance of the reHISS exchange is related to it capturing a near-optimal proportion of HFX in the range of interelectronic distance that is important for many chemical properties, and we propose this range to be approximately 1–4Å. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

The absorption spectra of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) 1,2-dichloroethane (DCE) solutions containing trifluoroacetic acid (TFAA) shows that the number of protons coordinating to the CuPc molecule was 1 and 2 for the first and second proton adducts, respectively, which indicates the formations of CuPcH(+) and CuPcH(2)(2+). This CuPc molecule may act as a catalyst to dissociate TFAA into trifluoroacetate anion (A(-)) and H(+) and form the proton adducts. The electrical conductivity dependence of the solution on CuPc concentration also supports this mechanism. A dense film of CuPc was deposited on an indium tin oxide cathode plate by electrophoresis of the solution. Similar dense films of a wide variety of phthalocyanines (MPc; M = Cu, H(2), Fe, Ni, Zn, Pb, VO) were also deposited using this method. Similar films of CuPc were also formed using dichloromethane (DCM) and 1,1,1-trichloroethane (TCE) in place of DCE. Depositions are ascribed to the migration of positively charged monomers (i.e., protonated MPc). Scanning electron microscopy revealed that these films are composed of fibrous crystallites, size of which was found to increase with the electrophoresis time, the strength of the applied electrical field and the concentration of CuPc in the bath. The influence of the dielectric constant of the organic solvent on the film growth is discussed.  相似文献

Franck-Condon (FC) integrals of polyatomic molecules are computed on the basis of vibrational self-consistent-field (VSCF) or configuration-interaction (VCI) calculations capable of including vibrational anharmonicity to any desired extent (within certain molecular size limits). The anharmonic vibrational wave functions of the initial and final states are expanded unambiguously by harmonic oscillator basis functions of normal coordinates of the respective electronic states. The anharmonic FC integrals are then obtained as linear combinations of harmonic counterparts, which can, in turn, be evaluated by established techniques taking account of the Duschinsky rotations, geometry displacements, and frequency changes. Alternatively, anharmonic wave functions of both states are expanded by basis functions of just one electronic state, permitting the FC integral to be evaluated directly by the Gauss-Hermite quadrature used in the VSCF and VCI steps [Bowman et al., Mol. Phys. 104, 33 (2006)]. These methods in conjunction with the VCI and coupled-cluster with singles, doubles, and perturbative triples [CCSD(T)] method have predicted the peak positions and intensities of the vibrational manifold in the X 2B1 photoelectron band of H2O with quantitative accuracy. It has revealed that two weakly visible peaks are the result of intensity borrowing from nearby states through anharmonic couplings, an effect explained qualitatively by VSCF and quantitatively by VCI, but not by the harmonic approximation. The X 2B2 photoelectron band of H2CO is less accurately reproduced by this method, likely because of the inability of CCSD(T)/cc-pVTZ to describe the potential energy surface of open-shell H2CO+ with the same high accuracy as in H2O+.  相似文献

The efficient relativistic Dirac-Hartree-Fock (DHF) and Dirac-Kohn-Sham (DKS) methods are proposed by an application of the pseudospectral (PS) approach. The present PS-DHF/DKS method is a relativistic extension of the PS-HF/KS method of Friesner, though we aim at higher numerical accuracy by elimination of superfluous arbitrariness. The relativistic PS-DHF/DKS method is implemented into our REL4D programs. Several PS applications to molecular systems show that the relativistic PS-DHF/DKS approach is more efficient than the traditional approach without a loss of accuracy. The present PS-DKS method successfully assigns and predicts the photoelectron spectra of hexacarbonyl complexes of tungsten and seaborgium theoretically.  相似文献

A new abortifacient protein, named karasurin, was isolated from fresh root tubers of Trichosanthes kirilowii MAXIMOWICZ var. japonicum KITAMURA (Cucurbitaceae, Japanese name: kikarasuuri) by the procedure involving acetone fractionation and ion-exchange chromatography on Toyopearlpak SP 650S. Homogeneity of Karasurin was demonstrated by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Karasurin was a highly basic protein of pI 10.1 and the molecular weight was estimated as 28000 by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Karasurin showed a strong abortion effect in pregnant mice.  相似文献

The effect of nonadiabatic transitions through the spin-orbit couplings has been investigated on the fast neutral reaction, O((3)P)+CH(3)-->CH(3)O. Adiabatic potential energies and the spin-orbit coupling terms have been evaluated for the four electronic states of CH(3)O ((2)E, (2)A(2), (4)E, and (4)A(2)) that correlate with the O((3)P)+CH(3) asymptote, as a function of CO distance and OCH angle under the C(3v) symmetry, by ab initio electronic structure calculations using multireference internally contracted single and double excitation configuration interaction method with the 6-311G(2df,2pd) basis sets. Multistate quantum reactive scattering calculations have been carried out with the use of thus obtained potential energies and spin-orbit coupling matrices, based on the generalized R-matrix propagation method. The calculated thermal rate constants show a slight positive dependence on temperature in a range between 50 and 2000 K, supporting the previous experimental results. It is shown that the spin-orbit coupled excited states give rise to reflections over the centrifugal barrier due to the quantum interference. Classical capture calculations yield larger rate constants due to the neglect of quantum reflections. It is concluded that the effect of nonadiabatic transitions is of minor importance on the overall reactivity in this reaction.  相似文献

Ionic liquid monomer couples were prepared by the neutralization of 1‐vinylimidazole with vinylsulfonic acid or 3‐sulfopropyl acrylate. These ionic liquid monomer couples were viscous liquid at room temperature and showed low glass transition temperature (Tg) at ?83 °C and ?73 °C, respectively. These monomer couples were copolymerized to prepare ion conductive polymer matrix. Thus prepared ionic liquid copolymers had no carrier ions, and they showed very low ionic conductivity of below 10?9 S cm?1. Equimolar amount of lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI) to imidazolium salt unit was then added to generate carrier ions in the ionic liquid copolymers. Poly(vinylimidazolium‐co‐vinylsulfonate) containing equimolar LiTFSI showed the ionic conductivity of 4 × 10?8 S cm?1 at 30 °C. Advanced copolymer, poly(vinylimidazolium‐co‐3‐sulfopropyl acrylate) which has flexible spacer between the anionic charge and polymer main chain, showed the ionic conductivity of about 10?6 S cm?1 at 30 °C, which is 100 times higher than that of copolymer without spacer. Even an excess amount of LiTFSI was added, the ionic conductivity of the copolymer kept this conductivity. This tendency is completely different from the typical polyether systems. Two new triterpenoid saponins, latifoloside I (1), 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 3beta,21alpha,28-trihydroxy-urs-12-ene 21-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside; latifoloside J (2), 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-3beta,21alpha-dihydroxy-ursolic acid 21-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, along with two known compounds, latifoloside C (3) and latifoloside E (4), were isolated from the bark of Ilex latifolia THUNB. Structure assignments were established on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical evidence.  相似文献

The symmetry-adapted-cluster (SAC ) and SAC –CI theories reported previously have been applied to the study of electron correlations in ground state, singlet and triplet excited states, ionized state, and electron attached state. Formulas for calculations of one-electron properties and transition properties from the SAC and SAC –CI wave functions are given. Calculations were carried out for the ground and Rydberg excited states of water and its positive and negative ions, with the use of the simpler computational scheme than the previous one.
