Co-doped In2O3 thin films: Room temperature ferromagnets

Laser-ablated Co-doped In₂O₃ thin films were fabricated under various growth conditions on R-cut Al₂O₃ and MgO substrates. All Co:In₂O₃ films are well-crystallized, single phase, and room temperature ferromagnetic. Co atoms were well substituted for In atoms, and their distribution is greatly uniform over the whole thickness of the films. Films grown at 550 °C showed the largest magnetic moment of about 0.5 μ_B/Co, while films grown at higher temperatures have magnetic moments of one order smaller. The observed ferromagnetism above room temperature in Co:In₂O₃ thin films has confirmed that doping few percent of magnetic elements such as Co into In₂O₃ could result in a promising magnetic material.     

Spectral mapping theorems for exponentially bounded c-semigroups in Banach spaces

LetZ be a generator of an exponentially boundedC-semigroup {S _t } _t≥0 in a Banach space and letT _t =C ⁻¹ S _t . We show that the spectral mapping theorems such as exp(tσ(Z)) ⊂ σ(T _t ) and exp(tσ _p (Z)) ⊂ tσ _p (T _t ) ⊂ exp(tσ _p (Z)) ⋃ {0} for everyt≥0 hold. The present studies were supported by the Basic Science Research Institute Program, Ministry of Education, 1987.     

包膜超声造影微泡次谐波特性的优化设计与实验研究

基于包膜超声造影微泡在超声场中的理论振动模型,对其次谐波特性进行优化设计,从理论上计算和分析了微泡粒径、膜弹性及声压等对微泡次谐波响应的影响,以期获得其用于非破坏性次谐波成像的最佳条件。另外通过改变膜材料的配比, 制备了具有不同膜弹性的超声造影微泡,对其声学特性进行了体外声学实验测定。仿真计算和实验结果表明,在合适的膜材料配比条件下,制得的平均粒径为3μm左右的包膜微泡,可获得满意的次谐波响应,并且其用于非破坏性次谐波成像时的最佳工作声压约200-400 kPa。     

Isolation and Structure Elucidation of Nortriterpenoids from Schisandra rubriflora

Seven new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids, rubriflorins D–J ( 1 – 7 ), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra rubriflora, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive analysis of spectroscopic data. These new compounds feature the opening of ring A compared with related known nortriterpenoids isolated from the genus Schisandra and showed weak activity against HIV‐1.     

Aggregation Properties of an Amphiphilic Methanofullerene Derivative in THFH_2O Solvent Mixtures

重金属Pb2+对玉米苗生长的影响

以水栽培的玉米幼苗为材料，用不同浓度的醋酸铅溶液处理后，分别在第10天、第20天、第30天对玉米苗的根、茎、叶分别进行Pb^2＋含量测定。分析结果：Pb^2＋在玉米体内的分布表现为根〉叶〉茎；玉米中的叶绿素含量均降低；随着Pb^2＋浓度的增大，玉米细胞的膜透性表现根〉叶〉茎依次升高；Pb^2＋对玉米的伤害率的大小表现为根〉叶〉茎。该实验为进一步研究农作物对重金属Pb^2＋的耐性和重金属Pb^2＋在农作物体内的分布提供了可参考的数据。
