Double-diffusive natural convection in fluid-saturated porous medium inside a vertical enclosure bounded by finite thickness walls with opposing temperature, concentration gradients on vertical walls as well as adiabatic and impermeable horizontal ones has been performed numerically. The Darcy model was used to predict fluid flow inside the porous material, while thermal fields are simulated based on two-energy equations for fluid and solid phases on the basis of a local thermal non-equilibrium model. Computations have been performed for different controlling parameters such as the buoyancy ratio $N$ , the Lewis number Le, the anisotropic permeability ratio $R_\mathrm{p}$ , the fluid-to-solid thermal conductivity ratio $R_\mathrm{c}$ , the interphase heat transfer coefficient $\mathcal{H}$ , the ratio of the wall thickness to its height $D$ , the wall-to-porous medium thermal diffusivity ratio $R_\mathrm{w}$ , and the solid-to-fluid heat capacity ratio $\gamma $ . Thus, the effects of the controlling parameters on heat and mass transfer characteristics are discussed in detail. Moreover, the validity domain of the local thermal equilibrium (LTE) assumption has been delimited for different set of the governing parameters. It has been shown that Le has a noticeable significant effect on fluid temperature profiles and that higher $N$ values lead to a significant enhancement in heat and mass transfer rates. Moreover, for higher $\mathcal{H}, R_\mathrm{c}$ , $R_\mathrm{p}, R_\mathrm{w}$ , or $D$ values and/or lower $\gamma $ values, the solid and fluid phases tend toward LTE.  相似文献

Diazotised 5-amino-3-methyl-4-phenyloyrazole (1) reacted with active methylene reagents and with -naphthol to yield the pyrazolo[1,5-c)-1,2,4-triazine derivatives2a-e and5. Compound1 reacted with benzoyl isothiocyanate and with phenyl isothiocyanate to yield the corresponding pyrazol-5-ylthiourea derivatives6a, b. 5a was converted into the thiourea derivative8 by the action of acids or alkalies. A synthesis of 2-methyl-3-phenyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidin-5-one from the reaction of -phenylacetoactonitrile (3-oxo-2-phenyl-butyric nitrile) and -cyanoethylhydrazine is reported.

Zusammenfassung Diazotiertes 5-Amino-3-methyl-4-phenylpyrazol (1) reagiert mit einer aktiven Methylenkomponente und -Naphthol zu den Pyrazolo[1,5-c]-1,2,4-triazin-Derivaten2a-e und5. 1 ergibt mit Benzoylisothiocyanat und Phenylisothiocyanat die entsprechenden Pyrazol-5-yl-thioharnstoffe6a, b. 5a wurde mittels Säure oder Base in das Thioharnstoffderivat8 umgewandelt. Es wird über eine Synthese von 2-Methyl-3-phenyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidin-5-on aus -Phenylacetoacetonitril (3-Oxo-2-phenyl-butyronitril) und -Cyanoethylhydrazin berichtet.

A new potentiometric method is adopted for the accurate microdetermination of arsenite, sulfide and sulfite. The reductant is added to a known excess of standard iodate or periodate properly acidified with sulfuric acid. To the brown solution containing iodine equivalent to the reductant, an excess of standard iodide solution is added followed by titrating unreacted iodide with mercury (II) potentiometrically using the silver amalgam as indicator electrode. The potential breaks which averaged 350 mV per 0.1 ml of 0.05 M titrant were sharp enough for the precise determination of end points, and hence the high accuracy of the present method. In addition, besides simplicity and rapidity the stoichiometry of the reaction between iodate or periodate with the above reductants is still maintained even with the very low concentration.  相似文献

5-episinuleptolide (1) is an abundant norcembranolide diterpene isolated from several species of the soft coral genus Sinularia. Biocatalytic transformation studies of 1 using Streptomyces lavendulea ATCC 8664 resulted in the isolation and characterization of two new metabolites 2 and 3. Compound 2, 6alpha-hydroxy-5-episinuleptolide was produced via a stereoselective reduction of 1 and was further metabolized into compound 3 which has a 3,8-bicylized cembranoid skeleton. The structures and configurations of the metabolites were determined by spectroscopic and X-ray crystallographic analyses.  相似文献

In this article, we consider the drift parameter estimation problem for the nonergodic Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process defined as d X_t= θX_tdt + dG_t, t ≥ 0 with an unknown parameter θ 0, where G is a Gaussian process. We assume that the process {X_t, t ≥ 0} is observed at discrete time instants t_1 = ?_n, ···, t_n= n?_n, and we construct two least squares type estimators ■ and ■ for θ on the basis of the discrete observations {X_(t_i), i = 1, ···, n}as n →∞. Then, we provide sufficient conditions, based on properties of G, which ensure that ■ and ■ are strongly consistent and the sequences n?n~(1/2)(■-θ) and n?n~(1/2)(■-θ)are tight. Our approach offers an elementary proof of [11], which studied the case when G is a fractional Brownian motion with Hurst parameter H ∈(1/2, 1). As such, our results extend the recent findings by [11] to the case of general Hurst parameter H ∈(0, 1). We also apply our approach to study subfractional Ornstein-Uhlenbeck and bifractional Ornstein-Uhlenbeck processes.  相似文献
