In this work Strontium was separated selectively form, Pd2+, Ni2+ and Ca3+ using anionic resins of Amberlite type IRA-900 and IRA-410 from nitrate medium. The Separation of strontium by strongly basic anion exchangers IRA-410 and IRA-900 from simulated waste containing, Sr2+, Eu3+, Ce3+, Pd2+, Rh3+, Ru3+, VO2 2+, Fe3+, Cr3+, Ni2+, Al3+, Ca2+, and Cs+, in K2SO4/nitrate medium which adsorbed as strontium sulphate complex was achieved through ligand- ligan exchange. The elution of strontium carried out via “loading” the column with a solution of 0.03N EDTA in presence of 0.1N NaNO3 at pH7 where Sr2+ has low Kd value. A new simple rapid method for the spectrophotometric determination of palladium using arsenazo I is given. The optimum conditions favoring the formation of the complex are extensively investigated; the molecular structure was found to be 1:1. A new potentiometric method is adopted for the accurate determination of hypophosphite and phosphite alone or in their mixtures using alcoholic iodine, iodate, and periodate. Hg(I) was used as titrant for the produced iodide in case of using alcoholic iodine as oxidant or for the excess added iodide in case of iodate and periodate as oxidants using silver amalgam as the indicatior electrode. The potential breaks which average 300 mV per 0.1 ml of titrant were sharp enough for precise determination of endpoints, and hence the high accuracy of the present method. 相似文献

Summary The acid base properties of solochrome violet R.S. has been studied with the object of testing its use as an acid base indicator or as a colorimetric reagent. The pk values of 4.35, 7.4, and 9.45 corresponding to the three steps of ionisation of the free acid were evaluated by the aid of the relation between log (acid)/(salt) and ph values obtained during the course of the potentiometric titration of the free acid with a free base. The dye has proved to be a suitable indicator in titrating some mineral and organic acids as well as a colorimetric reagent for the microdetermination of vanadium. 相似文献

Summary Fast Grey R.A. dye can be used for the colorimetric microdetermination of vanadium in the limits of 0.01 to 1 ppm with a sensitive photometer and 0.05 to 8 ppm with a Beckman instrument, at 560 m. A large number of cations and anions up to 10 fold the vanadium amount do not interfere with its determination. Interference due to ferric iron up to an average of 40 fold or copper up to 2 fold the vanadium concentration is simply eliminated by reduction with ascorbic acid and heating in the case of iron or by the same treatment and the addition of ammonium thiocyanate solution in the case of copper.Part II: See Z. analyt. 利用G-四链体DNA(5′-CTGGGAGGGAGGGAGGGA-3′)与氯化血红素结合形成G-四链体-Hemin DNA酶,其能高效催化H_2O_2氧化反应底物由无色变为绿色,当溶液中有Ag~+或Hg~(2+)存在时会阻碍该DNA酶的形成,导致绿色溶液变浅。基于此,建立了比色法测定Ag~+和Hg~(2+)的传感器。在最佳实验条件下,溶液的吸光度与Ag~+和Hg~(2+)浓度分别在100.0~1 000.0 nmol/L和80.0~800.0 nmol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限(3δ/Slope)分别为55.9 nmol/L和64.3 nmol/L。该方法具有较好的选择性,采用该方法对实际样品进行测试,结果满意。 相似文献

Regiospecific deuteriation of folic acid Introduction of a nitroso function at the N (10)-position of folic acid activates the C(9)-hydrogen atoms in such a way, that the exchange of H with D at this position, in NaOD-solution, is extremely facilitated. This fact is utilized in the synthesis of 9,9-dideuterio-folic acid (IV), 7,9,9-trideuterio-folic acid (VII) and 7-deuterio-folic acid (IX).
