Several studies demonstrated the ability of britholites to retain radionuclides such as the caesium and actinides. Therefore, three compounds with formulas Sr8LaCs(PO4)6F2, Sr7La2Cs(PO4)5(SiO4)F2 and Sr2La7Cs(SiO4)6F2, were prepared by solid state reaction. However, it seems that only the mono-silicated composition was obtained in a pure state. In this present work, the X-ray diffraction and magnetic nuclear resonance have been used to investigate the structure for this composition. The results showed that in fact this phase was not pure, but it was mixed with a secondary phase, SrLaCs(PO4)2. The refinement by the Rietveld method allowed also to precise the distribution of La3+ and Cs+ ions between the two cationic sites of the apatite.  相似文献

Simultaneous two-dimensional liquid chromatography (2D-LC) is an implementation of two-dimensional liquid chromatography which has the potential to provide very fast, yet highly efficient separations. It is based on the use of time × space and space × space separation systems. The basic principle of this instrument has been validated long ago by the success of two-dimensional thin layer chromatography. The construction of a pressurized wide and flat column (100 mm × 100 mm × 1 mm) operated under an inlet pressure of up to 50 bar was described previously. However, to become a modern analytical method, simultaneous 2D-LC requires the development of detectors suitable for the monitoring of the composition of the eluent of this pressurized planar, wide column. An array of five equidistant micro-electrochemical sensors was built for this purpose and tested. Each sensor is a three-electrode system, with the working electrode being a 25 μm polished platinum micro-electrode. The auxiliary electrode is a thin platinum wire and the reference electrode an Ag/AgCl (3 M sat. KCl) electrode. In this first implementation, proof of principle is demonstrated, but the final instrument will require a much larger array.  相似文献

The sample with in the general formula Bi2-xPbxSrV2O9, where x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.6 mol were synthesized by the high temperature solid state reaction and firing method. The X-ray diffractograms confirmed the formation of single phased layered perovskite in all samples. TGA and DTA thermal analyses on the green samples included steps of thermal analysis of strontium carbonate, bismuth carbonate, ammonium vanadate, lead oxide and finally on the high temperature solid state formation. The effect of lead dopings on the sintering, structural and micro-structure, properties of 212BiSrV-ceramics were investigated. The infrared absorption spectra show a series of vibrational modes within the range of 400–1600 cm?1.  相似文献

Enalapril is a dipeptidic angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. It exists as a mixture of two conformers in solution with respect to the peptide bond involving the proline amino group. The RPLC of such products may yield peak splitting or multiple peaks as a result of the slow kinetics of the conformation change. In this study, the influence of the flow-rate, pH, temperature, organic modifier and counter ion on the peak shape and the separation of the cis and trans conformers are examined qualitatively by HPLC. It appears that decrease of relaxation time for isomerization with concomitant improvement in peak shape is favoured by a decrease in pH and flow-rate, increase of temperature, choice of organic solvent (nature, amount) and cationic counter ion concentration in the mobile phase. The elution order of the isomers was dependent on the nature of the organic modifier whereas the separation selectivity was improved by an increase of pH or the addition of a negatively charged counter ion. In addition, an NMR investigation on enalapril is described.  相似文献

New series of 1H-perimidine-2-thiol derivatives and (2-substituted-1H-perimidin-1-yl)ethane-1,2-dione derivatives and their ligands (C24H14N4S2O2) H2L1 and (C26H18N4S2O2) H2L2 have been synthesized with transition metal ions, e.g., Copper (II), Silver (I), Cobalt (II) and Ruthenium (III) were prepared and evaluated for their antimicrobial, analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities. The synthesized compounds and their complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, IR, MS, molar conductance, thermal gravimetric analysis and electronic spectra. All results revealed that compounds 3 and 13 exhibited high inhibitory effects against some bacterial strains by the disc diffusion method. On the other hand, compounds 2, 3, 7 and 12 displayed potent anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

The applicability of differential electrolytic potentiometry as a detection system in flow injection analysis is investigated. A computer-controlled injector which delivers precise volumes of sample solutions in a reproducible manner was developed. Conditions such as current density employed, the concentrations of the solutions used and the flow rate were optimized. Chloride in water was determined by means of this system. The relation between chloride concentration and the measured signal was found to be Nernstian for solutions of concentrations above 6 μg ml−1 chloride. For solutions below this concentration, the relation is linear.  相似文献

The newly synthesized ethyl 3‐amino‐5‐phenylpyrazole‐4‐carboxylate 1 was diazotized and coupled with β‐naphthol, active methylene reagents 6 , 9 , 12 , 15 , and the active methine 19 to afford the pyrazolo[5,1‐c]triazines 5 , 8 , 11 , 14 , 17 , 18 , and the pyrazolo[5,1‐ c ]‐1,2,4‐triazoles 21 , 22 , and 23 , respectively. A new class of polymeric thermometers with a memory function is reported that is based on the supramolecular host–guest interactions of poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) with side‐chain naphthalene guest moieties and the tetracationic macrocycle cyclobis(paraquat‐p‐phenylene) (CBPQT4+) as the host. This supramolecular thermometer exhibits a memory function for the thermal history of the solution, which arises from the large hysteresis of the thermoresponsive LCST phase transition (LCST=lower critical solution temperature). This hysteresis is based on the formation of a metastable soluble state that consists of the PNIPAM–CBPQT4+ host–guest complex. When heated above the transition temperature, the polymer collapses, and the host–guest interactions are disrupted, making the polymer more hydrophobic and less soluble in water. Aside from providing fundamental insights into the kinetic control of supramolecular assemblies, the developed thermometer with a memory function might find use in applications spanning the physical and biological sciences.  相似文献
