A series of macrocyclic polyether (crown) ligands containing the proton-ionizable s-triazole subcyclic unit were prepared by reacting the 1-THP blocked 3,5-bis(chloromethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole with various oligoethylene glycols. The starting bis(chloromethyl)triazole is a vessicant and must be used with caution. Triazolo-18-crown-6 ( 5 ) formed stable complexes with barium, strontium, copper and benzylammonium cations but not with potassium or lithium. The crystal structure of 5 showed the triazole proton to be on nitrogen 3 which is outside the macroring cavity. 相似文献

Negative-ion photoelectron spectroscopy is applied to the PH-, PH2-, P2H-, P2H2-, and P2H3-molecular anions. Franck-Condon simulations of the photoelectron spectra are used to analyze the spectra and to identify various P2H(n)- species. The simulations employ density-functional theory calculations of molecular geometries and vibrational frequencies and normal modes, and coupled-cluster theory calculations of electron affinities. The following electron affinities are obtained: EA0(PH) = 1.027 +/- 0.006 eV, EA0(PH2) = 1.263 +/- 0.006 eV, and EA0(P2H) = 1.514 +/- 0.010 eV. A band is identified as a mixture of trans-HPPH- and cis-HPPH-. Although the trans and cis bands cannot be definitively assigned from experimental information, using theory as a guide we obtain EA0(trans-HPPH)= 1.00 +/- 0.01 eV and EA0(cis-HPPH) = 1.03 +/- 0.01 eV. A weak feature tentatively assigned to P2H3- has a vertical detachment energy of 1.74 eV. The derived gas-phase acidity of phosphine is delta(acid)G298(PH3) < or = 1509.7 +/- 2.1 kJ mo1(-1). 相似文献

Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) coupled with ion mobility–mass spectrometry (IM–MS) provides a rapid (μs–ms) means for the two-dimensional (2D) separation of complex biological samples (e.g., peptides, oligonucleotides, glycoconjugates, lipids, etc.), elucidation of solvent-free secondary structural elements (e.g., helices, β-hairpins, random coils, etc.), rapid identification of post-translational modifications (e.g., phosphorylation, glycosylation, etc.) or ligation of small molecules, and simultaneous and comprehensive sequencing information of biopolymers. In IM–MS, protein-identification information is complemented by structural characterization data, which is difficult to obtain using conventional proteomic techniques. New avenues for enhancing the figures of merit (e.g., sensitivity, limits of detection, dynamic range, and analyte selectivity) and optimizing IM–MS experimental parameters are described in the context of deriving new information at the forefront of proteomics research. 相似文献

Addition of CF3OF to 3,4-di-O-acetyl-l-rhamnal gave four products separable by fractional crystallisation and column chromatography. The two principal products were in the epirhamnose series, i.e. trifluoromethyl 3,4-di-O-acetyl-2,6-dideoxy-2-fluoro-α-l-glucoside and 3,4-di-O-acetyl-2,6-dideoxy-2-fluoro-α-l-glucosyl fluoride. The lesser products were in the rhamnose series viz. trifluoromethyl 3,4-di-O-acetyl-2,6-dideoxy-2-fluoro-β-1-mannoside and 3,4-di-O-acetyl-2,6-dideoxy-2-fluoro-β-l-mannosyl fluoride. The structures were confirmed by 1H and 19F NMR spectral measurements. Deacylation and acidic hydrolysis gave the free 2-deoxy-2-fluoro sugars of both series. 相似文献

The synthesis of a 93-residue chemokine, lymphotactin, containing eight sites of O-linked glycosylation, was achieved using the technique of native chemical ligation. A single GalNAc residue was incorporated at each glycosylation site using standard Fmoc-chemistry to achieve the first total synthesis of a mucin-type glycoprotein.
