The oxidation of HO-CH2-CH2-SH (RSH) by molecular oxygen and Fe(III)- as well as Co(II)-multicarboxyphthalocyanine and the mechanism in homogeneous aqueous system were investigated. As application to enzyme-like heterogeneous catalysts, Fe(III)-as well as Co(II)-octacarboxyphthalocyanine were supported on amorphous enriched rayon staple fiber and their enzyme-like activities were estimated. These fibers were applicated to new odor-removers acting as artificial enzyme systems.  相似文献

The palladium cluster protected by silica-supported, crosslinking, partially phosphorylated poly(vinyl alcohol) (P-PVA) was prepared from a crosslinking P-PVA–Pd(II) complex by reduction in alcohol. The P-PVA–Pd complex and the palladium cluster protected by P-PVA were analyzed by electron spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and transmission electron microscopy. The complex formation between the Pd(II) ion and phosphoric acid groups in P-PVA was important in the formation of a fine palladium cluster. Palladium clusters protected by silica-supported crosslinking P-PVA were used as catalysts for the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene or acrylic acid at 30°C under atmospheric pressure. The palladium cluster protected by crosslinking P-PVA supported on silica was the most active catalyst, was stable and had no by-products, compared with the palladium cluster protected by silica-supported noncrosslinking P-PVA or PVA.  相似文献

Reaction between dimethyldivinylsilane and 3,6-diazaoctane in the presence of 3-lithio-3,6-diazaoctane yields a new telechelic oligomer, poly(silamine), which consists of alternating 3,3-dimethyl-3-silapentane and N,N′-diethylethylenediamine units in the main chain. Poly(silamine) shows unique phase transition properties in response to the degree of protonation of amino groups in the polymer. Poly(silamine) also shows a strong interaction with several anions. Due to the interaction between poly(silamine) and anions along with the protonation of amino groups in the poly(silamine), the rubber elasticity of poly(silamine) is drastically changed. A discrete volume change can be observed when the environmental pH of the poly(silamine) gels is varied. This can be explained not only by a change in ionic osmotic pressure but also by a change in the rubber elasticity of the networks in the gel.  相似文献

The present paper focuses on (i) a new synthetic methodology to prepare vinyl ether-based synthetic glycoconjugates (glycopolymers) with well-controlled structure, and on (ii) the application of glycopolymers bearing modified disaccharide residue as thermotropic liquid crystalline (LC) materials. Two vinyl ethers (VEs) having pendant glucose residues with their hydroxyl functions protected by acetyl and isopropylidene groups, respectively, were found to undergo living cationic polymerization initiated by a HI/ZnI2-initiating system. Deprotection of the resultant monodisperse polymers led to water-soluble polymers bearing a pendant glucose residue. Sequential living block copolymerization of glucose-containing VE and alkyl VE, and subsequent deprotection afforded an amphiphilic block copolymer of well-controlled structure. Transmission electron microscopic observation of its cast thin film revealed microphase-separated surface morphologies that varied with varying segment composition ratio. A VE substituted with a heptadecanoated cellobiose pendant was independently prepared, and was cationically polymerized to give a thermotropic LC polymer. From X-ray analysis, the mesophase was assigned to a discotic columnar in type, in which each main chain, extended due to the steric repulsion between the neighboring bulky pendants, was surrounded by three discotic columns.  相似文献

Capillary zone electrophoresis with indirect UV detection was developed for the simultaneous analysis of inorganic anions and organic acids using a mixed solution of 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and cetyltrimethylammonium hydroxide as the background electrolyte (BGE). The parameters which influence the separation, such as indirect UV detection wavelength, BGE conditions, applied voltage and extraction conditions were investigated. Thirteen inorganic anions and organic acids were detected within 20 min. The calibration curves of each analyte were linear with correlation coefficients greater than 0.991. The relative standard deviations (= 10) of the peak areas ranged from 0.6% to 3.3%. The detection limits for these species ranged from 0.4 to 1.4 mg/L at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The recovery rate of each analyte was more than 80% under optimised extraction conditions, except for nitrite. The proposed method was applied towards the analysis of inorganic anions and organic acids in the atmospheric particulate matter using an Andersen sampler. The particle size of the particulate matter was determined, but not the size of the anions.  相似文献

We developed capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) with direct UV detection for determination of ammonium in environmental water samples. Ammonium in the samples was partly converted into ammonia in the alkaline background electrolyte (BGE) during migration and was detected by molecular absorption of ammonia at 190 nm in approximately 7 min. The limit of detection (LOD) for ammonium was 0.24 mg/l (as nitrogen) at a signal-to-noise ratio of three. The respective values of the relative standard deviation (RSD) of peak area, peak height, and migration time for ammonium were 2.1, 1.8, and 0.46%. Major alkali and alkaline earth metal ions coexisting in the samples did not interfere with ammonium determination by the proposed method. The proposed method determined ammonium in surface water and sewage samples. The results were compared to those obtained using ion chromatography (IC).  相似文献
