Visible light‐mediated radical alkenylation of benzylsulfonium salts was achieved by means of fac‐Ir(ppy)3 as a photocatalyst, giving allylbenzenes as products. A variety of functional groups, such as halogen, ester, and cyano, were well tolerated in this transformation. Starting benzylsulfonium salts could be readily prepared from benzyl alcohols by an acid‐mediated substitution, increasing the synthetic utility of this transformation. 相似文献

Treatment of a meso‐diarylporphyrin with PhI(OAc)2 in the presence of BF3 ? OEt2 and propionic acid affords the corresponding porphyrinquinone in a high yield (91%). A novel quinone derived from meso‐meso β–β doubly‐fused diporphyrin was obtained as the sole byproduct (16% yield), which exhibits strong panchromatic absorption between 300 and 1000 nm. Infrared absorption intensities of the fundamental vibrations of liquid H2O have been obtained by measuring transmissions at two sample thicknesses (about 9 and 0.9 μ). The effect of multiple internal reflections on the observed absorptions is examined in terms of thin-film optics. It is shown that this simple method yields precise absorption intensities, without corrections for the effects of multiple internal reflections. The resulting intensities are 89.9 × 103 cm/mmol and 5.91 × 103 cm/mmol for the stretching and bending vibrations, respectively. The latter value was estimated after eliminating the absorption of intermolecular vibrations from the 1400–2400 cm-1 region by means of computer simulation. 相似文献

Titanium carbide formation by the solid–solid reaction on the surface of Ti nanoparticles was studied in situ using a high-resolution transmission electron microscope with a heating stage. The cross-sectional image of the Ti surface was clearly observed. Vacuum-deposited carbon covered the whole the surface of Ti nanoparticles in spite of the partly evaporation on the nanoparticle surface. The diffusion of the carbon atoms inside the Ti nanoparticles depended on the size of the nanoparticles. When the Ti nanoparticle diameter was less than 30 nm, carbon atoms diffused into the Ti nanoparticle and formed TiC. The superstructure of the Ti nanoparticles was observed, which revealed the growth process of TiC to be the diffusion of carbon atoms. For Ti nanoparticles with diameter larger than 30 nm it was observed that diffusion of Ti atoms into the carbon layer was dominant, which resulted in formation of TiC in the carbon layer at the surface of Ti nanoparticles. 相似文献

Vistoli defined Alexander schemes in [19], which behave like smooth varieties from the viewpoint of intersection theory with
Q-coefficients. In this paper, we will affirmatively answer Vistoli’s conjecture that Alexander property is Zariski local.
The main tool is the abelian category of bivariant sheaves, and we will spend most of our time for proving basic properties
of this category. We show that a scheme is Alexander if and only if all the first cohomology groups of bivariant sheaves vanish,
which is an analogy of Serre’s theorem, which says that a scheme is affine if and only if all the first cohomology groups
of quasi-coherent sheaves vanish. Serre’s theorem implies that the union of affine closed subschemes is again affine. Mimicking
the proof line by line, we will prove that the union of Alexander open subschemes is again Alexander.

Surface structures of equimolar mixtures of imidazolium-based ionic liquids (ILs) having a common cation (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium ([C4MIM]) or 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium ([C6MIM])) and different anions (bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide ([TFSI]), hexafluorophosphate ([PF6]) or chlorine) are studied using high-resolution Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy (HRBS). Both cations and anions have the same preferential orientations at the surface as in the pure ILs. In the mixture, the larger anion is located shallower than the smaller anion. The [TFSI] anion is slightly enriched at the surface relative to [PF6] with coverage of ~ 60% for the equimolar mixtures of [C4(6)MIM] [TFSI] and [C4(6)MIM] [PF6]. No surface segregation is observed for [C6MIM] [TFSI]0.5[Cl]0.5 and [C6MIM] [PF6]0.5[Cl]0.5. These results are different from the recent TOF-SIMS measurement where very strong surface segregation of [TFSI] was concluded for the mixture of [C4MIM] [TFSI] and [C4MIM] [PF6]. 相似文献

In this study, pulsed laser ablation, online annealing, and following size classification using a differential mobility analyzer
(DMA) were employed to fabricate quantum dots (QDs) of zinc oxide (ZnO). The irregularly shaped ZnO particles were obtained
at annealing temperature less than 873 K, which gradually transformed into spherical QDs with increasing the annealing temperature.
Finally, ZnO QDs with narrow size distribution having spherical shapes were successfully obtained at temperatures above 1173 K
under the DMA classification at a nominal size of 10 nm. TEM observation demonstrated that the ZnO QDs obtained by this process
were well-crystallized single crystallites with a wurtzite structure. Further, ZnO QDs with average sizes in the range of
4.8–8.1 nm were successfully fabricated by reducing the specified sizes of DMA. These features of the fabricated ZnO QDs are
favorable for investigation of intrinsic quantum size effect in ZnO. 相似文献
