Although alkoxymethylsilanes serve as useful building blocks, various efforts to synthesize them by substitution reaction with an alkoxide ion at the carbon adjacent to the silicon failed. To solve this synthetic problem a new route which is very simple to perform was developed. Bromination of (methoxymethyl)trimethylsilane by using N‐bromosuccinimide/2,2′‐azobisisobutyronitrile (NBS/AIBN) was followed by a substitution by alcohols in the presence of triethylamine to give the corresponding [alkoxy‐­(methoxy)methyl]trimethylsilanes. These acetals can be used directly for the next reduction with di‐isobutylaluminium hydride (DIBAL‐H) or Et3SiH/BF3·OEt2 to give alkoxymethylsilanes in good to moderate yields. The success of the substitution reaction with the alcohols suggests that the mechanism is of somewhat SN1 by nature and formation of the cationic intermediate seems to release the steric hindrance around the carbon, allowing the attack of alcohols. To generate command surfaces for all-optical switching, highly ordered polymeric Langmuir-Blodgett-Kuhn (LBK) multilayers were fabricated onto silicon substrates and gold-coated optical glass slides from novel azobenzene-bearing polyamic acid systems. Pronounced Bragg peaks and well-defined Kiessig fringes observed in the X-ray reflectivity measurement for samples on silicon substrates indicate that these films possess a regularly repeated Y-type LBK multilayer structure and ultrasmooth surfaces. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra taken by grazing incidence reflection suggest specific orientations of the functional groups in the layers. The excellent film-forming properties of the polyamic acid allow for a smooth buildup of several hundreds of layers of the LBK films onto gold-coated glass slides, which in turn allows for determining the geometrical thickness and the anisotropic refractive indices of the films by using optical waveguide spectroscopy. Interestingly, the probe laser beam induced a distinct fluorescence signal from the films, which remained even after the film underwent a thermal imidization process at 160 degrees C for 8 h in vacuo. LBK films fabricated from these compounds can be successfully applied for all-optically switching the alignment of liquid crystals by irradiation with light of different wavelengths.  相似文献

Oxopropyl E-(pyrrolidine-2-ylidene)glycinamide (5c) and allyl E-(pyrrolidine-2-ylidene)glycinate (5d) were effectively synthesized from 2,3,5-tri-O-benzyl-4-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl(TBDMS)-D-arabinal (7) using intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cyclic reaction of azide and olefin as a key reaction. These results proved this cyclic reaction should be applicable for the synthesis of various (pyrrolidine-2-ylidene)glycinate and glycinamide. In addition, the development of a synthetic route for the precursor of an unsaturated cyclic dehydro amino acid involved in azinomycins (carzinophilin) using relating glycinate, methyl E-(pyrrolidine-2-ylidene)glycinate (5a) was described.  相似文献

A procedure of analysis for small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) data has been established to obtain density fluctuation of supercritical fluids near the critical point. It is indispensable for the certain analysis to utilize both of high-quality SAXS data measured under stable thermodynamic condition and accurate PρT data in supercritical region. As a standard example, SAXS measurements have been performed for supercritical CO2, which is a suitable sample satisfying the condition for both experiment and analysis. The measurements were carried out along four isothermal conditions at reduced temperature of Tr = T/Tc = 1.020, 1.022, 1.043 and 1.064. Comparing the experimental density fluctuation with calculated one from the most reliable equation of state, the differences are within 8% at most.  相似文献

This work presents a numerical simulation of an ultrafiltration process of bovine serum albumin in solution, using hollow-fiber membranes. Such membranes are constituted of tiny polymer cylinders disposed in a tube-and-shell arrangement. The concentrate flows through the interior of the fibers and the pure solvent is recovered in the shell, assuming perfect solute rejection. In modeling the process, the flow of concentrate inside the fibers was considered to be laminar, with constant density, viscosity and solute diffusivity. Axial diffusion and angular effects were ignored. The model combines the effect of concentration polarization and adsorption, which are the two main limiting phenomena in ultrafiltration processes. The pressure on the shell side was considered constant and inside the fibers a linear pressure profile, dependent on the axial position, was adopted. The solution of the problem was achieved with the method of orthogonal collocation, with adequate choice of the weight function in the radial direction. In the axial direction, a finite-difference method was used. The numerical results were compared with experimental data available in the literature.  相似文献

To systematically evaluate the quality of SiNx films in multi-stacked structures, we investigated the effects of post-deposition annealing (PDA) on the film properties of SiNx within the SiO2/SiNx/SiO2/Si stacked structure by performing X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray reflectivity (XRR), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and scanning transmission electron microscope–electron energy loss spectroscopy (STEM-EELS) analyses. The XPS results showed that PDA induces the oxidation of the SiNx layer. In particular, new finding is that Si-rich SiNx in the SiNx layer is preferentially oxidized by PDA even in multi-stacked structure. The XRR results showed that the SiNx layer becomes thinner, whereas the interface layer between the SiNx layer and Si becomes thicker. It is concluded by STEM-EELS and XPS that this interface layer is SiON layer. The density of N–H and Si–H bonding within the stacked structure strongly depends on the PDA temperature. Our study helps elucidate the properties of SiNx films in stacked structures from various perspectives.  相似文献

The electronic absorption spectra of 1-vinyl- and 2-vinylindazoles and their protonated forms were analyzed. The spectra were subjected to quantum-chemical calculation within the Pariser-Parr-Pople (PPP) -electron approximation, and the thermodynamic parameters of the reaction of indazoles with phenol (Kas and H) were calculated. It is shown that 1-vinylindazole adds hydrogen halides to the nitrogen atom or the double bond of the vinyl group, depending on the reaction temperature.
