5,8-Methanoquinazolines fused with imidazoles 4a-4b , thiadiazoles 5–6 , pyrimidines 7, 9, 11 and 12 , and 1,3,5-triazine 13 were prepared starting from (5R,8S)-2-amino-8,9,9-trimethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-5,8-methanoquinazoline 3 . Electron-transfer reduction of molecular oxygen (O2) by the phenolate anion (1-) of a vitamin E model, 2,2,5,7,8-pentamethylchroman-6-ol (1H), occurred to produce superoxide anion, which could be directly detected by a low-temperature EPR measurement. The rate of electron transfer from 1- to O2 was relatively slow, since this process is energetically unfavourable. The one-electron oxidation potential of 1- determined by cyclic voltammetric measurements is sufficiently negative to reduce 2,2-bis(4-tert-octylphenyl)-1-picrylhydrazyl radical (DOPPH*) to the corresponding one-electron reduced anion, DOPPH-, suggesting that 1- can also act as an efficient radical scavenger.  相似文献

The electrical resistivity of the hybridized 4f-(5d/6s) system interacting with LA phonons is calculated by applying the memory function method to the periodic Anderson model in Hartree-Fock approximation. We propose a new mechanism to explain in part the anomalous resistivity of mixed valence compounds such as CePd3. For finite hybridizationV a finite fraction of 4f electrons participates in electrical conduction leading to an essential change of the normald band current. Resistivity and the fraction of 4f electrons increase with increasing value of [V/(E–)]2 where (E–) is the distance between the effective positionE of the 4f level and the chemical potential. In typical mixed valence systems [V/(E–)]2 is strongly temperature dependent and decreases with increasing temperature. This explains the high temperature resistivity behaviour of CePd3. For (E–) being small compared to the Debye-temperature the resistivity is enhanced and becomes extremely sensitive to small changes of (E–).Work performed within the research program of the Sonderforschungsbereich 125, Aachen-Jülich-Köln  相似文献

In order to detect the varicocele, scrotal scintigraphies by using 99mTc-HSA-D were performed in 14 patients with male infertile or palpable mass in left scrotum on physical examinations. Abnormal pooling of 99mTc-HSA-D, indicative of varicocele lesion, could be found in left scrotum in 9 cases, confirmed surgically or clinically. Compared with 99mTc-HSA, 99mTc-HSA-D was superior in high uptake ratio of varicocele to soft tissue and in nonvisualization of bladder. Thus, 99mTc-HSA-D scrotal scintigraphy seemed to be of a great use to detect the varicocele.  相似文献

The layered oxide thermoelectric material β-Na0.67CoO2 has been studied by powder neutron diffraction, electric and magnetic measurements. This compound includes an edge-sharing CoO6 slab and a highly vacant Na+ sheet in a unit cell (space group symmetry C2/m, a=4.9023(4) Å, b=2.8280(2) Å, c=5.7198(6) Å and β=105.964(6)° at 300 K). The evaluated formal valence of cobalt ion, +3.33(1), is ascribed to the coexistence of Co3+ and Co4+ in the ratio 2:1. Polycrystalline β-Na0.67CoO2, a p-type thermoelectric material, exhibits metallic behavior of the electric resistivity below 300 K. The Curie-Weiss-type magnetic susceptibility indicates antiferromagnetic interactions between magnetic cobalt ions in the edge-sharing CoO6 slab.  相似文献

An intensive study for aqueous microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) suspensions was carried out in view of the relationship between a viscosity and a 1H spin-spin relaxation time (T2) of water. An investigation was carried out for four suspension systems with the different particle size distributions. The proton mole ratio () of bound water against MCC particles and T2 of bound water (T2,b) were evaluated from the T2 values obtained by Carr-Purcell- Meiboom-Gill (C.P.M.G) method and those by solid echo method, respectively. As a result of these analyses, the T2,b value for the aqueous MCC suspension was evaluated as 5 × 10–3 s and it was found that the system having a larger tended to show a higher viscosity. By relating the above results to the observation of the suspensions by an optical microscope, it was concluded that a network formed by MCC particles plays an important role in generating a high viscosity of MCC suspension, and that an averaged mobility of water molecules is sensitively affected by the network structure.  相似文献

Aqueous titanate sols were prepared by reactions of titanium tetraisopropoxide (TIP) with -hydroxycarboxylic acids in water. IR and Raman spectra, and elemental analyses of the precipitates obtained from the sols revealed that the carboxylates were chelated to titanium but the Ti species were polymerized to form a cluster that had a colloidal nature. Spin-coating of titania (TiO2) thin films from these sols was also examined. Interestingly, it was found that (004) preferentially oriented anatase films with refractive index of 2.54 were obtained from TIP-lactic acid-NH3 (1:1:1, molar ratio) aqueous sol. This crystallographic orientation was characteristic of the TIP-lactic acid-NH3 (1:1:1) system, and was not affected by the kinds of substrates used and the heating rate of the film. TEM observation indicated that small anatase grains had already formed at 200°C. Therefore, the crystallographic orientation might depend strongly on the structure of the chemical species of the precursor solutions.  相似文献

A series of 2-[4-(thiazol-2-yl)phenyl]propionic acids substituted at various positions were prepared by the reaction of diethyl 2-methyl-2-(4-thiocarbamoylphenyl)malonates with alpha-bromoaldehyde diethyl acetals or alpha-haloketones followed by hydrolysis of esters. The inhibition of prostaglandin H synthetase (cyclooxygenase) was assayed by use of an enzyme preparation from guinea pig polymorphonuclear leukocytes. Examination of the structure-activity relationship of these compounds indicated that the substitution pattern with halogens at position 3 (R1) of the benzene ring and a methyl group in position 4 (R2) and/or 5 (R3) of the thiazole ring were favorable for inhibitory activity. The compounds bearing bulky alkyl or polar functional groups at the R2 position were weak inhibitors. The potent inhibitors of cyclooxygenase were tested for their ability to reduce carrageenin-induced inflammation of rat paws. These derivatives had strong anti-inflammatory activity based on their strong inhibition of cyclooxygenase, with some exceptions, including those with a thiomethyl group at R1.  相似文献

To generate command surfaces for all-optical switching, highly ordered polymeric Langmuir-Blodgett-Kuhn (LBK) multilayers were fabricated onto silicon substrates and gold-coated optical glass slides from novel azobenzene-bearing polyamic acid systems. Pronounced Bragg peaks and well-defined Kiessig fringes observed in the X-ray reflectivity measurement for samples on silicon substrates indicate that these films possess a regularly repeated Y-type LBK multilayer structure and ultrasmooth surfaces. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra taken by grazing incidence reflection suggest specific orientations of the functional groups in the layers. The excellent film-forming properties of the polyamic acid allow for a smooth buildup of several hundreds of layers of the LBK films onto gold-coated glass slides, which in turn allows for determining the geometrical thickness and the anisotropic refractive indices of the films by using optical waveguide spectroscopy. Interestingly, the probe laser beam induced a distinct fluorescence signal from the films, which remained even after the film underwent a thermal imidization process at 160 degrees C for 8 h in vacuo. LBK films fabricated from these compounds can be successfully applied for all-optically switching the alignment of liquid crystals by irradiation with light of different wavelengths.  相似文献

Effect of polyanions on the aggregation of methylene blue (MB) was investigated spectrophotometrically. The following polyanions were used: potassium poly(vinyl sulfate), potassium poly(styrenesulfonate), sodium poly(methacrylate), and sodium poly(acrylate). The state of aggregation was largely dependent on the kind of polyanion and polyanion-MB ratio. MB-photo-sensitized isomerization of cis-p-(phenylazo)phenyltrimethylammonium iodide(cis-PTA) to the transisomer was used advantageously to investigate the effect of dye aggregation on the triplet excitation energy transfer between cationic dyes bound to polyanions. Although the efficiency of the excitation energy transfer between MB and cis-PTA was enhanced by the addition of polyanions, the formation of highly aggregated MB reduced the efficiency of the excitation energy transfer. Correlation with the dye aggregation induced by polyanions and the efficiency of excitation energy transfer between dyes was discussed.  相似文献
