Separation and determination of biphenyl nitrile compounds by microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography with mixed surfactants

A mixture of six biphenyl nitrile compounds and three related substances with high hydrophobicity and similar structures was successfully separated by microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC) within 30 min. The microemulsion system contained 100 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), 80 mM sodium cholate (SC), 0.81% v/v heptane, 7.5% v/v n-butanol, 10% v/v acetonitrile, and 10 mM borate. The addition of SC, organic modifiers, sample preparation, and temperature all showed remarkable effects on the separation. The capacity factor (k) was calculated by using dodecyl benzene as the marker for microemulsion, and the calculated partition coefficient log P(o/w) of the solutes was in the range of 3.35-7.38. The log k values matched well with the log P(o/w) with a correlation coefficient of 0.96. In addition, the linear correlation coefficients of each compound between peak area and concentration were from 0.996 to 0.998 with the repeatability RSD value < 1.2% for migration time and < 4.8% for peak area, and the highest theoretic plate number was > 586000. MEEKC was compared with micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) indicating that the former method is more suitable for this separation and can be used for the quality control of biphenyl nitrile compounds in the synthesis of liquid crystals.     

A simple and efficient biphasic method for the preparation of 4-nitrophenyl N-methyl- and N-alkylcarbamates

Treatment of 4-nitrophenyl chloroformate with alkylammonium hydrochloride salts and solid anhydrous Na₂CO₃ in either CH₂Cl₂ or CH₃CN gave 4-nitrophenyl N-methylcarbamate and other N-alkylcarbamate analogues in excellent yields. Of particular interest is the observation that 4-nitrophenyl N-methylcarbamate, a safer alternative to the highly toxic methyl isocyanate, is obtained in quantitative yield (?95% pure as determined by ¹H NMR) after simple filtration and solvent evaporation.     

A Density Functional Theory Study on Electronic Structure and Second—order Nonlinear Optical Properties of Some Push—Pull Molecules

Time-dependent density-functional theory(TDDFT)has been applied to calculate the electronic structure and second-order nonlinear optical(NLO) properties of some organic molecules.The two-dimensional(2-D)charge transfer charateristics of calculated molecules were studied and compared with corresponding experimental results.All the theoretical results agree well with the measurement.For 2-D molecule with two-fold symmetry,the dominant charge transfer is off-diagonal,while for three-fold symmetry 2-D molecule,the dominant charge transfer is not only between branches and central group but also among branches.     

Analysis of actinides in the primary coolant of a WWER-440 type reactor

A simple and effective method has been developed for the determination of the transuranium isotopes in primary coolant samples of WWER-440 type reactors. Membrane filters containing undissolved particles from about one liter coolant were destroyed by mineral acids, then americium-curium isotopes and neptunium-plutonium isotopes were coprecipitated sequentially with NdF₃ based on their different redox behavior. Alpha-spectra were determined by silicon semiconductor detectors connected to multichannel analyzers. Activity ratios measured in a reactor unit with a failed fuel element were compared with calculated values of the same type of reactor under similar conditions. Parameters of the defective fuel (burnup, original enrichment) could be estimated.     

氨水溶液制备ZnO纳米晶阵列的研究

以氨水和硝酸锌为前躯体，采用低温水溶液法在涂敷ZnO晶种层的玻璃衬底上外延生长了ZnO纳米棒晶阵列。应用SEM、TEM、SAED和XRD表征了ZnO纳米晶的形貌和结构。讨论了该组成体系水溶液法纳米棒外延生长的机理及其对棒晶形貌的影响。通过对水溶液pH值的原位二次调整，制备出了ZnO纳米管和表面绒毛状的棒晶阵列，基于生长机理探讨了它们的形成原因，为实现不同形貌ZnO纳米晶阵列的优化控制提供了可能的技术途径。结果表明，不同形貌的ZnO均属沿c轴择优取向的六方纤锌矿结构。     

Hydrothermal synthesis, characterization and thermochemistry of Ca2[B2O4(OH)2]·0.5H2O

A pure calcium borate Ca₂[B₂O₄(OH)₂]·0.5H₂O has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and characterized by XRD, FT-IR and TG as well as by chemical analysis. The molar enthalpy of solution of Ca₂[B₂O₄(OH)₂]·0.5H₂O in HC1·54.582H₂O was determined. From a combination of this result with measured enthalpies of solution of H₃BO₃ in HC1·54.561H₂O and of CaO in (HCl + H₃BO₃) solution, together with the standard molar enthalpies of formation of CaO(s), H₃BO₃(s) and H₂O(l), the standard molar enthalpy of formation of −(3172.5 ± 2.5) kJ mol⁻¹ of Ca₂[B₂O₄(OH)₂]·0.5H₂O was obtained.     

硬木热解过程中颗粒内部二次反应的数值研究Ⅱ.数值模拟结果

为了研究生物质（硬木）热解过程中颗粒内部的二次反应，对流化床环境下单颗粒生物质热解模型进行了求解。计算针对典型大颗粒和典型小颗粒在流化床反应器反应条件下的热解过程，对不同大小颗粒内部各种产物的生成、消耗、积累以及逃逸行为进行了定量描述。计算结果表明：对于直径为2mm的小颗粒，颗粒内二次裂解的份额可以忽略，但是对于直径10mm的大颗粒，热争过程中有超过20%的一次焦油参加了颗粒内部二次反应，颗粒内二次裂解显著地改变了热解产物分布，改变了热解产物的品质。     

Two new megastigmane O-glucopyranosides from the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera

Two new megastigmane O-glucopyranosides,named (2R,3R,5R,6S,9R)-3-hydroxy-5,6-epoxy-β-ionol-2-O-β-D-glucopyrano- side(1) and (2R,3R,5R,6S,9R)-3-hydroxyl-5,6-epoxy-acety-β-ionol-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2) together with six known mega- stigmanes,were isolated from the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera (Linn.) Vent.Their structures were established by chemical methods and spectroscopic techniques including 2D NMR.     

聚苯乙烯磺酸掺杂聚苯胺的合成

以苯胺（An）为单体，过硫酸铵（APS）为氧化剂，在聚苯乙烯磺酸（PSSA）的水溶液中，合成了可完全溶于水的PSSA掺杂PAn。研究了An浓度，PSSA浓度，APS浓度，APS的滴加时间，反应时间及温度对An聚合反应及其产物的水溶性，导电性及特性粘度[η]的影响。结果表明：在比较宽的实验条件下，都可以合成出具有良好导电性的可溶于水的PSSA掺杂PAn；其中当An：PSSA:APS的摩尔比为1．7：2．5：1，APS溶液的滴加时间为3h，反应时间为1h，反应温度为14℃时，得到的掺杂PAn导电率最高达0．156S／cm。
