This paper reports the synthesis and self-assembling properties of 6-O-hexadecyl- and 6-O-octylsucroses. Mono-etherification of 2,3,4,1′,3′,4′-hexa-O-benzylsucrose with the corresponding alkyl bromides predominantly took place at the glucose 6-position and the products were isolated by silica gel column chromatography. Benzyl groups in the isolated products were cleaved to yield the target derivatives. The SEM, TEM, XRD, and DLS results indicated that 6-O-alkylsucroses formed vesicle-type particles via formation of lamellar-like planes under aqueous conditions, which were further merged by fusion of the planes to construct larger aggregates. The self-assembling properties of the materials were different from those of the previously reported 6-O- and 6’-O-hexadecylsucroses mixture.  相似文献

We developed a novel software named i-RUBY (identification-Related qUantification-Based strategY algorithm for liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) data) that enables us to perform fully automatic ion current-based spectral feature analysis of highly accurate data obtained by LC/MS/MS. At the 1st step, this software utilizes accurate peptide/protein identification information for peak detection and peak matching among measurements. Then, at the 2nd step, it picks yet unidentified peaks and matches them to the peaks identified at the 1st step by a linear interpolation algorithm. The analysis of human plasma externally spiked with a known amount of yeast alcohol dehydrogenase 1 showed a good linear relationship between the amount of protein spiked and the quantitative values obtained by i-RUBY analysis. Experiment using human plasma digests spiked with a mixture of known amounts of synthetic peptides derived from two yeast proteins, alcohol dehydrogenase 1 and glucose-6-phospate isomerase, showed the expansion by the 2nd step of i-RUBY of the lower quantification limits to 1/10 to 1/1000 of those reached only by identified peaks at the 1st step. Good correlations between the i-RUBY results and the amount of proteins were confirmed by the analysis of real samples, i.e., sera of normal subjects and cancer patients, by comparing quantitative values of acute-phase proteins obtained by i-RUBY analysis of LC/MS/MS data with those obtained by an immunological method using Bio-Plex. These results taken together show that i-RUBY is a useful tool for obtaining dependable quantitative information from highly accurate shotgun-proteomics LC/MS/MS data.  相似文献

Reaction of chiral homobinuclear Fischer chromium carbene complexes with allyl alcohol in the presence of NaH and the following oxidative demetalation gave alpha-allyl esters in up to 97% ee via [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement reaction promoted by the metal 1,3-shift. On the other hand, chiral heterobinuclear tungsten carbene complexes with arene chromium complexes afforded alpha-allyl-beta-hydroxy esters as a major product in up to 92/8 dr by the same reaction sequence.  相似文献

The crystal architectures of 5-ferrocenylpyrazole (1) and its metal complexes were investigated. Compound 1 can form non-solvated and chloroform-solvated crystals. In both cases, 1 forms a zigzag one-dimensional architecture via NH?N hydrogen bonds. The hydrogen bond exhibits a twofold disorder, which was shown to be static by solid-state 13C NMR. In the solvated crystal, the chloroform is released at 415 K, associated with melting of the crystal. The reaction of 1 with metal salts provided metal-centered ferrocenyl clusters [Zn(NO3)2(1)4] (4), [Co(NO3)2(1)4] (5), [CoCl2(1)4] (6), [Zn(NCS)2(1)2] (7), cis-[Pt(NH3)2(1)2](PF6)2 (8), and trans-[Pt(NH3)2(1)4](PF6)2 (9). In all of these complexes, 1 acts as a monodentate ligand. In 4, 5, and 7, the multinuclear units are joined via hydrogen bonds to form supramolecular chains. Two polymorphs were found for the crystals of 4. Both are composed of the same hydrogen-bonded chains, but their arrangements are different. 5-Ferrocenyl-1-tritylpyrazole (2) and 4-ferrocenyl-1-methylpyrazole (3) were also crystallographically characterized.  相似文献

The concentration of brain N-acetylaspartic acid (NAA) in mice was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using fluorescence detection after pre-column derivatization with 4-N,N-dimethylaminosulfonyl-7-N-(2-aminoethyl)amino-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (DBD-ED). Six different brain parts, namely, the prefrontal cortex, olfactory bulb, nucleus accumbens, striatum, cerebellum and hippocampus, of male C57BL6/J mice, were investigated. The NAA concentration (nmol/mg protein) was highest in the olfactory bulb (58.2 ± 4.0, n = 8) and lowest in the hippocampus (42.8 ± 1.6, n = 8). The proposed HPLC method with fluorescence detection was successfully used to determine the NAA concentration in each investigated brain area.  相似文献

A new chiral chromophoric host 1, possessing a 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)benzoate (DMAB) group tethered to a chiral bicyclic guanidinium subunit, was synthesized and applied to the probe for sulfate anion. Host 1 showed typical successive 1:1 and 2:1 host:guest complexation behavior toward the divalent sulfate anion, as revealed by UV-vis, CD, fluorescence, and 1H NMR spectroscopic studies. The DMAB chromophore was shown to be a sensitive CD spectral probe for assessing not only the complexation behavior but also complex stoichiometry and structure. The stepwise 1:1 and 2:1 complexation constants (K1 and K2) were determined as 1.53 x 10(6) and 4.84 x 10(4) M(-1), respectively, by NMR titration in CD3CN. The CD exciton chirality method allowed us to determine the chiral sense (spatial arrangement) of the two DMAB moieties in the 2:1 complex as negative (counterclockwise). The dual fluorescence behavior of DMAB was employed for elucidating the role of the countercation upon complexation of host 1 with sulfates possessing lipophilic countercation(s) such as tetrabutylammonium.  相似文献

A rapid and simple method for determination of cyanamide in fertilizer, soil and plants has been developed. In this method, cyanamide is extracted with 2% acetic acid and the extract separated by centrifugation. It is then purified by passing through a membrane filter. The extract was derivatized with 6-aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysuccinimidyl-carbamate and the derivatized compound separated by ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography. It is then detected with a UV detector at 260 nm by the same method as is used for amino acid analysis. The proposed method is fast, simple and cheap and also has good selectivity and sensitivity for the determination of cyanamide in a wide range of biotic and abiotic materials.  相似文献

A chiral dicationic palladium complex is found to be an efficient Lewis acid catalyst for the synthesis of α‐fluoromethyl‐substituted tertiary alcohols using a three‐component coupling reaction. The reaction transforms three simple and readily available components (terminal alkyne, arene, and fluoromethylpyruvate) to valuable chiral organofluorine compounds. This strategy is completely atom‐economical and results in perfect regioselectivities and high enantioselectivities of the corresponding tertiary allylic alcohols in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A novel nanoporous material 12CaO.7Al2O3 (C12A7) offers a possibility of incorporating large concentrations (>1021 cm-3) of a wide range of extraframework anions inside its nanopores. We have investigated, both experimentally and theoretically, optical absorption associated with several types of such anions, including F-, OH-, O-, O2-, O2-, and O22-, and assigned their optical absorption bands. It is demonstrated that the chemical identity and concentration of extraframework anions can be controlled by an appropriate treatment of "as grown" C12A7. We also show that the position of the adsorption edge is, in turn, determined by the chemical identity of the extraframework species and can be varied in the range of approximately 4-6 eV. We suggest that C12A7 is a unique host material, which can be used as a playground for studying negatively charged species that are unstable in other environments.  相似文献
