Pure rotational spectra of S235Cl2 and S235Cl37Cl have been observed using a Fourier-transform microwave spectrometer. An analysis of the hyperfine structure made by considering the nuclear spin statistics showed that S2Cl2 has C2symmetry, where the hyperfine splittings due to the two Cl nuclei were analyzed precisely. The nuclear quadrupole coupling constants including the off-diagonal (χabχacχbc) components and the nuclear spin–rotation interaction constants associated with the two Cl nuclei have been determined for the first time. We have shown that the nuclear quadrupole interaction plays an important role in the orthopara mixing.  相似文献

X-ray powder diffraction and magnetization measurements have been carried out on Rh2Mn1+xSn1−x (0≤x≤0.3) alloys. The alloys, which crystallize in the L21 structure, were found to exhibit ferromagnetic behavior. The lattice constant a at room temperature decreases with increasing x, whereas the Curie temperature TC decreases linearly. At 5 K the magnetic moment per formula unit first increases with increasing x and then saturates for x≥0.2. The experimental results are discussed in terms of the influence of the Mn-Mn exchange interactions between the Mn atoms on the Sn and Mn sites.  相似文献

The Double Chooz experiment presents an indication of reactor electron antineutrino disappearance consistent with neutrino oscillations. An observed-to-predicted ratio of events of 0.944±0.016(stat)±0.040(syst) was obtained in 101 days of running at the Chooz nuclear power plant in France, with two 4.25 GW(th) reactors. The results were obtained from a single 10 m(3) fiducial volume detector located 1050 m from the two reactor cores. The reactor antineutrino flux prediction used the Bugey4 flux measurement after correction for differences in core composition. The deficit can be interpreted as an indication of a nonzero value of the still unmeasured neutrino mixing parameter sin(2)2θ(13). Analyzing both the rate of the prompt positrons and their energy spectrum, we find sin(2)2θ(13)=0.086±0.041(stat)±0.030(syst), or, at 90% C.L., 0.017相似文献

Intense photostimulated luminescence (PSL) with a peak at 420 nm is observed in ultraviolet (UV) Iight-irradiated europium-doped potassium chloride (KCl: Eu) crystalline phosphors. The PSL characteristics of UV-irradiated KCl: Eu phosphor for optical memory application were studied. The excitation and emission mechanisms of the 420 nm PSL, which are consistent with the results obtained, are discussed.  相似文献

It was shown both theoretically and experimentally that nanosecond order laser pulses at 10.6 micron wavelength were superior for driving the Sn plasma extreme ultraviolet (EUV) source for nano-lithography for the reasons of higher conversion efficiency, lower production of debris and higher average power levels obtainable in CO2 media without serious problems of beam distortions and nonlinear effects occurring in competing solid-state lasers at high intensities. The renewed interest in such pulse format, wavelength, repetition rates in excess of 50 kHz and average power levels in excess of 18 kiloWatt has sparked new opportunities for a matured multi-kiloWatt CO2 laser technology. The power demand of EUV source could be only satisfied by a Master-Oscillator-Power-Amplifier system configuration, leading to a development of a new type of hybrid pulsed CO2 laser employing a whole spectrum of CO2 technology, such as fast flow systems and diffusion-cooled planar waveguide lasers, and relatively recent quantum cascade lasers. In this paper we review briefly the history of relevant pulsed CO2 laser technology and the requirements for multi-kiloWatt CO2 laser, intended for the laser-produced plasma EUV source, and present our recent advances, such as novel solid-state seeded master oscillator and efficient multi-pass amplifiers built on planar waveguide CO2 lasers.  相似文献

The optical characteristics of Cr3+ and Nd3+ codoped Y3Al5O12 (YAG) ceramics are measured. These measurements are done using two pumping sources, a 808 nm laser diode (LD) and a Xe short-arc lamp, to simulate solar radiation. The specimens used are 0.1%Cr3+/1.0%Nd3+ and 3.0%Cr3+/1.0%Nd3+ (atomic%) codoped YAG ceramics. A Nd:YAG crystal doped with 1.0%Nd3+ is used as a reference. The saturation intensities of the Cr/Nd:YAG ceramics pumped by the LD are the same as that of the Nd:YAG crystal, while they are higher when they are pumped by the Xe lamp. The saturation intensities are for the 0.1% Cr-doped ceramic and for the 3.0%Cr-doped ceramic. The small signal gains of the 0.1%Cr-doped and 3.0%Cr-doped ceramics are measured and found to be 1.8 times and 7.0 times higher than that of Nd:YAG for the same intensity of solar pumping, respectively. The quantum efficiency of energy transfer from Cr3+ to Nd3+ is estimated to be 0.88±0.09 for the 0.1%Cr-doped ceramic and 0.67±0.08 for the 3.0%Cr-doped ceramic.  相似文献

Triggered single-photon generation from InAlAs quantum dot (QD) was demonstrated for the first time. Emitted photon energy coincides with high detection efficiency range of Si single-photon detectors, which is highly suitable for free-space communication. Single-QD spectroscopy and crossed photon correlation measurements unambiguously revealed that several emitting lines observed in a single mesa structure originated from the identical QD, and two temporary competing decay processes associated with neutral states and charged states were identified. Presence of the competing process is also inferred from an analysis of steady-state photoluminescence intensities. Formation process of charged exciton in QD is also discussed.  相似文献

In this Letter, a theoretical analysis of the resonant vibration of double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWCNTs) and the DWCNTs embedded in an elastic medium is presented based on Euler-Bernoulli beam model and Winkler spring model. The vibration modes of DWCNTs are quite different from those of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs). The resonant vibrations of DWCNTs are found to have in-phase and anti-phase modes, in which the deflections of the inner and outer nanotubes occur in the same and opposite directions, respectively. For the vibration of DWCNTs with the same harmonic numbers, the resonant frequencies of anti-phase mode are larger than the ones of in-phase mode. Moreover, influence of the surrounding medium on the resonant vibrations is investigated using the Winkler spring model. The results show that surrounding medium makes a strong impact on the vibration frequencies of in-phase mode, but little on those of anti-phase mode.  相似文献
