Successive treatment of the (Z)-gamma-trimethylsilyl allylic alcohols with copper(I) tert-butoxide and allylic halides followed by the tetrabutylammonium fluoride-assisted hydrolysis produced the allylation products, 2,5-alkadien-1-ols, with complete retention of configuration. Similar treatment of the organometallic intermediates with aryl and vinylic halides in the presence of palladium(0) catalyst gave the corresponding cross-coupling products in good yields. Complex ring (13)C resonance lines of the cross-polarization/magic angle spinning (CP/MAS) (13)C NMR spectra of cellulose triacetate (CTA) I and CTA II were completely assigned, for the first time, by (13)C-enriched CTA allomorphs. The (13)C-enriched CTA I was prepared by heterogeneous acetylation of bacterial cellulose which was biosynthesized by Acetobacter xylinum (A. xylinum) ATCC10245 from culture medium containing D-(2-(13)C)-, D-(3-(13)C)-, or D-(5-(13)C)glucose as a carbon source, while CTA II samples were obtained by solution acetylation of the (13)C-enriched bacterial celluloses. From comparison of the spectra of normal CTA prepared from ramie with those of the enriched CTA samples, it was revealed that all carbons composed of CTA I appeared as a singlet, while those of CTA II except for C1 were shown as equal-intensity doublets in the CP/MAS (13)C NMR spectrum. This finding suggests that CTA I is made up of one kind of glucopyranose residue while there are two magnetically inequivalent sites in the unit cell of CTA II in the same population. 相似文献

A new CeIV complex [Ce{NH(CH2CH2N=CHC6H2‐3,5‐(tBu)2‐2‐O)2}(NO3)2] ( 1 ), bearing a dianionic pentadentate ligand with an N3O2 donor set, has been prepared by treating (NH4)2Ce(NO3)6 with the sodium salt of ligand L1 . Complex 1 in the presence of TEMPO and 4 Å molecular sieves (MS4 A) has been found to serve as a catalyst for the oxidation of arylmethanols using dioxygen as an oxidant. We propose an oxidation mechanism based on the isolation and reactivity study of a trivalent cerium complex [Ce{NH(CH2CH2N=CHC6H2‐3,5‐(tBu)2‐2‐O)2}(NO3)(THF)] ( 2 ), its side‐on μ‐O2 adduct [Ce{NH(CH2CH2N=CHC6H2‐3,5‐(tBu)2‐2‐O)2}(NO3)]2(μ‐η2:η2‐O2) ( 3 ), and the hydroxo‐bridged CeIV complex [Ce{NH(CH2CH2N=CHC6H2‐3,5‐(tBu)2‐2‐O)2}(NO3)]2(μ‐OH)2 ( 4 ) as key intermediates during the catalytic cycle. Complex 2 was synthesized by reduction of 1 with 2,5‐dimethyl‐1,4‐bis(trimethylsilyl)‐1,4‐diazacyclohexadiene. Bubbling O2 into a solution of 2 resulted in formation of the peroxo complex 3 . We designed multiblock amphiphiles AmF and AmH , which consist of perfluorinated and non-fluorinated hydrophobic units, respectively. Absorption spectroscopy revealed that both amphiphiles are molecularly dispersed in organic solvent, while they form aggregates under aqueous conditions. Furthermore, we investigated whether AmF and AmH can be incorporated into DOPC lipid bilayer membranes, and found that the maximum concentration of AmF that can be incorporated into DOPC lipid bilayer membranes is 43 times higher than that of AmH . 相似文献
