退火温度对低温生长MgxZn1－xO薄膜光学性质的影响

Preparation of antimicrobial poly(vinyl alcohol) nanofibers containing silver nanoparticles

Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofibers containing Ag nanoparticles were prepared by electrospinning PVA/silver nitrate (AgNO₃) aqueous solutions, followed by short heat treatment, and their antimicrobial activity was investigated for wound dressing applications. Since PVA is a water soluble and biocompatible polymer, it is one of the best materials for the preparation of wound dressing nanofibers. After heat treatment at 155 °C for 3 min, the PVA/AgNO₃ nanofibers became insoluble, while the Ag⁺ ions therein were reduced so as to produce a large number of Ag nanoparticles situated preferentially on their surface. The residual Ag⁺ ions were reduced by subsequent UV irradiation for 3 h. The average diameter of the Ag nanoparticles after the heat treatment was 5.9 nm and this value increased slightly to 6.3 nm after UV irradiation. It was found that most of the Ag⁺ ions were reduced by the simple heat treatment. Shadowing and Inverse Shadowing for C^1 Endomorphisms

In this paper, we consider the shadowing and the inverse shadowing properties for C^1 endomorphisms. We show that near a hyperbolic set a C^1 endomorphism has the shadowing property, and a hyperbolic endomorphism has the inverse shadowing property with respect to a class of continuous methods. Moreover, each of these shadowing properties is also ＂uniform＂ with respect to C^1 perturbation.     

掺Eu3+硅基材料的发光性质

通过溶胶－凝胶技术制备了掺Eu^3 的硅基材料并测试了其三维荧光光谱、激光谱和发射光谱，结果显示，最佳激发波波长为350nm,最强荧光波长为620nm；在350nm光激发下的发射光谱显示Eu^3 的特征发射光谱，产生4条谱带，分别是577nm(^5D0-^7F0)，588nm(^5D0-^7F1),596nm(^5D0-^7F1)和610nm(^5D0-^7F2)。

Effects of Processing Parameters on Microstructure and Properties of Nanoscale ZrC/ZrB2 Multilayered Coatings

ZrC/ZrB2 multilayered coatings with bilayer periods of 3.5-40nm are synthesized by rf magnetron sputtering. Analyses of x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nanoindentation indicate that multilayered coatings possess much higher hardness and greater fracture resistance than monolithic ZrC and ZrB2 coatings. A maximum hardness （41.TCPa） and a critical fracture load （73.7mN） are observed in the multilayer with A = 32 nm deposited at the substrate bias -40 V. Higher residual stress built in the ZrC layer can be released by periodic insertion of ZrB2 into the ZrC layer. A clear multilayered structure with mixed ZrB2（001）, ZrB2 （002） and ZrC （111） orientations should be responsible for the enhanced mechanical properties.

教学研究:介绍量子力学几个基本概念——兼答《关于量子几何相位的评注》中的几个主要问题

介绍了量子绝热定理的物理含义及成立的条件，认为有关主要献（Aharonov-Anandan,Bohm，孙昌璞等）的表述是正确的，而《关于量子几何相位的评注》^[1]（以下简称《评注》）相应的表述不完全正确。在此基础上，认为这些献和教材（R.Shankar)得出的涉及Berry绝热相位的一些论述（不含Berry绝热相因子的瞬时能量本征态不满足含时Schroedinger方程等）也是正确的，而《评注》的论述与此相反。《评注》认为只有γn(C)才是Berry相位。本作则倾向于把γn（t）叫做Berry绝热相位，而把γn（C）=γn（T）-γn（0）叫做几何相位（geometric phase)^[2]。
