Novel α- and β-stereocontrolled glycosidations using a heterogeneous solid acid, sulfated zirconia (SO4/ZrO2), as an activator have been developed. The glycosidations of manno- and 2-deoxyglucopyranosyl α-fluorides with several alcohols using SO4/ZrO2 in MeCN proceeded α-stereoselectively, while those with the same activator in the presence of MS 5A in Et2O occurred with β-stereoselectivity. Thus, both the α- and β-manno- and 2-deoxyglucopyranosides were effectively obtained by the present glycosidations. 相似文献

The tetrachloroferrates of the 2,2':6',2':6',6-trioxytriphenylamine (TOT.+.FeCl4-) and 2,2':6',2'-dioxytriphenylamine (DOT.+.FeCl4-) radical cations were prepared, and their structures, magnetic properties, and the relationship between them were investigated. The TOT.+ moiety had a highly planar structure and packed as a dimer surrounded by tetrachroferrates, which also formed a dimer structure. The magnetic properties of TOT.+.FeCl4- were characterized by strong (2J/kB=approximately -1.3x10(3) K, H=-2JS1/2.S1/2) and weak (2J/kB=-1.76 K, H=-2JS5/2.S5/2) antiferromagnetic interactions due to the (TOT.+)2 and (FeCl4-)2 structures, respectively. DOT.+ had a twisted form and no dimer formation was observed between the DOT.+'s and FeCl4-'s. Instead, short contacts between the DOT.+ and chlorine atoms and between the DOT.+'s producing a DOT.+ chain were observed. The magnetic properties of DOT.+.FeCl4- were characterized by a 3D magnetic phase transition to an antiferromagnet with TN=approximately 8 K. 相似文献

The quinoxaline moiety in antitumor quinoxaline antibiotics cleaved double stranded DNA at the 5′ side guanine of the 5′-GG-3′ site upon irradiation with UV light with a long wavelength and without any additive. The quinoxaline-carbohydrate hybrid system was very effective for the DNA cleavage. Furthermore, the quinoxaline-carbohydrate hybrids exhibited strong and selective cytotoxicity against cancer cells with photoirradiation. 相似文献

Purpose‐designed 2‐phenylquinoline (PQ)‐sugar hybrids 1 and 2 were synthesized and evaluated for their photodegradation activities against an α‐glucosidase target. The results indicated that PQ‐mannose hybrid 2 selectively and effectively photodegraded α‐glucosidase and significantly inhibited its enzymatic activity upon irradiation with long‐wavelength UV light in the absence of any additives under neutral and aqueous conditions. The spin–spin and magnetic properties of two (nitronyl nitroxide)-(di-p-anisylamine-phenothiazine) diradical cation salts, ( DAA-PTZ ) + -NN⋅ MBr4− (M=Ga, Fe), have been investigated. These diradical-cation species were prepared by the cross-coupling of iodophenothiazine DAA-PTZ-I with NN-AuPPh3 followed by oxidation with the thianthrenium radical cation ( TA+⋅ MBr4−). These salts were found to be highly stable under aerobic conditions. For the GaBr4 salt, large ferromagnetic intramolecular and small antiferromagnetic intermolecular interactions (J1/kB=+320 K and J2/kB=−2 K, respectively) were observed. The magnetic property of the Fe3+ salt was analyzed by using a six-spin model assuming identical intramolecular exchange interaction (J3/kB=+320 K) and the other exchange interactions (J4/kB=−7 K and J5/kB=−4 K). A significant color change was observed in the UV/Vis/NIR absorption spectra upon electrochemical oxidation of the doublet DAA-PTZ-NN to the triplet ( DAA-PTZ ) + -NN . 相似文献

We elucidate the relation between Painlevé equations and four-dimensional rank one \(\mathcal {N} = 2\) theories by identifying the connection associated with Painlevé isomonodromic problems with the oper limit of the flat connection of the Hitchin system associated with gauge theories and by studying the corresponding renormalization group flow.
