Novel near-infrared (NIR)-sensitizing (up to 800 nm) simple asymmetric squaraine dyes (Sq 31 and Sq 33) carrying indoline moieties that did not require the introduction of any linker groups were developed. DSSCs fabricated with Sq 33 exhibited remarkable characteristics in the long-wavelength visible and NIR region (up to 800 nm), such as a conversion efficiency of 3.75% (AM 1.5G) with an incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency of 63% (650 nm), a short-circuit photocurrent density of 13.64 mA, an open-circuit photovoltage of 0.48, and a fill factor of 0.57.  相似文献

The aberrant hedgehog (Hh)/GLI signaling pathway causes the formation and progression of a variety of tumors. We recently constructed a cell-based screening system to search for Hh/GLI signaling inhibitors from natural resources. Using our screening system, Adenium obesum was found to include Hh/GLI signaling inhibitors from our tropical plant extract libraries. Bioassay-guided fractionation of this plant extract led to the isolation of 17 cardiac glycosides (1-17), including 3 new compounds (4, 9, 16). These compounds showed strong inhibitory activities, especially the IC(50) of 17 is 0.11 μM. The inhibition of GLI-related protein expression with 3, 9, 11, 15 and 17 was observed in human pancreatic cancer cells (PANC1), which express Hh/GLI components aberrantly. The expressions of GLI-related proteins PTCH and BCL2 were clearly inhibited. These compounds also showed selective cytotoxicity against two cancer cell lines, with less effect against normal cells (C3H10T1/2). RT-PCT examinations showed that Ptch mRNA expression by 3, 11, 15 and 17 was inhibited.  相似文献

A novel fluorescence dye based on pyrazine-boron complexes bearing a β-iminoketone ligand has been synthesized by using a simple two-step reaction. Synthesized complexes exhibited fluorescence in solution (F(max): 472-604 nm) and in the solid state (F(max): 496-624 nm). These complexes showed a larger Stokes shift (3690-4900 cm(-1)) than well-known boron dipyrromethene dyes (400-600 cm(-1), in most cases).  相似文献

The inclusion of inorganic anions such as SO(4)(2-), NO(3)(-), and HPO(4)(2-) into the cavity of β-cyclodextrin monolayers on Au was examined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), and chronocoulometric measurements of the competitive inclusion with ferrocene. The inclusion amounts of ferrocence in 0.2 M Na(2)SO(4), NaNO(3), and Na(2)HPO(4) solutions were less than 6% of the adsorption amount of β-cyclodextrin on Au, resulting in the apparent inhibition of the ferrocene redox reaction. The surface association constants of these anions reached about 10 on a logarithmic scale and were much higher than those for the inclusion of common organic guest compounds. A stronger anion inclusion was also demonstrated by the QCM response corresponding to the replacement of a preincluded organic guest with sulfate upon the injection of the sulfate solution. Quantitative analysis of the XPS data suggested a 1:1 association for each of these anions per surface β-cyclodextrin. There was no detectable inclusion for ClO(4)(-), Cl(-), and Br(-).  相似文献

A new bisbenzylisoquinoline, lancifoliaine (1), together with seven known alkaloids--N-allyllaurolitsine (2), reticuline (3), actinodaphnine, norboldine, pallidine, cassythicine and boldine--were isolated from the stem bark of Litsea lancifolia (Lauraceae). In addition to that of lancifoliaine, complete 13C-NMR data of N-allyl-laurolitsine (2) was also reported. The alkaloidal structures were elucidated by means of high field 1D- and 2D-NMR IR, UV, and LCMS-IT-TOF spectral data. N-Allyllaurolitsine (2) showed a moderate vasorelaxant activity on isolated rat aorta.  相似文献

The evaluation of elastic properties of bone matrix has been investigated using several techniques such as nanoindentation and scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM). These techniques make use of good spatial resolution, which can prevent effects due to microstructures at the level of several hundreds of microns. In this paper, micro-Brillouin scattering (μ-BR) is introduced as another possible technique to characterize the elastic properties of bone. This technique is well known as a non-contact and non-destructive method to evaluate viscoelastic properties of transparent materials in the GHz range. Using thin, translucent bone specimens with thicknesses of around 100 μm, and the reflection induced optical geometry, ultrasonic wave velocities in the GHz range were obtained. Because this technique optically measures thermal phonons in the specimen, we can easily measure in-plane anisotropy of wave velocities by rotating the specimen. In a single trabecula, the site matched data between SAM and μ-BR showed good correlation, revealing the applicability of this technique to characterize material properties of bone. Some recent results on the anisotropy in a trabecula and the elasticity evaluation of newly and matured bones are also introduced.  相似文献

Hyperdoping with deep-level impurity is a promising method to prepare intermediate band semiconductors. We prepared silicon hyperdoped with deep-level impurities, sulfur and titanium, by ion implantation followed by pulsed YAG laser melting. The processes of sulfur and titanium hyperdoping are comparatively studied. The amorphous sulfur and titanium ion-implanted layers changed to monocrystal by following pulsed laser melting. The depth profile of sulfur impurity after pulsed laser melting is similar to that of ion-implanted sample, while large segregation is observed for titanium hyperdoping. The crystallinity and degree of segregation depend on the laser shot number and initially implanted titanium dose. There is a trade-off between crystallinity and depth profile of impurity for titanium hyperdoping. From a viewpoint material processing, formation of high-quality silicon monocrystal hyperdoped with sulfur is easier than that with titanium. Correlation between the mid-infrared optical absorption and photoconductivity is also discussed for sulfur-hyperdoped sample.  相似文献

The chiral cyclic α,α-disubstituted α-amino acid, (3R,4R)-1-amino-3,4-diazido-1-cyclopentanecarboxylic acid [(R,R)-Ac5cdN3], was introduced into achiral α-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) peptides. The azido groups of (R,R)-Ac5cdN3 in the peptides were efficiently converted into 1,2,3-triazole functional groups. FTIR, 1H NMR, and CD spectra revealed that the dominant conformations of all peptides in solution were 310-helical structures without controlling the helical-screw sense. X-ray crystallographic analyses of peptides containing (R,R)-Ac5cdN3 showed that both the right-handed (P) and left-handed (M) 310-helical structures were present in the crystal state.  相似文献
