The reactions of isolable dialkylgermylene and -stannylene with a galvinoxyl radical were found to give rather unusual cyclic compounds in high yields via intermediate adduct radicals. The structures of the cyclic compounds were determined by X-ray crystallography. We propose a concerted cyclization mechanism in which the abstraction of a hydrogen atom from the tert-butyl group by the galvinoxyl radical is accompanied by the simultaneous attack of the germyl radical center to the tert-butyl carbon atom. 相似文献

We developed a novel self-assembly process to fabricate an orderly array of particle wires constructed from a close-packed colloidal crystal without preparation of patterned templates. A substrate was immersed vertically into a SiO2 colloidal solution, and the liquid surface moved downward upon evaporation of solution. Particles formed a mono-/multiparticle layer, which was cut by the periodic drop-off of solution. The orderly array of particle wires was successfully fabricated, showing the suitability of the self-assembly process for the fabrication of nano-/microstructures constructed from nano-/microparticles or blocks. The mechanism of the assembly process and control of thickness, width, and interval of particle wires were further discussed. Moreover, an array of particle wires constructed not from close-packed face-centered cubic (or hexagonal close packed) structure but from two kinds of particles was realized to fabricate an array of particle wires with NaCl structure by this self-assembly process. 相似文献

Background
N-arachidonoyl glycine (NAGly) is an endogenous signaling lipid with a wide variety of biological activity whose biosynthesis is poorly understood. Two primary biosynthetic pathways have been proposed. One suggests that NAGly is formed via an enzymatically regulated conjugation of arachidonic acid (AA) and glycine. The other suggests that NAGly is an oxidative metabolite of the endogenous cannabinoid, anandamide (AEA), through an alcohol dehydrogenase. Here using both in vitro and in vivo assays measuring metabolites with LC/MS/MS we test the hypothesis that both pathways are present in mammalian cells. 相似文献114.

The metastable decompositions of trimethylsilylmethanol, (CH3)3SiCH2OH (MW: 104, 1) and methoxytrimethylsilane, (CH3)3SiOCH3 (MW: 104, 2) upon electron ionization have been investigated by use of mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy (MIKE) spectroscopy and D labeling. The metastable ions of 1 ·+ decompose to give the fragment ions m/z 89 (CH 3 · loss) and 73 (·CH2OH loss), whereas those of 2 ·+ only yield the fragment ion m/z 89 (CH 3 · loss). The latter fragment ion is generated by loss of a methyl radical from the trimethylsilyl group via a simple cleavage reaction as shown by D labeling. However, the fragment ions m/z 89 and 73 from 1 ·+ are generated following an almost statistical exchange of the original methyl and methylene hydrogen atoms in the molecular ion as shown also by D labeling. This exchange indicates a complex rearrangement of the molecular ion of 1 ·+ prior to metastable decomposition for which as key step a 1,2-trimethylsilyl group migration from carbon to oxygen is suggested. A different behavior is also found between the source-generated m/z 89 ions from 1 ·+ which decompose in the metastable time region to give ions m/z 61 by loss of ethylene and those from 2 ·+ which decompose in the metastable region to yield ions m/z 59 by elimination of formaldehyde. 相似文献

End‐functionalized poly(phenylacetylene)s were synthesized by the polymerization of phenylacetylene (PA) using the well‐defined palladium catalysts represented as [(dppf)PdBr(R)] {dppf = 1,1′‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene}. The Pd catalysts having a series of R groups such as o‐tolyl, mesityl, C(Ph)?CPh2, C6H4‐o‐CH2OH, C6H4‐p‐CN, and C6H4‐p‐NO2 in conjunction with silver triflate polymerized PA to give end‐functionalized poly(PA)s bearing the corresponding R groups in high yields. The results of IR and NMR spectroscopies and MALDI‐TOF mass analyses proved the introduction of these R groups at one end of each polymer chain. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) films were successfully coated with tin oxide in aqueous solutions. Tin oxide was crystallized in the solution and formed nanocrystal coatings on the polymer films. The coatings consisted of SnO2 and SnO crystals. They were assemblies of tin oxide nanosheet of about 10 to 50 nm in size and about 5 nm in thickness. The nanocrystal films can be exfoliated from the PTFE substrates. Tin oxide nanocrystal films had a rough liquid surface and a dense substrate‐side surface. Transparency of PTFE films coated with tin oxide was same as that of bare PTFE films in the range from 400 to 800 nm. The [3 + 2 + 2] cocyclization of ethyl cyclopropylideneacetate (1a) and terminal alkynes (2) proceeded smoothly in the presence of 10 mol % "Ni(PPh3)2", which was prepared in situ from Ni(cod)2 and PPh3. The high reactivity of 1a, which was induced by the introduction of an electron-withdrawing group, is very important for the progress of this reaction. Monodisperse SiO2 particles of nanometer dimensions were fabricated by membrane emulsification using ideally ordered anodic porous alumina. For the preparation of monodisperse emulsion droplets, the dispersed phase was pressed through a porous alumina membrane into the continuous phase. After solidification treatment of the emulsion droplets, prepared spherical SiO2 nanoparticles with uniform sizes were obtained. From scanning electron microscope observation of the obtained particles, it was confirmed that the size distribution of SiO2 nanoparticles is relatively narrow. 相似文献
