Hemostatic polymer preparations based on Lagoden and water-soluble acetylcellulose have been obtained in the form of films and fibers. They have been subjected to hemostatic evaluation in comparison with standard products on rats and rabbits. The water-soluble fibers and films containing 5% of Lagoden that were obtained possessed good local hemostatic properties and were convenient in use. Elemental phosphorus (red or white) reacts with 2-vinylnaphthalene while heating at 90-96°C in the superbasic KOH-DMSO system to form 2-(2-naphthyl)ethylphosphine, 2-(2-naphthyl)ethylphosphinic acid, bis[2-(2-naphthyl)ethyl]phosphine, bis[2-(2-naphthyl)ethyl]phosphine oxide, and tris[2-(2-naphthyl)ethyl]phosphine oxide in a total yield of up to 40%. Selective conditions for preparing the tertiary phosphine oxide from white phosphorus and 2-vinylnaphthalene in 58% yield were found. Phosphine and (2-phenylpropyl)phosphine add to 2-vinylnaphthalene in the KOH-DMSO system to form, under certain conditions, corresponding secondary phosphines in high yields.  相似文献

A spectrophotometric method for determining the concentrations of various iodine compounds (I: initial compound, I3: under-oxidized iodine form, I2 and I2Cl: target iodine forms and ICl2: over-oxidized iodine form) in their joint presence has been developed in order to study iodine processing from underground brines in Turkmenistan which are characterized by considerably higher mineralization and lower iodide content compared than those in Japan and USA. It was found that solutions with constant iodine concentrations and variable chloride concentrations had an isosbestic point at 474 nm with a molar absorbtivity of I2 plus I2Cl of 610.2 l mol−1 cm−1, while the absorbance of other iodine forms at this wavelength was negligible. This allowed us to use an absorbance at 474 nm for calculating the iodine concentration in solutions of variable chloride concentration. For calculating concentrations of other iodine compounds, absorbances at other wavelengths were used: 225 nm (I and ICl2), 248 nm (I2Cl) and 350 nm (I3). Beer’s law was valid for all iodine compounds in solutions with constant salt concentrations at all wavelengths. The authors have also developed a detailed algorithm for calculating the concentrations of the various iodine forms in their joint presence. The method was applied to solutions with various chloride concentrations and additions of microcomponents of natural solutions (bromide and iron ions, naphthenic acid and hydrogen sulfide). The overall precision for calculating the concentrations of various iodine compounds was <5% for solutions with an oxidant excess of <2-fold, and with chloride concentrations of <5 mol l−1.  相似文献

The cure of an epoxy resin (3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl-3,4-epoxycyclohexane carboxylate) in the presence of silica nanoparticles modified by 3-(triethoxysilyl)propylsuccinic anhydride has been studied. Optimal conditions for the preparation of optically transparent polymer nanocomposites with increased glass transition temperatures are determined. The glass transition temperatures of the above nanocomposites are 50–70°C higher than those of the unfilled epoxy resin synthesized under the same conditions (100°C).  相似文献

The thermoluminescence (TL) of deep traps of anion-defective alumina monocrystals irradiated by a high-dose (more than 1 kGy) pulsed electron beam (130 keV) is studied. The deep traps in the studied material are classified according to the TL temperature range. It is demonstrated that the phototransferred thermoluminescence (PTTL) in the temperature range of the main TL peak is induced by optical charge migration from deep traps that are emptied at 400–470 and 470–600°C. An anomalous PTTL enhancement in crystals subjected to stepped annealing in the 350–400°C interval is observed. It is demonstrated that this effect may be caused by competing processes of charge transfer that involve deep traps corresponding to the TL peak at 390°C. The applicability of PTTL in the dosimetry of high-dose (1–50 kGy) pulsed electron beams is established.  相似文献

Depending on the initial concentrations of fullerene (C60) and p-tert-butyl calix[8]arene (C[8]A) in toluene, two regimes of their interaction were distinguished. The changes in optical absorption of C60:C[8]A mixed solutions observed over a period of time suggest that the following consecutive processes take place upon interaction between C60 and C[8]A in toluene: (1) molecular inclusion, and (2) growth and sedimentation of the insoluble C60/C[8]A clusters. At increased concentrations of the components, process (2) is suppressed and stable C60/C[8]A colloids can be formed. Spectral features of these colloids in different solvents clearly indicate the difference between self-aggregated C60 and small clusters of the complex. A specific influence of the C[8]A cage on the entrapped C60 molecules is also confirmed by IR spectroscopy of the complex in the solid state.  相似文献
