Die Kristallstruktur des Lithiumdigermanats Li2Ge2O5

The compound Li₂Ge₂O₅ has been prepared by annealing a glassy melt (500° C). The lattice parameters have been determined from single crystal photographs:a=5,99,b=15,19,c=4,97 Å and β=90,0°, space group C _S ⁴ :?Cc. Li₂Ge₂O₅ has a layer structure and is isostructural with Li₂Si₂O₅.     

Immobilization of α-amylase in vinyl-polymer-based interpenetrating polymer networks

Semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) of poly(ethylene glycol), poly(vinyl alcohol) and polyacrylamide were prepared as a support for enzyme immobilization and kinetic studies were performed for the immobilization of -amylase. The effect of IPN composition on the extent of immobilization was investigated and the percentage of relative activity of the immobilized enzyme was evaluated as a function of the chemical architecture of the IPNs, pH and temperature, taking starch as a substrate. The kinetic constants and the maximum reaction velocity were also evaluated. The IPNs were characterized by IR spectral analysis.     

STUDIES ON cis-trans-ISOMERIZATION AND REACTION KINETICS OF A μ, η~2-VINYL LIGAND IN A TRIOSMIUM CLUSTER

The dihydride cluster H_2O_(s_3)(CO)_(10) reacts with ethyne to give a cis-adduct [O_(s_3)H(μ,η~2-CH=CH_2)(CO)_(10)]. The high deuterated cluster D_2O_(s_3)(CO)_(10), the reaction of D_2O_(s_3)(CO)_(10)with ethyne C_2H_2 to form the vinyl product cluster [O_(s_3)D(μ, η~2-CH=CHD)(CO)_(10)], and thereaction of H_2O_(s_3)(CO)_(10) with the deuterated ethyne C_2D_2 to form [O_(s_3)H(μ,η~2-CD=CDH)(CO)_(10)] have been reported primarily in this paper. The two cis-adducts undergo cis-trans-isomerization of μ,η~2-vinyl ligands under a small amount of the nucleophile pyridine. Usingthe combination of deuteration and dynamic ~1H,~2H NMR spectra, we report the experimen-tal evidence determined by the dynamic ~1H, ~2H NMR spectra, mechanism, and kinetic dataof the isomerization.     

羧甲基壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇/甘油环氧树脂蛇笼型复合螯合膜的制备及对金属离子的吸附性能

以交联甘油环氧树脂交联的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为笼树脂，羧甲基壳聚糖(CCTS)为蛇树脂制备了具有蛇笼结构的复合螯合膜，研究了其对Cu^2 、Ni^2 、Pb^2 、Fe^3 、Zn^2 ，Hg”^2 、Cd^2 等金属离子的吸附性能，研究表明，该树脂对Cu^2 、Ni^2 、Pb^2 有较好的吸附性能，其中PVA是对Cu^2 的吸附的主要贡献者，而CCTS则是在对Ni^2 的吸附中起主要作用。该树脂可以用于含Cu^2 废水的处理。     

Zwitterionic ion chromatography with carboxybetaine surfactant-coated particle packed and monolithic type columns

Both particle packed (25 cm x 0.46 cm I.D. SUPELCOSIL 5 microm C18) and monolithic type (10 cm x 0.46 cm I.D. Merck Chromolith Performance C18) reversed-phase substrates were dynamically coated with a carboxybetaine type zwitterionic surfactant ((dodecyldimethyl-amino) acetic acid) and investigated as stationary phases for use in zwitterionic ion chromatography (ZIC). Investigations into eluent concentration and pH were carried out using KCl eluents containing 0.2 mM of the carboxybetaine surfactant to stabilise the column coatings. It was found that eluent concentration decreased anion retention whilst simultaneously increasing peak efficiencies, which may be due to the dissociation of intra- and inter-molecular salts of the carboxybetaine surfactant under higher ionic strength conditions. The Effect of eluent pH was an increase in anion retention with decreased eluent pH due to the increased protonation of the weak acid terminal group of the carboxybetaine, causing both a relative increase in the positive charge of the stationary phase and less repulsion of the anions by the dissociated weak acid group. The carboxybetaine-coated monolithic phase was applied to rapid anion separations using elevated flow rates and flow rate gradients.

β-榄香烯振动光谱的量子化学从头计算

利用G98及GAMESS从头计算程序的RHF／6－31方法,对β－榄香烯的全部振动基频作了计算,并与实测红外光谱做了对比,归属了它们的振动模式,讨论了它们的特征基频,并对理论计算的振动频率进行了标度校正。     

Coral reef-like polyanaline nanotubes prepared by a reactive template of manganese oxide for supercapacitor electrode

Coral reef-like PANI nanotubes composed of nanopaticles were successfully synthesized by a reactive template of manganese oxide.The structure was characterized by using SEM,TEM,and FT-IR,and the supercapacitive behaviors of these nanotubes were investigated with cyclic voltammetry（CV）,and charge-discharge tests,respectively.A maximum specific capacitance of 533 F/g could be achieved in 1mol/L aqueous H₂SO₄ with the potential range of -0.2 to 0.8 V（vs.the saturated calomel electrode） in a half-cell setup configuration for PANI electrode,suggesting its potential application in the electrode material for electrochemical capacitors.     

Synthesis of cinnoline 1-oxides by the reaction of ortho-fluoronitrobenzenes with enediamines

Reaction of α-carbonylacetamidines existing in the enediamine tautomeric form with the substituted ortho-fluoronitrobenzene afforded products of the replacement of the fluorine by the α-C atom of amidine. The latter underwent cyclization into cinnoline 1-oxides on treatment with sodium hydride.
