Polymeric derivatives of dicyandiamide were synthesized via a bulk thermal condensation method, using a range of process temperatures between 400 and 610 °C. The obtained carbon nitride powders exhibit an optical transition in the UV-green range that has been assigned to the direct bandgap of a semiconductor-like material. Within this context, the apparent bandgap is linearly tunable with increasing process temperatures, showing a temperature coefficient of - 1.7(1) meV K(-1) between 2.5 and 3.0 eV. The obtained results show a predominant optical transition within the tri-s-triazine unit of the polymer, with a bathochromic shift originating from a gradually increasing degree of polymerization.  相似文献

In this paper, we obtain infinitely many non-trivial identities and inequalities between full rank differences for 2-marked Durfee symbols, a generalization of partitions introduced by Andrews. A certain strict inequality, which almost always holds, shows that identities for Dyson?s rank, similar to those proven by Atkin and Swinnerton-Dyer, are quite rare. By showing an analogous strict inequality, we show that such non-trivial identities are also rare for the full rank, but on the other hand we obtain an infinite family of non-trivial identities, in contrast with the partition theoretic case.  相似文献

An intercomparison of the response of different photon and neutron detectors was performed in several measurement positions around a spent fuel cask (type TN 12/2B) filled with 4 MOX and 8 UO2 15 × 15 PWR fuel assemblies at the nuclear power plant Gösgen (KKG) in Switzerland. The instruments used in the study were both active and passive, photon and neutron detectors calibrated either for ambient or personal dose equivalent.The aim of the measurement campaign was to compare the responses of the radiation instruments to routinely used detectors.It has been shown that especially the indications of the neutron detectors are strongly dependent on the neutron spectra around the cask due to their different energy responses. However, routinely used active photon and neutron detectors were shown to be reliable instruments.  相似文献

We propose a general theoretical framework for ultrafast laser-induced spin dynamics in multisublattice magnets. We distinguish relaxation of relativistic and exchange origin and show that when the former dominates, nonequivalent sublattices have distinct dynamics despite their strong exchange coupling. Even more interesting, in the exchange dominated regime sublattices can show highly counterintuitive transitions between parallel and antiparallel alignment. This allows us to explain recent experiments with antiferromagnetically coupled sublattices, and predict that such transitions are possible with ferromagnetic coupling as well. In addition, we predict that exchange relaxation enhances the demagnetization speed of both sublattices only when they are antiferromagnetically coupled.  相似文献

We study the thermal conductance of ballistic point contacts. These contacts are realized as few nanometer long pillars in so-called air-gap heterostructures (AGHs). The pillar length is orders of magnitude smaller than the mean free path of the phonons up to room temperature. Because of the small dimension and the low density of the pillars, the thermal conductance of the AGHs is several orders of magnitude reduced in comparison to bulk structures. The measurement results are in quantitative agreement with a simple model that is based on the Boltzmann transport equation.  相似文献

The combination of ZnEt2 and chiral pyridinebisoxazoline (pybox) or pyridinebisimidazoline (pybim) ligands catalyzed the asymmetric hydrosilylation of aryl, alkyl, cyclic, heterocyclic, and aliphatic ketones. Under mild conditions, high yields and good enantioselectivities were achieved. ESI measurements allowed for the characterization of the active catalyst.  相似文献

Kohnen introduced a limit process for Siegel modular forms that produces Jacobi forms. He asked if there is a space of real-analytic Siegel modular forms such that skew-holomorphic Jacobi forms arise via this limit process. In this paper, we initiate the study of harmonic skew-Maass–Jacobi forms and harmonic Siegel–Maass forms. We improve a result of Maass on the Fourier coefficients of harmonic Siegel–Maass forms, which allows us to establish a connection to harmonic skew-Maass–Jacobi forms. In particular, we answer Kohnen’s question in the affirmative.  相似文献

CeAgAs2, an HfCuSi2 like layered pnictide, orders antiferromagnetically at TN=6.2(1) K. The ordering process was monitored in neutron diffraction experiments in the temperature range 10 K≥T≥3.5 K. At T=4 K the lattice parameters are a=5.7438(1) Å, b=5.7696(1) Å and c=21.0067(2) Å. The diffraction pattern of the antiferromagnetic phase with a propagation vector k=[0,0,0] point towards ferromagnetically ordered moments in Ce layers stacked along [001], the individual layers are coupled antiferromagnetically with a +− −+type sequence. The alignment of moments within the Ce layers cannot be determined reliably from the experimental data so that two different structure models are discussed. The proposed metamagnetic transition was confirmed by diffraction experiments applying an external magnetic field at T<TN. In the interval 4 K≤T≤6 K, a relatively small field of μ0H≈0.3 T suffices to fully suppress the antiferromagnetic ordering. The effect is completely reversible yet subject to hysteresis: After switching off the external field at any T<TN the magnetic reflections gain their original intensity within several 10 min indicating the restoring of the antiferromagnetic phase.  相似文献

We find that island shapes and aggregation in diindenoperylene deposited on Au(100), Au(110), and Au(111) single crystals are steered by the anisotropy due to the lattice geometry of the substrate. This phenomenon may be exploited as a tool for molecular patterning of surfaces.  相似文献
