基于PSD的微摆镜角度自准直测试系统设计

基于压电陶瓷的微摆镜是一种典型的二维角驱动部件,微摆镜系统的实用化需要进行微角度的测量,以便得到驱动电压与微偏转角之间的对应关系。设计了一种基于位置敏感探测器(PSD)的微摆镜角度测试系统,应用激光自准直原理,采用两次45°折返式结构,缩小了系统的体积并解决了传统折返式系统难以精准搭建的问题;采用多层前馈神经网络法对PSD进行了非线性校正,修正后整个系统的测量精度可达0.5″,测量范围为±400″。符合微摆镜角度测量的要求。     

Inclusive ϱ0,K *±(892) andf production in\bar p p Interactions at 12 GeV/c

Inclusive production of ?⁰,K ^*±(892), andf is studied in \(\bar p\) p interactions at 12 GeV/c. The inclusive cross sections for ?⁰,K ^*±(892), andf are found to be 6.7±0.3 mb, 1.0±0.2 mb, and 1.4±0.3 mb, respectively. The differential cross sections are presented as a function of c.m. rapidity, Feynmanx and square of the transverse momentump _T ² . Comparison with the correspondingpp data shows some interesting differences which can be attributed to the \(\bar p\) p annihilation. The results are compared with the predictions of the quark fusion model.     

模具钢表面激光毛化工艺的试验研究

以模具工业45^#钢摩擦学设计及性能要求为基础,分析了激光毛化模具钢表面形貌的形成机理及其关键的影响因素。采用灯泵浦Nd：YAG脉冲激光器在试样表面进行激光毛化工艺试验,获得了合理的激光毛化参数范围：激光峰值功率0．8～1．6kW,离焦量-1．4～-0．4mm、＋0．4～4-1．4mm,辅助气体压力〉0．2MPa,脉宽1．8ms。采用功率增益和氧气保护,可加工出预先设定的微火山口状毛化形貌。微凹坑形貌的成功获得对于提高拉伸模具的摩擦磨损性能,进一步掌握激光毛化参数与材料的作用规律,提供了有效的数据参考。

对文献中测量gF因子的方法进行了评述，阐述了如何基于三角波扫场，用抽运信号确定计算和测量gF的方法。     

A New Method to Measure the Coupling Efficiency of Waveguide Photodetector

In this paper, a new method is outlined for the estimation of coupling efficiency between a source laser and a WGPD. Internal quantum efficiencies as high as 72% (for 0.15 μm device) and 86.5% (for 0.5 μm device) are achieved.
