光纤光栅梳状滤波器及其在新型可选波长激光器中的应用   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对现有在同~段光纤上多次写入光栅制成光栅梳状滤波器的方法进行了改进,利用增加光栅长度,精确控制不同光栅的曝光时间,并结合调整光栅实际写入长度的方法,制成了不均衡度小于5%、最低峰值反射率高于95%的光纤光栅梳状滤波器;同时提出了一种新颖的可选波长光纤激光器结构。采用由上述方法制作出的反射率均衡的光纤光栅梳状滤波器和可调光滤波器结合在一起进行波长选择,实现了波长的快速准确选择,同时各个波长激光的输出特性稳定,功率均衡性好,边模抑制比大于50dB。  相似文献

By performing molecular dynamics calculations, we studied the motion of the kink between two carbon nanotubes. Based on the sequential evaporation of the most energetic carbon atom, our calculations show that the kink has complex longitudinal and spiral motions, in good agreement with the experiments. The kink moves towards the nanotube of larger diameter, resulting in an overall diameter shrinking of the nanotubes without inducing any disorder or damage. The kink motions are found to be dependent on the chirality of the nanotubes. The kink connecting two zigzag nanotubes can have either a pseudoclimb or a spiral motion, while the kink between the armchair nanotubes has an interesting spiral motion with periodic split and recombination of the topological defects.  相似文献

The output responses of phase, amplitude, and polarization of light intensity of a He–Ne laser with the birefringent external cavity are presented. All phenomena are observed in two orthogonal directions related to the birefringent element’s orientation, and are studied under weak optical feedback. Experiments are carried out in five available detecting positions. It is found that laser intensities are modulated in the two orthogonal directions simultaneously, with a phase difference dominated by the phase retardation of the birefringence element. The modulation amplitudes are different in the two directions. A special polarization phenomenon is also observed and discussed. This research may provide a potential novel measuring principle for transparent birefringent materials.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论研究了Ru(0001) /BaO表面的原子层结构和氮分子的吸附性质. 研究结果表明, 在低覆盖度下氧化钡倾向于以相同的构型形成Ru(0001) 表面原子层. 在此构型中, 氧原子位于表面p(1× 1) 结构的hcp谷位, 而钡原子则位于同一p(1× 1) 结构的顶位附近. 钌氧键键长等于0.209 nm, 比EXAFS的实验值大0.018 nm. 在Ru(0001) /BaO表面氮分子倾向吸附于钡原子附近. 相应位置的氮分子吸附能位于0.70到0.87 eV之间, 大于氧原子附近的氮分子吸附能. 钡原子附近的钌原子对氮分子具有更强的活化性能. 相应位置的氮分子拉伸振动频率等于1946 cm- 1, 比氧原子附近的最大分子振动频率小约130 cm-1. Ru(0001) /BaO表面氮分子键强度介于清洁Ru(0001) 和Ru(0001) /Ba表面之间. Ru(0001)/BaO表面不同位置的氮分子吸附性质差异是由钡和氧原子化学性质不同造成的. 表面钡原子的作用能够减少吸附氮分子的σ*轨道电子密度, 增加π*轨道电子密度, 从而增强氮分子和钌原子间的轨道杂化作用, 弱化氮分子键.  相似文献

以37份实验室自制二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与丙烯酰胺的共聚物(PDA)为样品,用沉淀滴定法对PDA阳离子度进行测定,并进行近红外光谱扫描,分别采用特征峰和全波谱段作为输入层神经元,采用RBF神经网络的数学转换方法建立近红外反射光谱(NIRS)定标模型,采用小波分析对光谱进行降噪预处理,建立PDA阳离子度的近红外预测模型,并将预测值与沉淀滴定法测定值进行比较,其外部验证决定系数大于0.90,预测分布趋势良好,对预测值与实测值进行t检验,结果显示预测值与实测值差异不显著。结果表明,采用近红外光谱数据建立的定标模型预测PDA阳离子度具有较高可行性。  相似文献

Optical channel waveguides were fabricated in KTiOPO4 crystal by He+-ion implantation using photoresist masks with wedged-shaped cross sections. Semi-closed barrier walls with reduced refractive indices inside the crystal constructed the enclosed regions to be channel waveguides with trapezoidal-shaped cross sections. The m-line as well as end-fire coupling arrangements were performed to characterize the waveguides with light at wavelength of 632.8 nm. The propagation loss of the channel waveguides was determined to be as low as ∼2 dB/cm after simple post-irradiation thermal annealing treatment in air.  相似文献

This work is motivated by the need to achieve the Shannon channel capacity for intersatellite optical communication with intensity modulation and direct detection. In this paper, we investigate the tradeoff between the channel capacity and the outage probability in the presence of random pointing jitter for intersatellite optical links. First, we derive an analytical expression of the outage probability in the absence of bias error, and then the bias error is taken into account. By minimizing the outage probability, we obtain analytically the optimum design of the beam half-width divergence angle $ w_0^{\text{opt}} $ for a given channel code rate. Furthermore, we discuss the tradeoff between the outage probability and the channel capacity and illustrate the results by adopting $ w_0^{\text{opt}} $ in the presence of random pointing jitter. The results obtained are useful for the parametric-estimation optimization of intersatellite optical communication systems.  相似文献

We develop a high order numerical boundary condition for compressible inviscid flows involving complex moving geometries. It is based on finite difference methods on fixed Cartesian meshes which pose a challenge that the moving boundaries intersect the grid lines in an arbitrary fashion. Our method is an extension of the so-called inverse Lax–Wendroff procedure proposed in [17] for conservation laws in static geometries. This procedure helps us obtain normal spatial derivatives at inflow boundaries from Lagrangian time derivatives and tangential derivatives by repeated use of the Euler equations. Together with high order extrapolation at outflow boundaries, we can impose accurate values of ghost points near the boundaries by a Taylor expansion. To maintain high order accuracy in time, we need some special time matching technique at the two intermediate Runge–Kutta stages. Numerical examples in one and two dimensions show that our boundary treatment is high order accurate for problems with smooth solutions. Our method also performs well for problems involving interactions between shocks and moving rigid bodies.  相似文献

We report on the generation of continuous wave lasers at a wavelength of ∼1064 nm in a Nd:YAG ceramic waveguide at room temperature. The waveguide was fabricated by using 6 MeV carbon ion implantation at a fluence of 3×1014 ions/cm2. Laser operation has been realized with a slope efficiency as high as ∼11%. The pump threshold of an 808-nm laser beam for the waveguide laser oscillation is 19.5 mW.  相似文献

采用快速热退火(rapid thermal annealing, RTA)法和脉冲激光辐照退火(laser spark annealing, LSA)法, 在n型4H-SiC的Si面制备出Ni电极欧姆接触. 经传输线法测得RTA样品与LSA样品的比接触电阻分别为5.2×10-4 Ω·cm2, 1.8× 10-4 Ω·cm2. 使用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、透射电子显微镜、拉曼光谱等表征手段, 比较了两种退火方式对电极表面形貌、电极/衬底截面形貌和元素成分分布、SiC衬底近表层碳团簇微结构的影响. 结果表明, 相比于RTA, LSA法制备出的欧姆接触在电极表面形貌、界面形貌、电极层组分均匀性等方面都具有明显优势, 有望使LSA成为一种非常有潜力的制备欧姆接触的退火处理方法.  相似文献
