The photochemical reactions of 2‐acylphenyl methacrylates (= 2‐acylphenyl 2‐methylprop‐2‐enoates) 1 were investigated. Irradiation of 2‐acylphenyl methacrylates 1a – d in MeCN gave the tricyclic lactones 2a – d in good yields, together with a small amount of O CO bond cleavage product, the 2‐acylphenols 3a – d (Scheme 2, Table). The formation of the tricyclic lactones 2 probably follows a mechanism involving a 1,7‐diradical through ζ‐H abstraction (1,8‐H transfer) by the excited carbonyl O‐atom (Scheme 3). Irradiation of 2‐acylphenyl tiglate (= 2‐acylphenyl (2E)‐2‐methylbut‐2‐enoate) 1e and 2‐acylphenyl methacrylates 1g – i , substituted by a MeO group (δ‐H) at the 3,5‐positions of the phenyl group, also gave the tricyclic lactones 2e and 2g – i , but in low yields. On the other hand, no H‐abstraction products were observed on irridation of 2‐(ethoxycarbonyl)phenyl methacrylate 1f , of 2‐acylphenyl methacrylate 1j which is substituted by a Me group (γ‐H) at the 3,5‐positions of the phenyl group, and of 1k with an OH group at the 3‐position of the phenyl group.  相似文献

Direct numerical simulation (DNS) of heat transfer in a channel flow obstructed by rectangular prisms has been performed for Reτ = 80–20, where Reτ is based on the friction velocity, the channel half width and the kinematic viscosity. The molecular Prandtl number is set to be 0.71. The flow remains unsteady down to Reτ = 40 owing to the disturbance induced by the prism. For Reτ = 30 and 20, the flow results in a steady laminar flow. In the vicinity of the prism, the three-dimensional complex vortices are generated and heat transfer is enhanced. The Reynolds number effect on the time-averaged vortex structure and the local Nusselt number are investigated. The mechanism of the heat transfer enhancement is discussed. In addition, the mean flow parameters such as the friction factor and the Nusselt number are examined in comparison with existing DNS and experimental data.  相似文献

Instantaneous catalytic carbon–carbon bond‐forming reactions were achieved in catalytic membrane‐installed microchannel devices that have a polymeric palladium‐complex membrane. The catalytic membrane‐installed microchannel devices were provided inside the microchannels by means of coordinative and ionic molecular convolution at the interface between the organic and aqueous phases flowing laminarly, in which both non‐crosslinked linear polymer ligands and palladium species dissolved. The palladium‐catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl, heteroaryl, and alkenyl halides with arylboronic acids and sodium tetraarylborates was performed with the catalytic membrane‐installed microchannel devices to give quantitative yields of biaryls, heterobiaryls, and aryl alkenes within 5 s of residence time in the defined channel region. These microchannel devices were applied to the instantaneous allylic arylation reaction of allylic esters with arylboron reagents under microflow conditions to afford the corresponding coupling products within 1 s of residence time.  相似文献

Karatungiols A (1) and B (2), two novel antimicrobial polyol compounds, were isolated from the cultivated symbiotic marine dinoflagellate Amphidinium sp. Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic analysis and degradation reactions. Karatungiols A (1) and B (2) consisted of a C69-linear chain with a ketone moiety, 24 or 25 hydroxyl groups, and two tetrahydropyran rings. Karatungiol A (1) exhibited antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger at 12 μg/disc and antiprotozoan activity against Trichomonas foetus at 1 μg/ml.  相似文献

The electronic structures of a series of DNA nucleobases and their dinucleotides were investigated by N 1s X-ray absorption, X-ray photoemission, and resonant X-ray emission spectroscopy. Resonant X-ray emission spectra of the guanine base and its dinucleotide indicate that it has a weak structure at the lowest binding energy; at this energy, it isolates from the main valence band and forms the HOMO state. This indicates that the HOMO state is localized in the guanine base, as claimed by valence and core photoemissions and expected from theoretical predictions. In addition, the XAS and XES profiles of the guanine dinucleotide indicate that disruption of the aromatic character of the six-membered ring results in the localization of the pi state at the imine (-N=) site of the guanine base; this may favor charge transfer among stacked guanine bases and further influence the conductivity of DNA.  相似文献

A membrane unit which can be used to inject a large volume of sample solution was developed to facilitate reproducible and accurate gradient elution in micro-high-performance liquid chromatography (micro-HPLC). Since the membrane unit has a very low void volume, it facilitates the effective concentration of analytes in large sample volumes. Gradient elution micro-HPLC with the membrane unit allowed the efficient separation of n-alkyl benzoates, used as test samples, in a short time without marked gradient delay. In this study, the membrane unit could be loaded with up to 50 microg of n-hexyl benzoate, and more than 500 microL of sample solution could be applied. In about 50 chromatographic runs, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the relative retention time of n-hexyl benzoate with respect to methyl benzoate was 0.530%.  相似文献

The application of dynamic light scattering to measure viscosity of water at high temperatures and pressures is demonstrated. Viscosity was obtained from the translational diffusion coefficient of probe particles dispersed in the medium by the Einstein-Stokes relationship. Measurements were carried out with polystyrene latex, colloidal silica, and colloidal gold. Under a constant pressure of 25 MPa, good agreement was found between the measured and calculated viscosities up to 275 degrees C with the polystyrene latex, 200 degrees C with the colloidal silica, and 297 degrees C with the colloidal gold. It was found that failure of the measurements at high temperatures is ascribed to change in either the dispersion stability or chemical stability of the probe particles. The present results indicate that the technique could also be used for other supercritical fluids having high critical temperature and pressure, such as methanol (T(c) = 239.4 degrees C, P(c) = 8.1 MPa) and ethanol (T(c) = 243.1 degrees C, P(c) = 6.4 MPa).  相似文献

Source levels and phonation intervals of whistles produced by a free-ranging baiji (Chinese river dolphin) were measured in the seminatural reserve of Shishou in Hubei, China. A total of 43 whistles were recorded over 12 recording sessions. The mean dominant frequency (the frequency at the highest energy) was 5.7 kHz (s.d. = 0.67). The calculated source level was 143.2 dB rms re 1 microPa (s.d. = 5.8). Most phonation intervals were shorter than 460 s, and the average interval was 205 s (s.d. = 254). Theoretical detection range of baiji's whistle was 6600 m at the present study site, but it could reduce a couple of hundred meters in practical noisy situation in the Yangtze River. Sporadic phonation (205 s interval on average) with relatively faint signal of baiji was considered to be difficult to be detected by a towing hydrophone system. Stationed monitoring or slow speed towing of hydrophones along the river current is recommended.  相似文献

Unprecedented optical nonlinearities can be generated probabilistically in simple linear-optical networks conditioned on specific measurement outcomes. We describe a highly controllable quantum filter for photon number states, which takes advantage of such a measurement-induced amplitude nonlinearity. The basis for this filter is multiphoton nonclassical interference which we demonstrate for one- and two-photon states over a wide range of beam splitter reflectivities. Specifically, we show that the transmission probability, conditional on a specific measurement outcome, can be larger for a two-photon state than a one-photon state; this is not possible with linear optics alone.  相似文献
