In this work, a novel diacid monomer was synthesized in a very convenient scheme. The monomer is derived from naturally occurring products and emits strong fluorescence when polymerized to polyanhydride. The chemical structure of the monomer dCPS is as follows: HOC(O)ArOC(O)(CH2)2C(O)O--Ar--COOH. Copolyanhydrides composed of dCPS and sebacic acid were further prepared by melt copolycondensation, and characterized by IR, NMR, UV-Vis, DSC and fluorometry. The emission wavelength (lambda(em)) of the copolymers could be tuned by the excitation wavelength (lambda(ex)). Fluorescence intensity increased with the increase of dCPS content. The microspheres fabricated from the copolymer with dCPS content as low as 10% could be clearly visualized with fluorescence microscopy. Either blue or green images of the microspheres could be captured with an excitation of UV and visible light. The degradation rate of the copolyanhydrides decreased as the dCPS fraction increased, and the degradation duration could be modulated from several days to more than three months. In addition, it was found that the copolyanhydrides displayed surface degradation characteristics. In view of the advantages of the novel copolyanhydrides, such as easy preparation, unique inherent luminescent properties, and widely adjustable degradation rate, they might be useful for biomedical engineering. 相似文献

An ampholytic N-carboxyethyl chitosan (CEC), with various isoelectric points (IPs), was synthesized by grafting acrylic acid on chitosan utilizing Michael's reaction. Compared to native chitosan, CEC has enhanced water solubility and dramatically accelerated enzymatic degradation; the rate of degradation is proportional to the degree of substitution (DS). The results from turbidimetric titration and fluorescence studies revealed that CEC formed complexes with either hyaluronic acid (HA) or bovine serum albumin (BSA) within a certain pH range. The HA/CEC/BSA ternary complexes could be prepared by colloid titration with quantitative yield and BSA entrapment. The rate of BSA release from the complexes was affected by pH, ionic strength, DS of CEC, and the molecular weight (MW) of HA. The endurance of BSA release from the complexes could be extended up to 20 d by formulating them with high-MW HA and CEC with low DS.BSA release profiles from HA/CEC-2/BSA complexes. 相似文献

采用高温固相法,以50Nb_2O_5-40Y2O_3-2Nd2O_3-8Yb_2O_3的量比在1 300℃下制备Nd~(3+)/Yb~(3+)掺杂YNbO_4粉末样品。运用Judd-Ofelt理论研究样品光谱特性。由吸收谱中各吸收峰面积计算得到谱线强度参数Ωλ(λ=2,4,6),进而得出理论振子强度及实验振子强度,二者均方根偏差δ_(rms)=1.618×10-7。计算了Nd~(3+)能级4F3/2→4IJ'(J'=15/2,13/2,11/2,9/2)跃迁几率、跃迁分支比和能级寿命。4F3/2→4I11/2跃迁分支比最高(56.91%),对应波长1 062 nm。且亚稳态4F3/2能级寿命较长,为1.435 2 ms,适合作为上转换中间能级。在980 nm半导体激光器激发下,观测到波长为487,541,662 nm上转换发光,分别对应于Nd~(3+)的2G9/2→4I9/2、4G7/2→4I9/2和4G7/2→4I13/2辐射跃迁。通过样品上转换发射功率与激光器工作电流进行的曲线拟合,得到吸收光子数目依次为2.06,1.99,2.15,确定3个发射峰均对应于双光子吸收。 相似文献

A hybrid discrete-continuum model of tumor growth in the avascular phase considering capillary points is established. The influence of the position of capillary points on tumor growth is also studied by simulation. The results of the dynamic tumor growth and the distribution of oxygen, matrix-degrading enzymes, and extracellular matrixconcentration in the microenvironment with respect to time are shown by graphs. The Hunga-Tonga-Hunga-Ha'apai volcano in Tonga erupted violently on January 15, 2022. After 8 hours and 39 minutes, an infrasound array in Kunming at a distance of 10151 km away from the volcano recorded a sequence of strong infrasonic waves. The average period of the first four infrasonic waves is 443 s with propagation speed of 321 m/s. The azimuth angle of this event has been estimated by applying the progressive multi-channel correlation(PMCC) method to process the received signals. During continuous monitoring, the infrasonic waves propagating along and opposite to the direction towards the Kunming array around the earth are recorded respectively. 相似文献

建立一种准确测定油脂中9种胆固醇氧化物含量的同位素稀释液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。向油脂样品中加入无水乙醇和60%氢氧化钾溶液,在室温下避光皂化22 h,使用乙醚-石油醚混合液(1∶1)作为提取溶液,采用液-液萃取方式提取目标物,再使用硅胶柱进行净化,采用5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液与甲醇-乙腈混合液(1∶1)为双流动相梯度淋洗,使用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱分离,在大气压化学电离(APCI)正离子模式下,采用多反应监测模式内标法定量测定。在10~500μg/L范围内,9种胆固醇氧化物的质量浓度与色谱峰面积线性良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.995,检出限均为0.5 mg/kg,在1,5 mg/kg两个添加水平时,加标回收率为71.2%~94.4%,相对标准偏差小于10%(n=6)。该方法满足动植物油脂中胆固醇氧化物含量测定需要。 相似文献

Retrosynthetic route planning can be considered a rule-based reasoning procedure. The possibilities for each transformation are generated based on collected reaction rules, and then potential reaction routes are recommended by various optimization algorithms. Although there has been much progress in computer-assisted retrosynthetic route planning and reaction prediction, fully data-driven automatic retrosynthetic route planning remains challenging. Here we present a template-free approach that is independent of reaction templates, rules, or atom mapping, to implement automatic retrosynthetic route planning. We treated each reaction prediction task as a data-driven sequence-to-sequence problem using the multi-head attention-based Transformer architecture, which has demonstrated power in machine translation tasks. Using reactions from the United States patent literature, our end-to-end models naturally incorporate the global chemical environments of molecules and achieve remarkable performance in top-1 predictive accuracy (63.0%, with the reaction class provided) and top-1 molecular validity (99.6%) in one-step retrosynthetic tasks. Inspired by the success rate of the one-step reaction prediction, we further carried out iterative, multi-step retrosynthetic route planning for four case products, which was successful. We then constructed an automatic data-driven end-to-end retrosynthetic route planning system (AutoSynRoute) using Monte Carlo tree search with a heuristic scoring function. AutoSynRoute successfully reproduced published synthesis routes for the four case products. The end-to-end model for reaction task prediction can be easily extended to larger or customer-requested reaction databases. 采用双喷嘴静电纺丝法制备了CeO2-Co3 O4纳米纤维,将制备的CeO2-Co3 O4纳米纤维均匀涂覆于 ω型加热线圈表面形成催化发光薄膜,设计了一种新型催化发光甲醛传感器.采用X射线衍射仪、 扫描电子显微镜、 全自动程序化学吸附仪和X-射线光电子能谱仪,表征了Co3 O4-CeO2纳米纤维的相组成和微观形貌,讨论了甲醛在CeO2-Co3 O4催化剂表面的电化学特性和催化发光机理.在优化条件下,即波长500 nm、 温度550℃ 、 载气流速0.2 L/min,甲醛传感器件(Ce30)催化发光强度与甲醛浓度在1.2~50μg/m3范围内有良好的线性关系,灵敏度为40.04 a.u./(μg/m3),检出限为1.2μg/m3,动态响应和恢复时间分别为2.4和3.5 s.此传感器可用于汽车尾气中甲醛浓度检测,相对误差范围为0.4%~1.1%,相对标准偏差RSD<3%(n=6). 相似文献
