The CrAlN films were deposited on silicon and stainless steel substrates by unbalanced magnetron sputtering system. The influence of substrate bias on deposition rate, composition, structure, morphology and properties of the CrAlN films was investigated. The results showed that, with the increase of the substrate bias voltage, the deposition rate decreased accompanied by a change of the preferred orientation of the CrAlN film from (2 2 0) to (2 0 0). The grain size and the average surface roughness of the CrAlN films declined as the bias voltage increases above −100 V. The morphology of the films changed from obviously columnar to dense glass-like structure with the increase of the bias voltage from −50 to −250 V. Meanwhile, the films deposited at moderate bias voltage had better mechanical and tribological properties, while the films deposited at higher bias voltage showed better corrosion resistance. It was found that the corrosion resistance improvement was not only attributed to the low pinhole density of the film, but also to chemical composition of films.  相似文献

We investigate the origin of ultraviolet (UV) emission from Mg0.12 Zn0.88 O alloy thin films with a wurtzite structure fabricated on c-plane Al2O3 substrates by plasma assisted molecular beam epitaxy. At room temperature, the absorption edge and UV emission band of the Mg0.12Zn0.88O film shift to high-energy side compared with ZnO films. Temperature dependence of the photoluminescence spectra shows that the UV emission is composed of free exciton and neutral donor bound exciton emissions. Two-step dissociation processes of the UV emission are observed with the increasing temperature. The thermal quenching mechanism is attributed to the dissociation of the free exciton from the neutral donor bound exciton in the low temperature region and the dissociation of free electron and hole from the free exciton in the high temperature region.  相似文献

针对目前行波管放大器模拟预失真技术中存在的幅度和相位特性关联性强的问题,提出一种双路矢量合成式预失真器。该预失真器由90电桥、模拟电调衰减器和反射式二极管预失真电路构成。根据理论分析和ADS软件仿真结果加工了实际电路并进行测试。实测结果表明:在工作频率29~31 GHz和额定输入功率区间内,该电路可实现与行波管特性相反的预失真性能;合理调整两支路偏置电压,可实现相位扩张改变30,而增益扩张变化量小于1 dB的性能,有效减小了模拟预失真器幅度和相位特性的关联性。  相似文献

We report on an idler-resonant femtosecond optical parametrical oscillator(OPO)based on BiB3O6(BiBO)crystal,synchronously pumped by a frequency-doubled,mode-locked Yb:KGW laser at 515 nm.The idler wavelengths of OPO can be tuned from 1100 nm to 1540 nm.At a repetition rate of 75.5 MHz,the OPO generates as much as 400 mW of idler power with 3.1 W of pump power,the corresponding pulse duration is 80 fs,which is 1.04 times of Fourier transform-limited(FTL)pulse duration at 1305 nm.In addition,the OPO exhibits excellent beam quality with M2<1.8 at 1150 nm.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first idler-resonant femtosecond OPO pumped by 515 nm.  相似文献

针对高压换流站内交流滤波器组相干噪声源的声功率难以确定的问题,该文提出了一种基于几何声学理论的声功率反演方法。该方法采用可同时考虑噪声源强度和相位的几何声学理论建立相干声场模型,在此基础上构建声功率反演模型,通过寻找使声学模型输出和实测数据差异最小的声源参数(强度和相位),实现了对相干噪声源声功率的反演。数值仿真和实验数据验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

采用沉淀法与异相共沸蒸馏技术相结合制备了ZnO纳米粉体,并利用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜和液氮吸-脱附等技术对制备的样品进行了分析与表征.考察了Pt的负载量、煅烧温度以及牺牲试剂的种类和浓度对制备的纳米ZnO的光催化产氢效率的影响.结果表明:与其他温度下煅烧获得的产物相比,400 oC煅烧产物表现出最佳的光催化产氢效率,且以甲醇为牺牲试剂时纳米ZnO悬浮体系的光催化产氢效率远高于以三乙醇胺为牺牲试剂时的产氢效率.其原因在于光催化过程中甲醇氧化也对体系的产氢有贡献.此外,探讨了基于实验结果对含甲醇的  相似文献

Porous scaffolds for tissue regeneration are often functionalized with extracellular matrix proteins to enhance surface/cell interactions and tissue regeneration. However, continuous coatings produced by commonly used surface modification strategies may preclude cells from contacting and sensing the chemical and physical cues of the scaffold. Here, it is shown that polydopamine nanoparticles (PDA‐NPs) tightly adhere on various scaffolds to form nanostructures, and the coverage can be finely tuned. Furthermore, the PDA‐NPs have good affinity to a variety of proteins and peptides. Thus, the PDA‐NPs act as an anchor to immobilize signal biomolecules on scaffolds, and consequently promote cell activity and tissue regeneration. β‐Tricalcium phosphate (TCP) scaffolds decorated with PDA‐NPs demonstrate excellent osteoinductivity and bone‐regeneration performance due to the protein affinity of PDA‐NPs and the intrinsic bioactive characteristics of TCP scaffolds. In summary, PDA‐NPs with excellent affinity for protein adhesion represent a versatile platform to modify porous scaffolds while not compromising the biological functions of the scaffolds, and might have potential applications in tissue regeneration.  相似文献

We report an extrinsic magnetoelectric effect in composite laminates made by sandwiching one thickness-polarized 0.7Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.3PbTiO3 (PMN–PT) piezoelectric single crystal plate between two length-magnetized, polymer-based pseudo-1–3 (Tb0.3Dy0.7)0.5Pr0.5Fe1.55 magnetostrictive composite plates. The laminates exhibit large magnetoelectric voltage coefficients (α V ) of ∼0.17 V/Oe with a flat response for frequencies in excess of 40 kHz and of ∼2.97 V/Oe at the natural resonance frequency of ∼65 kHz. The distinct advantages of the laminates include high magnetic field sensitivity, low Joule heating loss, wide operating bandwidth, and low cost.  相似文献
