Influence of electron–phonon interaction on the properties of transport through double quantum dot with ferromagnetic leads 下载免费PDF全文
Electronic transport through a vibrating double quantum dot (DQD) in contact with noncollinear ferromagnetic (FM) leads is investigated. The state transition between the two dots of the DQD is excited by an AC microwave driving field. The corresponding currents and differential conductance are calculated in the Coulomb blockade regime by means of the Born-Markov master equation. It is shown that the interplay between electrons and phonons gives rise to phonon-assisted tunneling resonances and Franck-Condon blockade under certain conditions. In noncollinear magnetic configurations, spin-blockade effects are also observed, and the angle of polarization has some influence on the transport characteristics. 相似文献

Line-of-sight tunable-diode-laser absorption spectroscopy(LOS-TDLAS) with multiple absorption lines is introduced for non-uniform temperature measurement. Temperature binning method combined with Gauss–Seidel iteration method is used to measure temperature probability distribution function(PDF) along the line-of-sight(LOS). Through 100 simulated measurements, the variation of measurement accuracy is investigated with the number of absorption lines, the number of temperature bins and the magnitude of temperature non-uniformity. A field model with 2-T temperature distribution and15 well-selected absorption lines are used for the simulation study. The Gauss–Seidel iteration method is discussed for its reliability. The investigation result about the variation of measurement accuracy with the number of temperature bins is different from the previous research results. 相似文献

The origin of the low-frequency band (250–300 cm?1) in the Raman spectra of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) produced by the CVD method has been studied. The studies performed by Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Auger spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy after chemical and thermal treatments allow the assumption that this band belongs to radial vibrations of carbon atoms in internal walls of MWCNTs. 相似文献

Density functional theory is carried out to study hexaphyrin and its bis-metal and mixed bis-metal (M = Cu3+, Ag3+, and Au3+) complexes. The electronic structures and bonding situations of them are studied by using natural bond orbital approach and the topological analysis of the electron localization function. Electronic spectra are investigated by using time-dependent density functional theory. The introduction of group 11 transition metals leads to red shifts in the spectra of these metal complexes with respect to that of hexaphyrin. Moreover, it is noteworthy that the spectra of copper contained complexes are mainly derived from combination of ligand-to-metal charge transfer and ligand-to-ligand charge transfer transitions. In addition, the relativistic time-dependent density functional theory with spin-orbit coupling calculations indicate that the effects of spin-orbit coupling on the excitation energies are so small that it is safe enough to neglect spin-orbit coupling for these systems. 相似文献

The mechanical and electrical properties of the phosphor‐doped nano‐silicon film (nc‐Si:H) prepared by the plasma‐enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method under electric field have been studied by Tribolab system, which is equipped with nano‐electrical contact resistance (ECR) tool. During indentation, different voltages and loads were applied. The topography of the sample surface was studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The experimental results show that the roughness of the film is 5.69 nm; the electric current was measured through the sample/indenter tip with different loads at a fixed voltage, and it increased nonlinearly during the indentation. The maximum current value depth was shallower than the maximum depth of each indent due to the plasticity of the film. When the loading speed is increased to 250 µN/s, the microcrack occurred on the film; the hardness (H) and elastic modulus (E) changed with the voltage applied both in open circuit and in short circuit case, which resulted in different values of H/E rate from 0.082 to 0.096. The diffusion model that is an approximation of the equation of radiation transfer is typically used to describe photon migration in scattering-dominant media. In general biological tissue is highly scattering and very weakly absorbing against near-infrared light, yet it is heterogeneous and may contain relatively highly absorbing or low-scattering regions. Here applicability of the diffusion approximation over the radiative transfer theory for describing ultrafast laser transport in biological tissues is numerically studied and investigated over different kinds of tissue conditions and geometries. Tissues having tumors of different sizes, locations and nature as well as dual-tumor and low-scattering conditions are considered. Radiation transfer analysis is taken as a comparison objective and it is initially proved to be accurate in benchmark comparisons with Monte Carlo simulation. The results predict systematically about the compatible conditions where and when we can use the diffusion approximation and the conditions in which the diffusion approximation may provide misleading results. 相似文献

The transverse magnetoresistance in films of nickel, iron, and several alloys is investigated when there is a current along the [100] and [110] directions as a function of the angle between the direction of the field (16 kG) and the plane of the film. Two series of 4-(3-alkoxycarbonylpyridyl-6-ethynyl)phenyl trans-4-n-alkylcyclohexylcarboxylates and 4-(3-alkoxycarbonylpyridyl-6-ethynyl)phenyl 4-(trans-4-n-alkylcyclohexyl)benzoates have been prepared. Their mesmorphic properties were observed and measured by polarizing optical microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.
