In measuring the potential ditsribution by means of the probe test method the system of Au-Se1-Se2-Au was examined across a normal section. From the course of this distribution the specific resistances and thickness of individual layers were determined. It has been found that after crystallization, which is performed for the purpose of producing a conducting hexagonal structure, no equalizing of the bromine concentration by diffusion occurred.  相似文献

Summary The principal advantages of combination of fluorescence scanning from far side and near side of TLC, simultaneous measurement, are discussed. The linear relationship between signal and concentration for simultaneous measurement was established, the theoretical curves for fluorescence measurement from far and near side were calculated and compared with experimental values. The possibility of wider concentration range for analysis is shown. Normalization factors for ergot alkaloids were tested on specially prepared standards and corrected. Optical contrast agents have been widely applied to enhance the sensitivity and specificity of optical imaging with near-infrared (NIR) light. However, because of the overwhelming scattering of light in biological tissues, the spatial resolution of traditional optical imaging degrades drastically as the imaging depth increases. Here, for the first time to our knowledge, we present noninvasive photoacoustic angiography of animal brains in vivo with NIR light and an optical contrast agent. When indocyanine green polyethylene glycol, a novel absorption dye with prolonged clearance, is injected into the circulatory system of a rat, it obviously enhances the absorption contrast between the blood vessels and the background tissues. Because NIR light can penetrate deep into the brain tissues through the skin and skull, we are able to successfully reconstruct the vascular distribution in the rat brain from the photoacoustic signals. On the basis of differential optical absorption with and without contrast enhancement, a photoacoustic angiograph of a rat brain is acquired that matches the anatomical photograph well and exhibits high spatial resolution and a much-reduced background. This new technology demonstrates the potential for dynamic and molecular biomedical imaging.  相似文献

A practical and scaleable synthesis of a novel nonsteroidal ligand for the glucocorticoid receptor A-224817.0 1A is described. The synthesis proceeds in seven steps starting from 1,3-dimethoxybenzene. The biaryl intermediate 5 was prepared by an optimized high-yielding and high-throughput Negishi protocol. The quinoline core 8 was constructed by using a modified Skraup reaction. The final product was obtained by a direct allylation reaction of lactol 10 with allyltrimethylsilane. The process was accomplished efficiently to produce 1A in 25% overall yield and >99% purity with simple and practical isolation and purification procedures.  相似文献

In this paper, the authors analyze in more details an image encryption scheme, proposed by the authors in their earlier work, which preserves input image statistics and can be used in connection with the JPEG compression standard. The image encryption process takes advantage of fast linear transforms parametrized with private keys and is carried out prior to the compression stage in a way that does not alter those statistical characteristics of the input image that are crucial from the point of view of the subsequent compression. This feature makes the encryption process transparent to the compression stage and enables the JPEG algorithm to maintain its full compression capabilities even though it operates on the encrypted image data. The main advantage of the considered approach is the fact that the JPEG algorithm can be used without any modifications as a part of the encrypt-then-compress image processing framework. The paper includes a detailed mathematical model of the examined scheme allowing for theoretical analysis of the impact of the image encryption step on the effectiveness of the compression process. The combinatorial and statistical analysis of the encryption process is also included and it allows to evaluate its cryptographic strength. In addition, the paper considers several practical use-case scenarios with different characteristics of the compression and encryption stages. The final part of the paper contains the additional results of the experimental studies regarding general effectiveness of the presented scheme. The results show that for a wide range of compression ratios the considered scheme performs comparably to the JPEG algorithm alone, that is, without the encryption stage, in terms of the quality measures of reconstructed images. Moreover, the results of statistical analysis as well as those obtained with generally approved quality measures of image cryptographic systems, prove high strength and efficiency of the scheme’s encryption stage.  相似文献

Thermal stability of titanate nanotubes (Ti-NT) was studied in temperature range from room temperature up to 1000 °C in three different atmospheres—in air, vacuum and helium—and differences were observed. In air, vacuum and helium, the release of adsorbed and crystal water was detected in temperatures up to 200 °C. Transformation of the initial structure to anatase form of TiO2 was found independently of the atmosphere used. But in air the transformation to anatase occurred at lower temperature. The difference between these atmospheres was approximately 100 °C. However, only in air, the transformation to sodium hexatitanate and rutile form of TiO2 occurred at higher temperatures. In vacuum, only the anatase phase was detected up to 800 °C. In helium, the transformation to rutile was observed but not to sodium hexatitanate. The changes of the initial structure of Ti-NT during the elevation of temperature were studied by combination of in situ powder X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, thermal gravimetric analysis and mass spectroscopy.  相似文献

The chemical composition of the hydroethanolic extracts (60% v/v) from the aerial parts of Thymus marschallianus Willd (TM) and Thymus seravschanicus Klokov (TS) from Southern Kazakhstan flora was analyzed together with their hexane fractions. Determination of antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant activities of both extracts was also performed. RP-HPLC/PDA and HPLC/ESI-QTOF-MS showed that there were some differences between the composition of both extracts. The most characteristic components of TM were rosmarinic acid, protocatechuic acid, luteolin 7-O-glucoside, and apigenin 7-O-glucuronide, while protocatechuic acid, luteolin 7-O-glucoside, luteolin 7-O-glucuronide, and eriodictyol predominated in TS. The content of polyplenols was higher in TS than in TM. The GC-MS analysis of the volatile fraction of both examined extracts revealed the presence of thymol and carvacrol. Additionally, sesquiterpenoids, fatty acids, and their ethyl esters were found in TM, and fatty acid methyl esters in TS. The antioxidant activity of both extracts was similar. The antibacterial activity of TS extract was somewhat higher than TM, while antifungal activity was the same. TS extract was the most active against Helicobacter pylori ATCC 43504 with MIC (minimal inhibitory concentration) = 0.625 mg/mL, exerting a bactericidal effect. The obtained data provide novel information about the phytochemistry of both thyme species and suggest new potential application of TS as a source of bioactive compounds, especially with anti-H. pylori activity.  相似文献
